They have a whole lot of options of cowboy boot and steel toe boots here! And I loved all the clothes they had there!

This experience wasnt like my others. No one really helped me and I had to go and ask someone where the items were that I was looking for and he pointed to the back corner and said they are over there. Didnt even attempt to show me what they had or anything. My past experiences though were completely awesome and they were more than helpful.

It was open and had the boots I wanted in stock, as stated on their website. Its pricey, but hey, its Odessa and its The Texas Blizzard. Ill take what I can get.Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a pleasurable experience.

Took my hat to get reshaped, they had a young guy with no experience shaping hats and he messed up my hat. He stretched the fibers out too much on my $150 straw hat and it can’t be fixed

I work for a company that does the inventory for other companys. This is one of the stores we inventory. Any western wear or decorations for your home you want or need can be found here. They have friendly workers that will help you in any way they can. Very enjoyable experience at Boot Barn.

The worst retail experience Ive had in a long time. Boot Barn has a great selection of Western apparel & boots. This is the 1st time I shopped @ this location & it will be my last. I guess the days of greeting a customer & asking if you can help them find anything or asking if they found everything they were looking for are over. Maybe I was wearing an invisibility cloak. I was in the store an hour with no interaction from any of the employees I came in contact with until the one who rang up my purchase was forced to have to speak to me.

I gave this two stars a few months ago but now it is full on 5 stars; their customer service was great and although they were busy, the workers addressed each customers needs that I can tell. The manager even assisted and spoke with customers and not one employee was just standing around talking amongst each other.

They have a huge selection of boots. And have decent prices. The only disappointment that I had was out of ALL the pairs of boots they have (and that is A LOT!) their selection for womens size 5 to 6 was Terrible. There were no more than 6 pair out of the hundreds of pairs in different sizes. And its supposed to be a BOOT BARN!! If your looking for that size I would NOT SUGGEST this store.

Staff is great and helpful. They helped my husband drain our checking account very quickly. They have a lot to pick from but not a whole lot of women’s. My only downfall was having to go back later and have the security things removed. For some reason the door alarms didn’t catch them.

Accidently left a bag of clothes on the counter, and drove off to Mississippi! It took almost 5 weeks but they kept my items with a note, and when I went to pick it up, it when without hitch. Good store, good folks. Ill be spending my oil field money there for sure.

Since they changed the name to boot barn I started seeing less items, but its a good place for a quick stop, you will find work gear here, prices are good and competitive, I like this place better than cavenders only on prices....

No one helped me. I had to look for the girls. No one at the cash register. They were all in the back talking with guys.. Never going back... Very disappointed. 😠

The staff were all very polite but the store didnt stock much in my size. Cant blame them for that too much though.

Im very disappointed with Boot Barns lack of customer service! Do not believe what the employees tell you. The manager will not honor what his employees tell their customers. I bought a $200 pair of Ariat work boots which were supposed to be waterproof but leaked. They exchanged them after quite a hassle and almost an hour in the store. The new pair didnt fit as well as the old pair. The employee told me to try them and if I didnt like them after a few days I could bring them back he would exchange them for a different pair after their new shipment arrived. Per his advice I did what he said and they didnt fit any better after a few days so I brought them back. The manager wouldnt exchange them and then tells me the employee who told me I could no longer works at Boot Barn. He then tells me that I can call Ariat and see if they can do anything for me but probably not unless they are defective, because I wore them. (Which I was advised to do by his employee). I will take my business elsewhere, where they honor their employees word, who just happen to represent the company to their customers.

I just left the store on loop 338. I was there to buy some boots for my grandson and myself. While shopping the electricity in the store shut down. We were asked to come to the front of the store so we did. We waited patiently for about 15 minutes in Hopes of making our purchase. A man walked up to the door and asked if he could leave and was told no. I assured the employee that when I wanted to leave, he wasnt stopping me. I explained that its against the law and borderline kidnapping. I said it calmly and politely as my grandson was beside me. Hes 9 yrs. Old. He told me to calm down and that there was a sheriff deputy in the building which I already knew. I am now upset, being held against my will, and being treated as if I were a criminal. Its 107 outside today, and hot inside the store by now and Im so upset Im having an asthma attack. Finally the deputy comes up and tells the employee to let us out and that he has no right to hold us hostage. This really just happened. Im in shock and so is my wife.....

They have really nice clothes with a good price

The store was undergoing renovations, so I cant really fault them for the mess. However, the saleswoman is definitely lacking in the customer service area. Sure, she was friendly and suggested a few brands. However, once I told her I was going to be a while since Im very picky about my boots she immediately seemed to lose all interest in helping me whatsoever. What irritated me more is that I kept overhearing her tell customers that various brands or boots were our number one seller. Uhm... I didnt know I came to a car dealership where I get lied to just so someone could make a sale. Id rather have an honest salesperson tell me something isnt really that great because of xyz true factors rather than pitch the its our number one seller on literally everything someone picked. Not a good sales tactic.
