I would highly recommend Baldwin to anyone that is looking for a top notch service and products and professionalism I recently got a complete system installed on one of my vehicles and If I had more hands I would give them all 4 thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻 The details of the installation to the wiring and placement of amps and etc are all flawless!! Not to mention Jacob with all his experience & knowledge who has helped me out through the entire process answering any and all questions and pointing me in the right direction for exactly what I was looking for and is still continuing to help me out with build. Y’all will definitely have my business and I will recommend anyone that is looking for car audio needs to come stop by.

Talked to one dude about getting my own subs installed there guy said it would be around 180 so I set up appointment for the following week. They Called me a day before to discuss everything and now the price is apparently around 500? Pathetic

01/21/21 - I highly recommend Baldwin Electronics. They did excellent work upgrading my Ford F150 with door speakers, subwoofers, amps, and sound deadening. It sounds great!! Ray and his team did wonderful job to my 2019 Camry XSE in hardwiring the Momento M6 Dash Cam front and rear. The installation was very clean, helps my OCD mind. And now, when I asked them to reinstall the same Dash Cam in my 2021 4Runner TRD Pro, they also did an excellent job in doing a clean and meticulous hardwiring to the new vehicle. I have always told my friends to go to Ray and his team in Baldwin Electronics.

Brought in a amp to be bench tested as I couldn’t figure out the issue with my system, bench test proved my amp was good so now time to find the real issue. Marco offered his opinion and assistance to my issue and gave me his card in the event I couldn’t figure out the issue. Called in to book a appointment and they were booked solid unfortunately for me but these guys were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Although I didn’t buy any product their this time I would in a heart beat as the shelves were packed with IMO the best equipment available.

Needed a random part that was nearly impossible to find, especially on short notice, they had what I needed.

They are still thriving as a Car Audio shop! They had a Kicker Q set up that I was very interested in. They carry Focal, are doing a kicker warhorse amp with jackhammer subs. Can do a focal Ultimo set up, custom work, anything you want to pay for. Good to see nice products and installs. Im looking to get my new vehicle sound dampened, took time to show me different options, focal, dynamt, and stinger.

Everytime I go in this place they never seem to want to help me. Went in 2x looking to get HID lights installed inside my fog lights on my Lexus gs350. The guy looks at the cars manual and says he will get back to me to see if he can get a bulb. Instead of just selling me a HID kit and installing it like I asked. They seem like they aint interested in making money. If I was back in NY they would have sold me something and installed it the same day. Def would not recommend

We dropped of our truck for multiple add one, including an alarm and a new back up camera. They were very nice and informative about there products and have us a very reasonable quote. Ill know more when we pick it up.

I bought a radio for my moms car. My mom is an elderly and struggled with the new radio. After 6 months mom decided she wanted her old radio back. Baldwin Electronics help me find a radio similar to the one they removed from her car, took the new radio out and replaced it with one she was more comfortable operating. Great pricing, fantastic service and I have and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Baldwin Electronics for great service!!!

These guys were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a SPECIALIZED wiring harness, that was supposed to connect the cars on star, to the aftermarket radio. The one I bought wouldnt work... I spent 2 days sifting through the net and forums. I tried every trick that was suggested. NOTHING WORKED! I went here and within 30 minutes they had me up and running. Turns out the harness I bought from best buy was trash. These guys wouldnt even carry that trash brand.

They have a lot of nice stuff, but its hard to choose what you want, because nothing in their sound room is hooked up. I want to hear it before I buy it. The two displays on the floor that are hooked up was not what I was looking for. So just to be clear, the really nice stuff is in the sound room, if I could hear that, I would probably buy much more than I should, Bc an awesome stereo is addictive. Dont want to get it then be dissapointed if it doesnt preform like I hopped. The only difference between that and online is at least you see it in person before you buy.

I had them put in a breathalyzer. It was reasonably fast and I havent had a problem with it yet. They are pretty nice too, recalibration after hours too.

I got my speakers installed here & LED lights, everything worked perfectly but the driver side door of my car was having issues with the windows plus unlocking & locking the car, I notified them right away & they fixed it the following day

My first truck was set up with equipment purchased at Baldwin and the truck I drive now was all done at Baldwin. I would highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and they dont mind answering silly questions from girls that know what they want but dont know how to make it that way. Dont waste your time! Just get it off the internet. Ive spent thousands here. I call ahead about what truck I have and what I want. They say come on down and we will see what we can do for you. I finally take some time off to go in see what can fit. Nothing does. Oh we are going to do a box order in like a month. Too bad because I was going to buy a whole system. Now I have to revert to the internet again in this cowpoke town to get products we should have in this multi billion dollar oilfield industry.

Went today to ask about getting my system louder in my mercedes. Young man who attended me didnt seem confident, and certainly wasnt trying to make a sale, nor did he go out of his way to give me any options or info. Told him i might trade my mercedes for another truck, he told me to wait on looking st a system because its pretty pricey. All i wanted was info on the process, to maybe look at some products, get some explanations. Instead he gave me a card and basically told me to come back when i had my truck. What if i wanted a system for the benz, and a system for the truck? Its my choice.Not saying anything negative about their work ethic or ability but the unwillingness to engage a customer, turned me off. Hope yall can get my business next time.

After a second radio installation was performed i just discovered theres screws missing which hold the frame in place. Now I have to look and buy the screws they forgot to put back on. Terrible guys.....

I took my truck a couple of years ago to get the stereo installed, they said it was going to be a quick job and a fair price, but I had to wait the whole frikkin day to get my truck back & when I got it back the seat was dirty like food & oil stains & scratches on the door when I ask what happen got mad & started being rude, now I know that was a couple of years ago so me thinking they probably got better, decided to give them another chance but I was sooo wrong, because now they did the same thing with my car trying to install the remote start, ive been going back and forth because they dont know how to make it work this people are incompetent and they charge an arm and a legwork crappy jobs, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I have taken my car in this business multiple times and paid about $500 everytime. The first time I went in there they were very helpful in helping me find what I wanted. I went in about a month later and they installed everything I bought and I was in love with it. Then a few months later I went back in because for some reason my stereo didnt work(it wouldnt turn on) They said that they had not originally installed the stereo when they had. We bought the receipt up there and they continued to deny that they had messed up. Well they eventually fixed it, well that same day they pulled my break signal switch out of the break pedal and my car wouldnt go into gear. Then the next day my subwoofers stopped working. For a few days they would turn on and turn off. Other days they just would not turn on. Then some days they were just fine and worked great. I called them to see if they could take a look at it and see if they had messed up while fixing the stereo. They told me that they were going to charge me aboput $100 an hour for labor. I told them that i had just taken my car in to have it looked at and that there was something wrong with it, and the guy just had an I dont care attitude about the entire thing. I will not take my car back there to have it worked on again, I will look for another place. I will also not recomend these people to anyone. Even though I had heard all kinds of negative reviews about this place I still made the mistake of going. This place is a sad excusae for a business, and like I said, I will not recomend them to anyone.
