Positive well stocked and employees are nice. Huge negative womens restroom horrible, no toilet paper in stalls or extras to open. No paper towels and trash all over the entire room.

Perfectly fine grocery store. The sloped parking lot for the shopping center can be a bit annoying. Your shopping cart will absolutely roll away if you’re not paying attention.EDIT: please know that the parking lot slope is not a dig at Giant. Purely for awareness should it be be too steep for someone to deal with.

The Giant in odenton is wonderful! Brenda in the flower department is extremely sweet and knows me and my children by name even though we don’t by many flowers. There’s also a gentleman in the meat dept that is a class act and very knowledgeable (says he’s been in the business over 20 years). They are clean and if by chance I buy something that’s less than fresh they are always apologetic and let us return the item. I love this Giant.

They lock the entrance when it gets dark so you have to enter through the exit. But once you figure that out its pretty good.

Giant is my favorite grocery store. They have the best selection and the store is well organized and easy to navigate. Also I had exceptional customer service the deli, the seafood counter AND my cashier. Couldnt ask for more. Hands down best grocery store in Anne Arundel county.

I am a fan of Giant!I am often able to find items at Giant that I cannot find anywhere else.This is a relatively newer location. The store is clean and well stocked.Location is great. There are a few other stores in the vicinity; if you are planning an all-in shopping trip you just might be able to pull it off. This Giant is near the Marc station (perfect for commuters). If you want to roller skate before you shop; Wheels is just around the corner! The store is surrounded by restaurants, which is perfect because no one should grocery shop on an empty stomach - lol

Great selections at very high prices.

5 stars for this bakery department!!!! They did the most amazing custom birthday cake for my daughters birthday. Melinda took the time to really understand what my vision was and I told her to let her creativity run wild with the birthday theme color scheme. And it was beyond my highest expectations. Thank you Bakery department and bakery manager Amanda for all who participated in this birthday cake. You all did a spectacular job.

Men’s bathrooms are 50% of the time clean and the other 50% looks like used car rest room.Very nice to give seniors everyday 6-7 am to shop, however if it was moved to 7-8 am it would be better. And monitored so younger shoppers can wait until 8-? For their shopping.I would like to see the numbered parking spots for online shoppers either removed or monitored, everyone parks in them.I suggested to your cashier that the manager take inventory of many things still on shelf and not order them again since during this virus time, no one is even buying those items. Stock items people buy!!We don’t like to purchase our veggies (potatoes, fruit, etc) from this store because potatoes are sometimes green, prices are a little high, etc.Cashiers, stock people, everyone is pretty nice and helpful. I’ve seen a couple times the young cashiers on their phone while waiting for customers paying.Meats are real close to sell by date .However, my comments are nothing new to management, they have heard (read in review section) but do nothing about it and that is a shame!! You say community minded, it sure doesn’t look it to me.I’m sure there is more but this is enough to follow to see if Giant is truly concerned and fix things or not.When will you really be restocking shelves?Thank you.

Just visiting my daughter in the area but this Giants was well shocked with items I needed .

The store is ok. But I may need to shop elsewhere they are working their employees just under legal requirements for benefits. I value a company that takes care of its workers.

Pricier than my usual grocery store but it was a good experience and worth the money spent. The male cashier was especially friendly and that added to my overall wonderful experience. Ill be back!

Giant is one of my staples. They are one of the most dependable (not perfect) stores we have.

It could be five, but they need to bake more Portuguese Rolls instead of the other bread nobody buys.

I mean I shop there only because its the nearest grocery store where I reside and they have what Im looking for aside from alcohol, considering the state of Maryland prohibits the sale of beer and wine. Plus, if you have a Giants shopping card, you save money on gas at any Shell gas station when you spend money at Giant. Thats cool!

A great grocery store to get my gluten free items

They had everything I wanted and in addition I found the store to be exceptionally clean and organized.

Only downside is that they dont have jalapeño bacon. Great selection of produce

Great service! I called the florist here for a last minute corsage for my sons homecoming date and the employee was super nice and accommodating. I needed a same day order and she had it done early for me to pick up. It was beautiful. I will definitely return for future floral arrangements!

