Oh the joys of discovering your sewer line is still the dreaded Orangeburg. After three years of seasonal slow drains and occasional backups, I finally called in the Pros at Darville.When they installed a proper clean out, they found the original sewer line was a relic from the early 50s called Orangeburg.The next project was the replacement of all 60ft with brand new PVC.I am beyond impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism, and the overall dedication to serving the customer every team member displayed thru this project.

Nick & Jeffry traveled to Jeff Davis county to help troubleshoot and fix a plumbing issue. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it even faster.Very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and communication of these two employees. Would definitely recommend!

Called on Sunday evening to have someone come out Monday morning to install a new water heater. The service tech called and gave me an approximate time she would arrive. Lina was here when she said and promptly went about replacing water heater. I could tell she had a great personality and knew what she was doing. I was mistaken about the size water heater I needed so she left to go get the correct size. She returned with help to remove and replace water heater. She had us up and going in no time. I was very happy with the service I received.

We used Darville Company for air conditioner matters iat our other residence..so it was a no brainer who to call. Wendy a very nice lady in their office put me on their list and made me feel that I would be well taken care of. Darville has been amazing. From the install, to maintenance, to issues they have provided excellent service. Very quick to respond. They have replaced my water heater, AC/heater and all duct work, installed new vents, and have came out for a blocked water pipe. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend.

I had some plumbing issues with my tub and Marvin was sent to my house. He worked a long time trying to fix the problem, so nothing would need replacing. After a lot of hard work, he did a wonderful job and did end up finding parts for an old fixture. Marvin saved me a lot of money as the only other option was to cut a hole in the wall of my tub and replace the fixture with a newer one. He also installed a new shower head. Marvin was professional, friendly, well qualified for the job and one hard worker. The next time I need plumbing done, I will ask for him. Darville is a great company with the best employees. Darville Company is the best in the area. When I moved back to Odessa, I tried several heating and ac companies to see about setting up a yearly maintenance program for my home. All I got was “we don’t have maintenance programs” or they wouldn’t answer the phone or return voice mails. I was told the Darville could help me.When I called, I talked to both Angela and Wendy. They were so helpful and didn’t seemed rushed to get me off the phone. I was so impressed by their attitude and friendliness that I signed up for a maintenance agreement for both my home and a rental property I have.Within 2 days, Dan from Darville arrived to do the maintenance on my home. He was just as nice and friendly as Angela and Wendy. Dan answered all my questions. I was so impressed with Dan professionalism and knowledge. My heater wasnt working so I called the Darville company. Dan Igo came out that same day and worked on my roof unit for over an hour on a really windy day. He got my heater working and even changed my air filter. They have the best people!

My experience with Darville Air Conditioning and Plumbing was top notch from start to finish. I contacted them at the suggestion of a friend to get a quote on replacement of my water heater. The service dispatcher told me everything I needed to know, including that I did not need to wait around all day for a technician to show up. I would receive an advance call when they were on the way. The friendly service technicians came the same day and gave me a quote. I agreed to the price and they went to Odessa right away to get me a replacement water heater from their warehouse, and came back and installed it the same day! I was so blown away, because other companies told me I had to wait weeks.Update: I had a leaky outside faucet that got worse with the winter freeze.The valve connection was covered in concrete, making it a tough job to replace. Lina-Kay from Darville came out and had no trouble replacing the valve in less than an hour. It would have taken me forever and I might have damaged my brick wall in the process. Lina fixed it, and notified me that additional leaks may be present in my house because she was still seeing flow on the water meter. She saved me a lot of money in potentially wasted water by pointing this out to me.Update: Shutting off the water to your house at the street when you have a leak is a pain. Ive had two leaks occur in my house in the last couple of years, and had to go back and forth to the street meter to turn the water on and off until the leaks could be located and repaired. Lina-Kay from The Darville Company installed an automated shutoff valve so that I can shut the water off with the convenience of my smart phone (see image below). I love it! She even replaced my cheapo braided plumbing lines with more rugged, long lasting plumbing lines to reduce the risk of a future leak.Update: My kitchen sink garbage disposal was falling apart. The unit needed to be replaced due to poor performance and a leaky gasket that left a stinky mess under my sink. I grabbed a replacement unit from the hardware store, and Lina-Kay from The Darville Company replaced my old unit it in about 40 minutes, including installing the new sink flange assembly. She also took care of disposing the old unit, leaving me with a clean kitchen and a professional install that works great.

We are so thankful for Dustin Taylor and his hard working crew, who braved the hot September temperatures to replace a water line, in the backyard. Dusty is hardworking, efficient, and kind-hearted. Great staff, quality work, excellent customer service!

