Friendly, down to earth people, who always have the parts we need in stock. Love that it is an independent, locally owned business; and they carry nothing but quality materials and appliances. Plus, they have a wall of snarky, hilarious signs that give this place a unique and quirky feel.

If you need appliances I would recommend coming here. These folks not only sell appliances but if the appliance you bought gives trouble they will fix it also. If you go to the big box stores and buy appliances, good luck finding someone to fix them if they cause troubles.

Love this store. Been in multiple times over the years. Its old school simple stuff- no muss, no fuss, great customer service. Prices are great too, Ive comparison shopped prices online and they almost always beat them and have the parts in stock.

The gentleman that helped me was fantastic. The fellow in the office seemed annoyed that he had customers to tend to while I was being helped by the nice gentleman. The selection and in-stock inventory was great. Id definitely shop here again (and wait for the nice gentleman to assist me).

Poor location but good service. They need to move to hwy 191 area.Gentleman jumped right on my bad switch and brought me new one in 2 minutes. Very professional. Cost is kinda high, but they have the market

Got a quote for a Kenmore washer from the tech on Wednesday went to pick it up on Thursday, since we did not want him to fix he said he sit it outside and it was picked up for scrap. How can he make that decision before asking? Whats wrong with this?This happened on 7th street in Odessa Texas