This used to be my go to store, but the quality of the fresh products is getting worse. Specifically meat and produce.I often find and the produce has mold. Though it has improved slightly recently.As for meat, sometimes it seems to go bad before the sell date.I like the variety of selections they have, and their non perishable and frozen products.I currently shop elsewhere for produce and meat but do go to giant sometimes for cold cuts, and non perishables.

One of my favorite places to pick up dinner. Their roast chickens are delicious. Pair it with some Bob Evans mashed potatoes and frozen vegetables and dinner is done.

This is a relatively new Giant Foods store (2018/2019 ish). The store is large, the carts are new, and the layout is spread out enough to make it easy to shop without having to worry about bumping into other shoppers! (Aisles are wide). The produce is fresh and well stocked. Overall the selection is broad - to include your favorites along with a few new items from time to time. Fast checkout using the Scan-it device (just scan as you shop and then hit the self checkout aisle for a speedy exit.

Shopping for a few items. I purchased more than a few items to include a new line of muffins. Easy self checkout. The store is always clean well stocked, great sale items. Giant has always exceeded my expectations.

It was amazing. I could not find a couple of items. The Giant candy lady search several areas and found out. They dont carry that candy bar. But she took the time to search for it. Also the lady that stocks for Frito lay. Also took time out to help me find pork rinds. Even though her company did not carry them. She found them. Great store, great people. Ill go back there the next time I am in the area. Love it

This giant store has come a long way over the years. It has become much more competitive (although some basic items are still overpriced) and it has boosted its rewards and incentives programs thru their app. Its the only chain store (at least in this area) that provides portable scanners and allows shoppers to scan their items as they go for a quasi immediate checkout. One star removed for overpriced organic items in the fresh produce section, mediocre fruits & vegetable shelf life and low meat & fish selections from the fish/butcher shop. The app needs improvements too. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Found what I needed even saw many items there that had been in high demand. No long lines.

I was able to locate everything on my list quickly and check out in the self checkout within 10 minutes. The store was very clean, organized and showed that the management and employees took pride in their store.

Besides COVID-19, there is always stuff in stock and the store is very clean.

No customer service upfront. However Joe I believe is his name that works in fruits and vegetables is a very nice customer service man they need more of him in the Odenton store.

Actually one of the better Giants Ive been too. Has a great variety of products and produce. Have to look through the produce though, make sure youre getting fresh stuff. Especially the more exotic or rare stuff... I imagine the local folks arent fans of it.

This has been my go to local store Since it opened 2016. However, since then, the quality has gone down a bit. The amount of times I’ve had to drive back because of expired (and even moldy) products is rather irritating. Make sure you check all expiration dates before buying anything.Also, the parking lot is pretty rough to get in or out of. Make sure to position your cart, as the lot is downhill.

Great place that carries most common items at a decent cost. I ventured here on a fateful Christmas Eve to secure provisions for the night. Upon walking in, I could see it was going to be a challenge to decide where things begin. I quickly selected the appropriate produce and moved to the meats. Luckily, they had some packaged beef which is great because I did not have time slay a bovine. Nor the equipment, perhaps next time. Then I grabbed a few canned goods and moved to the checkout. The entire process was quite easy. I am only giving it four stars because they do not provide you with gloves and swords to challenge other shoppers to duels.

The store is coming alone greatly-just in time for the holidays. I have been working here as a part of the retail set up crew, putting shelves in place, putting products in their place, among many other things. The people they have hired, the openness of the isles, the Starbucks...its all going to great & convenient for those in the neighborhood!!Happy Holidays To All!!!

Management is unhelpful in this regard.Also, the parking lot sucks. Maybe if they fixed their cart corrals so that they were centered correctly each one wouldnt take up 4 spots in an already crowded lot.This place has gone downhill in the past 2 years.

Since most of the older Giants have been up graded... the Giant grocery stores are great... stores, nice & bright! One can see what they are buying...

I cannot say enough about the quality of this locations customer service. Kelly is an awesome manager! She was extremely helpful to me! Kelly goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction!How can I go without mentioning Erin. She has always been helpful and polite.

Morning is definitely the best time to shop. Shelves are stocked, and are few shoppers. I actually walked up to a checkout lane with a cashier and no one else in line.

Solid grocery store experience. They have a good selection and variety of products. I find them to be a little expensive unless they have a sale. Good Deli selection and friendly staff.
