Called them to have several items quoted. Tech advised 120 an hour plus parts. I asked for a broken out bid because it’s several things due to Remodel. Was advised they would get me the quote on Monday. Wednesday I called to follow up and the said they would have it to me that day or the next. Called again late Thursday and was advised that it was $120 and hour plus part. I told them I didn’t have an idea of how long each job took so I needed the quote and they said that’s all they could get me. If they couldn’t get me what I asked on that Friday why couldn’t they just let me know and not waste my time. Other plumbing companies can why couldn’t they.

Company answered phone call on first ring. The techs that came out (David and Luis) were professional in repairing a control valve to our bath tub. They had to cut through some drywall to get to it but were able to get the job done the right way. Glad they were able to fix our issue. Thanks.

I called them after a temp of 1 degrees. My pump in my shed frozen and my pipes burst. They called to let me know the status of where I was. Came the next day early in the morning. They had to go to 3 different places to get that pipe and connections. I was very thankful!

These guys wanted 1300.00 to replace a 20 gal water heater. They removed my old one and thats all I had them do and they still charged me 240.00. For ten minutes of work. I purchased my own at Lowes for 350.00. They would not tell me how much of 1300.00 was for the water heater. Now I know! I will never use the company ever again!

I called the office for pricing they said it will be $120 an hour. Well when they show up they said will be $180 an hour because of the helper I call the office and some one else answer the phone and said yes we told you $120 but he need a helper... the plumer always will need a helper. The lay about their prices be aware. When he finish the job was $278. So it when from $120 to $180 to $278 with out Telling us he need extra miscellaneous and how much the total was going to be. They charge you from the second they park Their car until they drive away. He was setting in his car for 15m creating an invoice. Time is on the cámaras... Fine some one else..... $278 FOR A SHOWER INSTALL

I could write a thousand words here and I still wouldn’t be able to adequately express how amazing these guys are. I have been trying to get my evaporator core replaced for over a month now. After being mistreated and taken advantage of by multiple companies in the area, City Plumbing showed me that there are still good, honest, hardworking people here. Ira came to my home on July 9th. He was here on time, and had diagnosed my system, got me an estimated price, and an appointment for the following day all within a surprisingly short amount of time. The following day, a technician named Bobby showed up at my home to make the repairs. Very professional, courteous, and experienced. He did everything that needed to be done very efficiently and for the agreed upon price....no surprises, no extra cost, and it was also the lowest estimate I got by far. When he left my home, he cleaned up after himself so well I couldn’t even tell he had been here. I really wish I had called these guys first, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. I will never use anyone else again, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing or a/c work.To Ruben, Ira, and Bobby.......I really cant thank you enough guys, your honesty and hard work was very appreciated, and I will not forget it.

Chris and David did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. The price was exactly what I hoped itd be (rare for maintenance work like this) and they didnt try to force us into any extra work. Great experience!

Called them for a quote to estimate the charges and labor for adding laundry room plumbing to another section of house. They quoted me a $115 estimate fee. It was a surprise, but they had a good rating on google and it an economy like this, I expect them not to waste their time. I also expect not to waste my money, too. I scheduled the quotation appointment and they arrived later that day. It was a Thursday and they looked at the existing plumbing and everything I requested. Charged me $115 and said they’d have to wait until the morning to collaborate with the “boss” to get me an accurate estimate. Friday came and that evening I got an email receipt charging my card for $115 and and a JSA (job safety analysis) from them about being cautious when stopping and bending over... I finally received a call from the tech that had come the previous day and he said it’d be Monday before I got the quote, but he’d be sure to email it to me. I said okay. A week later (as I’m busy as well with my life in this economy) I realized I hadn’t received the quote. Called Crystal in the office, told her the situation, she put me on hold with a super annoying beep that I couldn’t handle after 10 minutes and I hung up and called back to be transferred to another older woman. She told me that they had quoted me a charge of $115. I explained I was needing the quote for the construction, the whole reason the $115 was paid. Rudely, she explained it’s just “Time and Material”... I said then why did you send someone out to charge me $115 to basically tell me we have no idea, just hire us and pay whatever and however long it takes us. You’re telling me a “reputable” business with 17 reviews and a 4.5 star rating on google cant give me a round about number, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000 estimation that I paid $115 for?Update: a month after the initial review, they sent me 2 coffee mugs with their logo on them and a baked good. Thanks... I use those coffee mugs on Sundays and think about how they’re the most expensive coffee mugs I own.

This company was really fast! Got my sink unclogged and my sink within 2 hours of the phone call! The customer service was phenomenal and I will definitely be calling them if I ever need help again.

They did my entire plumbing during a kitchen remodeling. I use them for A/C and plumbing. Could not ask for anyone better and I have use a lot of them over 40 years.

Well I called around 10a.m on February the 4th 2020 for services. The first two times I called to check on the status on the plumber the she said he will call me 30mins before arriving so I stayed home and waited for him and to my surprise still nobody showed so I called again she said she will have the plumber call me directly, still he never called nor text me. By now its past five still nothing so called again and spoke with another person who was not knowledgeable of my requested services. She took my information again and someone will be out... still nothing so she calls me asking what services do I need smh well here I go again.....then finally someone calls me after 8hrs of waiting just to tell me that he will charge me after hrs fees because he cant verify if I been waiting this whole time... Overall Im looking elsewhere I DO NOT RECCOMEND this company

Horrible! They do not stand behind their work... even when it is their mistake. While we were renting this company was called out to fix out guest bathrooms sink because it was always clogged and also clogging the masters sink. They came out quickly and the issue seemed to be fixed by putting in a vent for the drain... Until we started the remodel on the guest bathroom and discovered why the sink drained so well. THEY DISCONNECTED THE DRAIN UNDER THE HOUSE!! So all the waste water was actually just draining down underneath the house making a mini pool. We just called them to see if they would stand by their work and come fix their mess up. Nope. This company has horrible customer relations!
