Suggestion: rename the establishment to Auto Glass Sometime.Called in a day prior and the lady answering the phones made me an 8am appointment for the following day, and she told me they had my window in stock/on site.Came in for my appointment and there were a couple other people there. Not sure they had appointments, but thats to be expected. They told me it would be two hours. By 9:47, they hadnt even pulled my car into the bay. I got my wife to pick me up so I didnt have to wait there. I was expecting it to be just a couple hours.By 4:30 Im worried because theyd be closing soon, so I called and they STILL hadnt pulled my car in for work. They blamed the rain, but if the work is being done inside, I dont see what the problem is.I got my car back 24 hours AFTER the original it should be done by time. Not awesome. The work they did was decent, but a little more transparency in regards to how their operation is run would go a long way to making your clients feel better.

Only glass they had for my car got cracked. They said they would have one in in 2 days. It wasnt so I have to drive around with a crash wrapped window for a week. Thanks..........

The lady who answered the phone at this location is extremely rude and an example of how NOT to provide customer service. They replaced my windshield 2 years ago and while I know they don’t provide calibration to safety features… they omit that not using the manufacturer’s glass will void any warranty on these systems AND dealerships won’t recalibrate using a generic glass. The lady told me “well it was 2 years ago”. Okay, so maybe they should have told us everything before we used them for a windshield replacement. Now, it will end up costing me more money for repairs and calibrations. Save yourself money and use a more professional company.

Glad I came here. Great place to go when needing glass repairs. Excellent working performance. They know what there doing. No complains to give. I called for a quote and everything was set up. They ordered my window, told me when to come in, and they were honest with me about how long it was gonna be. 100% recommend.

Saved over half what Safelite auto quoted me. Was told it would be about 2 hours to install. It took almost 3 hours, which was understandable since there were 5 cars ahead of me. Will recommend highly to anyone.

Some of the reviews here are hilarious for a simple reason...this is a cheap glass shop. I expected a long wait, a nick or two, and/or unprofessionalism. I got my rear window replaced in May, it hasnt fallen out so this place is awesome! The price was better than ANYWHERE else.

The 5-star rating is for the integrity of the management.My sons dashboard was accidentally cracked during the windshield replacement. When the damaged dashboard was brought to the attention of the management...photos were taken, the vehicle I.D. was secured and within three days the new color matched replacement part was available for pickup and/or installation with an additional verbal apology and explanation.Yes, the accidental damage occurred, my son and I were inconvenienced, but the integrity of the management outweighs everything. Thought the price was reasonable, and the customer service was nice, but wasn’t to crazy about the fact that they left all the shattered glass in the bed and in the cab, and they also got some kind of adhesive on the back seat. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was hesitant about this because of the reviews. So far we are pleased with the work. The car was clean when we picked it up. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The turn around is not quick so plan to drop off and pick up. If youre in a hurry I suggest picking a different day!

Sucked, made my glass worst! They are awful!

They did a good job. They replaced my front windshield on my corolla and its good as new! Making an appointment wasnt hard. Just be the first person in the morning to drop your car off. Unfortunately the glass that was supposed to go on my corolla was sent back and my car had to stay in for a few more hours but it wasnt a big issue for me. I still received my car that same day.My only complaint would be the dirt and weird material left behind that fell on my dash board and seats but Im not upset about it. An easy clean. Overall was a decent experience. I saw some prior posts on other folks windshields having excess glue material or just placed incorrectly but mine was solid/clean. User experience may vary? Lol

So I called Friday to get in for a replacement for a back windshield. I was told up front they would order it and have it when I came in today. I get there about 7:30 and waited because its first come first serve. The ladies were very nice. My issue is I was told the glass was there so I left my car. About 11 I got a call saying it wasnt and it may come in Monday. Well had I been told the glass was not there I wouldnt have left my car. I would suggest the orders be double checked before hand. I called another company in Bethany. They gave me a number and I purchased the glass myself($65) they installed it for !$60. I would have used Auto Glass Now but I feel like I was not told the truth. Just say its not there and I could have saved some hours waiting, thinking my window was being installed.

They answered all my questions and where reasonably priced. Loved it. I hope I never have use this again but 10/10 do recommend.

Called the day before. Told them the year, model and door number. Was told they had the windshield in stock. To come in between 9 and 3. Got here at 9:15 am. Was told an hour and 45 min. Ok, I decided to wait on it. 12:20 rolls around and I ask how much longer because I have another appointment to get too and was told 20 min tops. An hour passes. Was told they are putting glue on and should be done shortly. Now I’m at 2:00 pm and was told they didn’t have the glass for my car because it’s a four door. MY CAR IS A TWO DOOR!!! then they tell me they have to run get my glass and it will be longer. No offer of a discount nothing!!!! Now I’m still waiting. Spoke with corporate and all they are doing is free chip repair in the future. My insurance pays for that anyways!! No thanks. I’ll never be back and I will tell everyone around not to use this business. Look at their reviews. Takes hours!!!Edit to add. After calling corporate they are refunding me $20.

