My wife sent me out to buy some Fall Scented Candles, had no idea what to look for as I never come here but all the staff there were very helpful and gave me the best options that my wife would most likely approve of. Needless to say she approved and all is well 😃

You CAN NOT walk passed this store and not go in. I didnt even see the store I smelt it. Its a womens dream. Me and my daughter got us some cute Lil lotions buy 2 get 1 free. Thanks bath and body works employees for that tip on buy 2 get 1 free.

Had a lovely experience and found everything I wanted thanks to Bella. She was fantastic. She definitely knew all there was to know about every scent and accessory you could imagine she made our experience absolutely perfect!

Lady checking me out was rude and impatient. Other ladies on sale floor, on the other hand, were kind, helpful and friendly.

I shop here often I really love this store yesterday I came to try to exchange some candles never been used I burn one threw it away after having a bad reaction Im honestly just allergic but thats my fault for not knowing I came in the manager was like whats the wrong are you returning? I told them what has happened and if I could get the body care instead since I have used body care a lot and I am not allergic to the bodycare only the candles for some werid reason and they gave me no problems they just said whatever the amount says is what I could spend in store if I went over had to pay the difference which was perfectly fine with me and overall I was very pleased and there very kind as they also had a lot of new stuff to choose from Im definitely coming back soon I really appreciate all the managers and employees there I am sure they take a lot during the day but there always friendly ready to help and thank you so much for helping me out i really appreciate you all

So they expanded and the store is so big now!!! I bought a hand cream in Waikiki beach coconut and this smells so good! The associates werent to push which I liked a lot!!!

Wife loves this place. I appreciated the mask wearing and the offering of sanitizer by the employees.

Of course everything in Bath &Body Works is awesome and of very high quality. The only problem is figuring out which products to purchase...

I love this store! There is always some type of sale or promotion going on to help save money. The staff is beyond helpful, and the store is kept clean and organized. I will say again for emphasis-I love this store!!!!

Literally, Ive gotten so many mists from BABW and the service is always nice and helpful.

Only thing I dont like is the sales people wanting to help. Sometimes they offer and leave, some times they cant leave well enough alone. They would do better in my opinion to put some of the sales people running the registers to shorten the lines than helping people smell their products.