Marvin Arevalo was prompt, professional, friendly and fixed what we needed perfectly. He replaced the faucet aerator and replaced the full drain plug mechanism. We are so very pleased it now works great. Water pressure has been restored and the drain can be plugged.

Dusty & Levi were so friendly, and took their time to make sure everything was done properly. They even put my items back under the sink after replacing my garbage disposal & changing my RO water filters! I also appreciate that I was able to get them scheduled so quickly after calling Darville for the service call.

If I could give a 5+, I would! Sandra S. was professional, thorough, and kind. She went above and beyond for our air conditioning. While some people degrade living in an apartment, she gave as good of care as for someone living in a home. She provided information, thought outside the box, and did more than was required. We werent paying the bill, but that made no difference to her. She checked every single vent in our apartment, to make sure our unit was operating at the maximum. She added free-on, as it was low, even though that wasnt the original issue. Her ethics and job performance were beyond our expectations!

Sandra installed my whole house Air Purification system. She did a knock out job and had a great attitude doing it. She educated me on my new equipment and made me feel important as a customer.Was unable to write another review so I added on to this one. Recently had Marvin an his assistant from Darville out at my house to changeout some showers, faucets, and toilets. Just as expected with the Darville team, Marvin and his young assistant came out and did a great job. It was a lot of work. They had great attitudes and so friendly. Dan Igo was the technician that performed maintenance and repair today on my a/c- heating unit that I had purchased from darville several years ago. He was very knowledgeable about my unit. Fixed the problem and has it tip top shape for the heating season. Mr Igo went above and beyond my expectations on the service for my unit. Great customer service from the office (Wendy) to the technicians that came to service our HVAC (Joaquin and Matt). They called before they arrived and arrived on time! Both Joaquin and Matt were very polite and considerate when they entered our home. I especially appreciated their concern that none of our cats escaped as they worked inside and outside of our house. (As a pet person, that kind of concern goes a long way and is difficult to find sometimes.) Joaquin thoroughly explained the maintenance work they performed and made sure everything was in great shape before leaving. I have had nothing but great experiences with Darville and we will continue to use them in the future.

Lina was amazing. She arrived in a timely manner and located our problem and did the repair in no time. Unfortunately, the plumbing Gods were not with us today! After Lina repaired our first issue, we no joke had a main line clog about two hours after she left. This was an entirely separate issue from our first repair. Lina came out for a second time and unclogged our main drain. She was so kind about having to come out for a second time. Her knowledge of her job abled her to locate our issue and have it fixed in no time. She also was kind enough to inspect our hot water heater and to check for any leaks. Fortunately, we were good in that department . After finishing the second repair, we no joke had a third. The third was even after hrs and Lina drove 45 minutes from her location to check where we were having a heavy gas smell come from. She found the issue in no time. No repair was needed, just the turn of a gauge someone accidentally bumped on a wall gas heater which was leaking gas into the home. Man what a day for us. So thankful for Lina. I would recommend her any day of the week!

We had been using another plumbing company for years, however, their customer service had become so unreliable in the last year or so we decided that since Darville does such great work on our HVAC system why not give them a try? We could not have been more pleased. Lina Kay came out and repaired/replaced parts of our bathtub faucet. She even drove back to the shop (across town) looking for the right part! (Our tub is a particular design no longer in production.) We were so happy we requested for her specifically, about a week later, to repair some other plumbing issues. She listens, is understanding, and goes the extra mile to work with her customers. All of the Darville team is great!

Hands down, the best service in West Texas! I had Darville come out and look at an A/C that was just blowing hot air. When I called for service I was told that a technician would be there in 15 mins. Dan Igo showed up in less than 15 mins to service the A/C. Dan was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it the entire time. Dan, quickly found the problem. Unfortunately, the unit is about 22 years old and the compressor had gave up the ghost! Dan informed us the compressor was extremely expensive and we would be better off replacing the unit. Which after 22 years of faithful service I could see why. Dan informed us that he would get with “ANN” and she would call and schedule a “no cost” quote on a new system. Darville did all this for the $99 service fee. Incredible service! Even though Dan was not able to get the A/C cooling he was able to lead us to help. And that’s why I recommend the Darville Co.! Thank you Darville

Dan Igo was very friendly, professional, quick and informative. He replaced the AC filter, checked the performance of the AC cooling and installed a Safe-T switch sensor to prevent water leaks and possible or future damage to the electric panel. SLAB LEAK!!!! Fast response. Great customer service. Qualify work. That’s everything I paid for and that’s everything I got. Marvin Arevalo was even worried about my water bill and had a fast response. Came out next day and brought help (Caleb) which made the job easier for them. They broke up just enough concrete to dig and locate the leaking pipe. They fixed it and even laid concrete back down. This would have been very expensive if I didn’t have a fast response from Marvin. Would recommend Marvin Arevalo again if I have any more plumbing issues.