This place doesn’t give you an appointment time they just schedule you for a day and say it’s first come first serve. So I Drop off my car first thing in the morning of my scheduled day and I get a phone call my car is done at 2pm. Drive 45 min up there to get my car and my car hasn’t been touched. I tell the front lady my car is not done. She then says my car would be next in line and would only take 45 min to do. Here I am waiting 2 hours later and my car still isn’t finished and I was quoted another 25-30 min. before it’s done. The Front desk ladies are not professional and rough around the edges. Besides that they shouldn’t be calling and telling a person their car is done if it’s not. And don’t make them wait 2 1/2 hours on their car if it’s not done. Get it in there and get it done at quoted amount of time or Max an hour. Worst service ever.

Fantastic place to replace any windshield!!! My Mazda dealer would have cost me almost $1000. I got my windshield replaced at less than a third of the price. Im a disabled veteran and the savings help me a lot. I have since my first encounter with this company I have used them a few times. Keep up the good work guys!!!😁

I got there early and waited. It used to take around an hour. This time I got there at 8:30am, and sat there till almost 3:00pm.When I finally got my vehicle back, it had damage to the console from a tool being dropped on it, and I noticed the vent on top of the dash for the defrost was also broken. I waited 2 days like I was asked, before I contacted them again about getting this fixed,and was told that they hadnt heard from the guy doing the work, and they would contact me when he called. It has been a week now, no word from them about the repairs. I bought another console lid myself, and guess my dash is now just broken. I will never use this place again. I used to refer people to them all the time. I guess they dont care about anything other than money. I was a loyal customer but not anymore.

It would be beneficial to remove the “now” from the business name. Took the car to shop at 8 am, as soon as they opened. They knew I was coming as I had already called them the prior day.They told us that the process can be up to 4 hours, and that I’m second in line to go back. Called back four hours later, and she tells me, we’re second in line again and that the car has not even went back yet. So in the last four hours what exactly has happened with the ONE car ahead of me? So she tells me that it should be done in three more hours now.I am on an extremely tight time frame, as they also knew. The only positive I’ve taken from this so far, is their prices are significantly lower than everywhere else. Guess you get what you pay for, we will see what happens when I check back in with them.Time management definitely needs to be improved upon.

I had an appointment for Friday and was told it would take about 3 hours. I got there at noon and they told me it wouldnt be ready until 6pm, which was fine no problem there. But they were incredibly rude even though I said please and thank you at every possible opportunity. So I waited until 5pm and called to check on my windsheild. They said they havent started on it yet but they are working until they get all the windsheild for that day done. Well I dont get a call back until 7:45pm and they told me they were going to wait until tomorrow morning to get it done. Which was fine other than the fact I was told 3 hours over the phone and get there and was told 6 hours, which turned into 24+ hours. So the next morning I wait until noon to call figuring they would have had it done (first thing) like they said but they said they had just started it. So I wait until 2 and drive up there. They just got it done pretty much when I pulled up. They didnt offer me any discount for having to wait 26 hours or even offer me an apology. Theses people are rude and unprofessional at best. I will not be using them and I will make sure that none I know uses them.

I called last week to get a quote and being as they were cheaper than anyone else I had called I decided to cancel the appointment I had made elsewhere and wait to go here. I was told its FCFS so no appointment. I got there around 9 this morning and checked in, I was told it would be a bit and they would call me when it was closer to my turn if I needed to leave. I waited around 3 hours and still hadnt heard anything and only 1 person had left with their completed vehicle in the meantime. I called around until I found somewhere else that could get me in and I left. This place has a terrible system going. Schedule appointments for people. Replacing a windshield doesnt take 6 hours guys! Its at a hour to hour and a half long job.. Id rather pay a little more than spend my entire day off sitting in your office.

I received a quote via email after requesting online and called to get a little more information because the price was acceptable. The customer service person I spoke with (unfortunately did not get her name) was EXTREMLY rude. She lost my business immediately. Too bad!

Windshield needed replaced,nice people worked around my schedule. They did a great job, and the price was unbelievable.

I called the day before with the year make and model of our vehicle to make sure they would have the windshield. We showed up at 9am ( first come first serve only, for the price we thought it might be worth it ) after 6 hours we were able to leave. It was supposed to be a 20 min wait then our car would go back and vehicle would be finished in 2 hours. I dont like sharing bad reviews, but they were not honest about the time frame at all! We couldnt leave 3 hours into waiting because they already took our windshield out and was waiting on a new one. This could have been handled more professionally.

