Several aisles dont have prices and the 2 girls that are supposed to be working are standing in the same aisle talking. Not once did I hear them go up to another customer or myself to ask if we needed help or anything. I had to ask the lady to check the prices because instead of putting the prices on the shoes they are busy chatting it up.

Price was great. Asked the sales lady abt the shoes & pricing cause I couldnt find it. Young sales lady was 2 busy on her cell phone 2 get out from behind the counter!!@ 😤😡😠

Locked doors at 8:25pm. Lights off at 8:30pm. The employees were just sitting there talking even though they close at 9:00pm. Whoever worked this shift on Saturday September 18th should be fired.

Great place to find reasonable priced shoes. It was alittle messy and hard to find the shoes but Im sure they were busy today.

Staff was extremely rude. Masks are required unless you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing one. Your employees all but threw me out of your store because I didnt have a mask on. I cannot wear one as I will pass out . THERE IS NOT A LAW SAYING I MUST WEAR ONE if I cant. I have bought a lot of shoes from RRS in the past, but I will never spend another dime in a RRS Store.

I am a long time customer of RRS. This location was great, I have very small feet and a converse addiction. Normally I don’t find my size but I ended up buying 2 pair because there were so many in my size. I loved it. Finally, a place that stocks small sizes for women.

I was only in to look at shoes and stalling time but the employees were very nice and greeted me as I walked in and came to check on me when I seen a pair I liked. Prices were fair and Ill definitely be going back to get shoes on payday. Thanks RRS employees

Hands down the most well-organized shoe store Ive ever been to with the best deals to boot! Got 2 top-of-the line pairs of Nikes for a total of $113 (thats with tax)! Absolutely the best place to go shoe shopping in Odessa!

We were never greeted. Never asked if we needed help. Nothing. We witnessed every other customer that walked in get greeted. It was weird. We left without making a purchase.
