This location is amazing. Always so friendly. I have a large family plan and do all my business with T-Mobile here. Highly recommend.

Am a sprint/t-mobile customer with 4 lines. Wanted to add a 5th line and needed to discuss options for new device etc. never even got to that point. Walked into store, 3 people behind the desk, no customers in store. They never even bothered looking away from their screens to greet or talk to customer . Very sullen service as if I was bothering their day. Guy said his name was Mike but don’t even know it was real. Older bald guy. Immediately drove to the frandor branch. So much better customer service there !Every interaction with your customer is an opportunity to make an impression. Don’t be so ‘busy’ and sullen that you can’t speak to people like human beings.

I currently have Metro PCS & enjoy my $30 per month service with 2 g per mth thru T-MOBILE. I would gladly switch to T-M for same price. Why should I spend $20 more per mth for same?

Great staff! Worked with young man by the name of Cameron. Cam provided not only great customer service, but he is also technically savvy with Tmobiles network. He processed my upgrade and additions to my account effortlessly and in a minimal amount of time. His ability combined with quality management will direct me back to this location whenever I need service. Good job!

Very helpful and friendly. Spent and hour at the Frandor location only to come here and the manager resolved my concern in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location. I even purchased a tablet. They earned my business.

Adam and Cam were very helpful. They are very warm and welcoming. My problem was fixed very quickly and they even informed me about things that I did not talked under my insurance for my phone.If you want a laugh and a nice conversation while getting your needs met, I really suggest you come to this TMobile.

This was the most helpful T-mobile I have been too thus far. Staff is professional and they understand the differences between all types of phones. I was there to switch from my Android to the new Iphone and Derrek went above and beyond! Thank you!

I always try to avoid this store. Every once in a while though, its just easier to stop at this location as Im closer to it. The problem is this store is the only store that will hit me with all sorts of extra fees and add-ons. A typical restocking fee at most locations is $50, and this location has charged me $50. But other times it charged me a hundred, and when doing a return and exchange they made me pay for another starter kit. And after I explained youre taking the SIM card out of my other device I dont need another starter kit, he told me well you can just look at my screen and see that theres nothing I can do. They are very argumentative at this location, and are extremely Shady. Just about every time I come there someone is upset in their Lobby. Do yourself a favor and go to another location if you can.

Forgot the gentleman’s name but sales rep number ends in 269. Turned in my old JOD phone. I usually have an issue getting my JOD transactions processed but, this guy was great. He went out of his way to make sure the turn in was processed correctly and that I received a receipt so I don’t have to call in later to get my bill adjusted. Priceless service. Promotor all the way! Thank you!

Manager(?) at this store was incredibly pushy and misleading about how I could upgrade my phone. Attempted to bilk me out of $100 in unnecessary add-ons. I left and went to the Frandor location, where the staff was much more helpful and didnt give me the run-around.

Understaffed, he messed up my boyfriends account transfer to my line. Made him get a new nunberb when it wasnt needed at all.so that was a huge headache. Other than that, nice guy and good location.

The young man derek had a wonderful personality, he made me laugh which made the whole process go by quickly.

Switched from Sprint to Tmobile (Carrier Freedom deal) a month ago.Derek the Store Manager set up our accounts.We got 4 lines. One for my wife, our two kids(to activate phones at a later date), and me. My wife and I purchased new Samsung S9 phones with Jump protection.I got my first bill, and noticed that my s9 didnt have Jump device protection on it. Derek had put it on my kids line that didnt even have phone activated yet. I was walking around with a $900 phone with no protection for a month.Fast forward a month. I took my last phone bill from Sprint into Derek to have my freedom carrier reimbursement submitted to T Mobile. Derek took my phone and had me enter my password into my T Mobile Account. Three minutes later he tells me it wont let him submit it and there is nothing he can do. I asked if he could call someone and he tells me thats not his job, he doesnt have time to submit reimbursements claims. There was literally nobody in the Store except me and Derek. I asked for his regional managers number and he refused. I asked to leave my name and number for his regional mangaer to contact me. He refused..The 4 times I have been in this store every time i go in it smells like weed and body odor. He is literally the only worker at this store and nobody is in there except him. He is always in the back part of the store with the door closed and take 2-5 minutes to come to the front. I would definitely not recommend this store and from now on will be using the Cedar Street location.

I have never had such amazing customer service in my life. The only thing that comes close the treatment i got at this t-mobile was when my grandfather was on his death bed.

The store was greatly understaffed, worker messed up my phone number transfer but I didnt find out until I called Tmobile that night and the screen protector he put on is just awful.