After a hiccup that wasnt their fault they were able to replace my rear windshield in less time than it took me to get there. Up front about the first come first serve policy and their price beat two other quotes I got by $150 and $200 with a 10% military discount to boot. Will certainly go there again if I need auto glass replaced.

I was told to come in asap and it would be an in and out deal. Once I get there the receptionist was unprofessional, had her feet up on the desk and ignored me as I stood at the counter while she carried on a conversation, non work related, like I didnt exist. She then told me it would be a couple hours. 5 hours later when it finally got done I confronted her about having told me 2 hours when it took 5. She gave me attitude like I was out of line. I would NEVER recommend this place primarily due to the receptionist.

They gave me a quote without taxes and they didnt tell me until it was time to pay. But they did excellent, fast service. Could not be happier with my windshield.

We Couldn’t Get any help from the people when We got there at 2pm beside giving them the keys and waiting we waited 4 hours and still nothing no one came out to say I’m sorry for the long wait nothing had to ask for the keys and they gave them Bad customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone just professional all the way around.

Had our windshield replaced March 2021. Turnaround was quick, tech explained do’s and don’ts. However, we were told if we cleaned out our personal effects they would vacuum out the glass inside. We even completely cleaned out all the glass before we took it in so they would only need to clean up the mess they made as they replaced the windshield. They didn’t clean up ANY of their mess. There was glass everywhere. Not impressed. Will update after it rains to see if there is any leaks.

Had my windshield replaced here. My side view mirror was broken off and glued back on prior to my arrival at Auto Glass Now. While they were installing the new windshield they accidentally broke the side view off again, but they glued it back on for me with better glue than what was already on there. Really appreciated that! They were up front about what happened and resolved the problem in no time! Best price around for my windshield too!

If you’re looking to get your glass here, I would steer far away. After the treacherous Norman hail storm, I called them and set up an appointment even called a couple times before to confirm they ordered my glass for the car & everything. I received 2 confirming texts the night before my appointment, drove 45 minutes with my grandmother following me for me to get there and them to tell me they accidentally sold my glass to someone else, and that I need to look elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The business said it was in Norman on Google maps. They said they had my windows in stock. I made an appointment.They were not in Norman. I drove an extra 20 miles to my appointment and they didnt have my glass.

I made a appointment to get my rear window replaced. I waited around most of the day. I called to see how much longer til they arrive. After several minutes of waiting on hold she says they fired there tech and they weren’t coming. They couldn’t give me a call to tell me bunch of god damn retards. I will never try to use this company again.

Would not recommend!!! Was told it would take a maximum of two hours to change our front windshield. After two hours of waiting went and checked to see if they were about done. And practically got cussed out for asking! Come to realize they had not started on it even. So we just left without getting it changed.

I should have waited and just went with Safelite. There is a reason why this company is so much cheaper than the competition. The first instal was a mobile one, they came to my house and installed the windshield. The very same day, about 1 hour later, the windshield cracked. I immediately called the office but was unable to talk the the manager until the following day. When I talked to her she stated that she would have to see the windshield which I totally understand. Upon her inspection of it it was deemed that it was no fault of mine but the installation, it was sticking up more than1/2 inch on one side. An appointment was made to replace windshield but unfortunately warrenty work can only be done in the shop. I dropped off car and waited for the repair. As you can see from the attached pictures 1, 2 & 3 I now have paint missing along the entire back edge of my hood where it looks as if (a) the wipers werent installed correctly the first time or (b) the windshield was dragged against it. And as you can see in pics 4 & 5 there is a considerable at least a 1/4 - 1/2 inch difference from one side to the other and it is still not flush with the roof all the way acroos the top of the windshield. Ive used Safelite numerous times on the same model of car and was thoroughly satisfied. There was never glass residue left on dash and the instal looked like it came out of the factory. Will not return and will surely not recommend.***apparently you are only allowed to post two pics*****

Wouldnt recommend replacing windshield here. Price is the only thing you get hear. Do not expect quality service. Bonding compounds were poorly applied, sloppy workmanship.

My windshield cracked when I was at my second job. How sad is that, two jobs and still these things hurt financially. I looked around and AGN seemed to be the cheapest place and with pretty good reviews. Only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because the ladies in the front were so nice to me. I had my cousin pick up my car because I was at work when it was ready. He told me that the left side retainers were so badly deteriorated that they threw it away. So they taped my left side windshield! I dont know where to look or how to replace it. I obviously went to them, for a job, and it wasnt fulfilled. Not only did I pay to get the windshield replaced, but now I have to go pay someone else to replace the retainers for me and for the retainer itself. Awful. I should have paid double and had Safelite come out.

Takes a while but well worth it. You need to know details about your car so they can have the right windshield ready for you. But if they dont they will find it. I take all my cars to them and Im from NW OK.

