Im happy I started using this company, Sal has been out a couple times along with a few other people and everyone has figured out any problem weve had and explained everything well. The prices for labor and repairs were a lot more reasonable than quotes Ive gotten elsewhere too, and our unit is running ten times better than it did when another company supposedly fixed our issues. Their response time is awesome, Ive usually had someone out no later than the next day and theyve always been on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Great service and technicians. My a/c units are on my roof. When I had a new roof installed, the roofers messed up the wiring. I got home and it was 89 degrees in my house. As soon as I called, they had an amazing technician named Zachary Moersch come out within the hour. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and repair it quickly as well. I’m super appreciative of these guys, and huge thanks to Zach.

Zach and Christian worked until past midnight to remove our old A/C and Heating system and install the new one. I told them they could come back, but they didnt want to leave us without A/C. This company is the best most honest AC company is this area. They are always helpful from the phone call to the service. I highly recommend them for all your AC needs. The visit we had today was with Sal who had to work on a mini split unit that was dripping water. Unit is repaired, working great and while he was here he went through the other mini splits to make sure all were set like they are supposed to be and working properly. He is fantastic.

The work was performed last Thursday on my rental property. They came to my home when the work was finished (so they said) and I paid for the installation as agreed. My renter called me the next day and said she noticed they had not finished installing the heater. I had her call you and you said you were waiting for a part to finish the job and would finish installing today. The work was finished today but I feel you were not completely honest when you asked for payment knowing the job was not finished.

I cant say enough about this company! We had our unit go out on a weekend and the house was literally sitting at 98 degrees. I called and we got the kindest dispatcher (Charmin) who was compassionate and concerned and immediately called her technicians and called me back right away to tell me she would have someone out that same day (Sunday evening) the tech was super knowledgeable super honest and explained Ed everything in a manner we could understand. The next day we still had a minor issue and they stuck to there 30 day guarantee and sent the same tech out that same day free of charge as part of their guarantee. Me and my family cant say enough about this company in a good way! Its hard to find companies or people in general now days to show compassion or great customer service and actual concern and they nailed it! On top of that the second day the owner himself came along with the technician and it wasnt in a sense of checking on the tech it was actual concern and he was helping and getting his hands dirty with the tech. 5 stars aint enough! Amazing service! Our business is located 2 and a half hours away and they didnt even bat an eye at helping us out. I reached out to them on Tuesday or Wednesday and by the following Monday they had a team out. They called me and scheduled the whole thing, and we were even able to send pictures of the units before hand so they could provide the maximum amount of servicing while so far away from the office. The Tech called me and talked me through the whole process, I recieved multiple email reminders and even text notifications of updates. Best communication Ive had with a contractor in a LONG time. Home repair. Never ending - right? This company cares which is refreshing. All contacts with this company from the calls to/from dispatchers to the completion have been professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Sal was my Technician and he let me know when he arrived. He explained the tasks he would be performing and how it would perform on completion. I checked with him several times and he always explained the parts he had replaced and what he would be doing next. At no time was pressure applied to do additional work. I am so grateful! We have been without heat for two days now in the worst weather Ive ever seen. Initially, I called and the Tech, Zach, gave me some tips on how to get my heater back up and running. I called back the following day to get on their schedule when the roads cleared up, fully expecting to have to wait a few days at least. They came out the same day, all the way to Pecos. They got my heater going with a temporary fix and theyll have to come back soon to replace the motor, but we have heat. Thank you!

I called yesterday to book an appointment for someone to come and fix my heater thinking they would not have an opening till next week and they got me in today and now Im ready for the cold weather The technician, Corey, showed up early and was very professional.
