JV was called to our house by our home warranty company to fix our broken range. He collected our $65 copay, said he was going to order parts, and then ghosted us. When we called him to check on the status he said he was out on a job and would look into it when he returned to his office, and call us back. He did NOT call us back. When we tried to follow up he ignored our calls. It took calling from another number to get him to answer. Long story short, he refused to do the work or refund our money. Not a surprise he needs a home warranty company to feed him work, because his business practices would never allow him to succeed on his own.

JV APPLIANCE SERVICES was called out to my home by my home warranty company. He was very professional - and fixed my dishwasher on the first visit. I was so satisfied !! I highly recommend them!!!