So far so good, the guy I worked with went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement window. Will definitely be going back if something ever should happen in the future. They had me back up and operational within two days (I feel like it would have been sooner if I didn’t have to go in on a Saturday initially).

Terrible customer service! We had small leak on front wind shield of our vehicle when raining that we brought to them for repairs. They said they would have to replace windshield to fix leak. It took longer than they said it would, they were not friendly or professional at all. A few months after their repair the windshield started leaking on opposite side. When we called back they were very rude, keep putting me on hold, would not let me finish my description of problem, told me to let her finish and suggested the problem was probably unrelated to their repairs. She said I would just have to bring the vehicle back up for the them to repair again and I would most likely be responsible for the repairs. This is the second time Ive use them and neither time has been very pleasant. This time was most worse and the problem we had was resolved only for a short time and now is leaking worse. It seems much easier to just use Safelite instead of driving 30 minutes to get this kind of service. I will not take my personnel or business vehicles here again and I dont recommend them.

The staff was very friendly. They replaced a side window at a lower price than most other places would, and for free did a cursory vacuuming of some of the broken glass that was left from where the window had been smashed, and removed most of the duct tape job that had covered the window previously to keep out the rain. During the job, some broken glass from the old, smashed window fell inside the door locking mechanism, preventing the door from unlocking. When I told them the door wouldnt unlock when I picked up the car the next day, they fixed that for free in about an hour, and let me use their wifi while I waited.

I needed my windshield replaced due to a rock on the highway. I received their mobile service on 12/13. The tech was really nice, explained the process, the warranty, how long it would take as well as the dos and what not to do upon completion. I liked that he introduced himself and reassured me I was in good hands. I also very much appreciated them working with my schedule and taking care of me first thing in the morning. My windshield looks good and I couldnt be happier. The staff in office was very kind and helpful as well. I did shop around and they had the best price in town. Thank you!

Literally waited 8am to 6pm for my install. I was told for 3 hours that in 20 minutes my glass would arrive after by car sat 2 hours without a phone call informing me the wrong glass was ordered.

I called autoglassnow a week ago for an estimate. Told them what kind of car I had they asked what options I had on the windshield. I told them nothing they told me they had 6 different windshields with different options. I told them.mine had no options. They once again said it has to have some options I again told them no. I took my car in they told me it would be 2 hours so I ran some errands went back they told me they got the wrong one so I left it and ran errands with a friend. Got back to. The shop and once again they even though they had the car they didnt cross reference the vin to the windshield and for the second time got the wrong windshield. The lady then called the dealer and told me she would have the right one waiting on me when I came back in. I told her at that point I would be there Friday at 8 am. I show up and wouldnt you know no windshield. I had to wait over 2 more hours to finally get the right one. Oh by the way they were in the middle of packing to move while I was there. I am highly upset and will never go there again!!!!!

Did a good job and very reasonable in price.

Not professional with poor quality. They scratch my vehicle around the edge where the windshield goes. Lied and said they didnt do the scratches then said they will repair it but never did. Also scratched up black molding below windshield and tore up the weather stripping on it. Had urethane glue residue left on the vehicle and on my leather seats. Horrible unprofessional company. If you want your vehicle to get damaged and deny they did it, this is the place for you. Customer Beware

Worst district manager around and sloppy work out of the shop. They ran off the good manager nikki. They lost the good help from the office to the shop. Unfortunately the dm here has gerald and others fooled with her BS

Upon dropping my vehicle off I was told that it would take 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark I was told that my vehicle was next to go back. At the 4 hour mark; my vehicle was still sitting out front and hadnt been touched! If you are told 2 hours; then it should take 2 hours! Otherwise, they need to to tell you to not make any plans and to expect to be here all day!

Best experience for my first experience in needing some windows replaced. Very friendly, fast and efficient. My windows were shattered on 7/4 and they got me in the next day 7/5 and had them finished by end of day. They even priced matched from another company making them the lowest price out of 7 others i had gotten quotes from. Really happy with the service and work, would definitely come back and recommend to anyone else.

I do not recommend Auto Glass. We had a windshield replaced and it cracked two weeks later. They would not replace free of charge because it was probably our fault. We recently had it replaced with a very professional local company. They confirmed that the windshield had not been installed correctly.

I rarely leave bad reviews for businesses but for this one i have to! Made an appointment to come in at 11:00am, the lady said to wait about 3 hours which would be 2:00pm and i did not expect that. But that’s fine, i was there already, might as well wait for 3 hours! Went off and came back around 1:45pm! She said my car is not gonna be done around 3:30pm! It got moved to 3:30pm NOW!!!! I was like okay, i’m next in line (she said i was) and i was also cool with that! Sat there and waited for another 30 minutes, i went outside and there was my car still sitting in the yard. Came back and asked her. It turned out they ordered a wrong windshield for my car and had to wait for the right one to arrive and “the right one was not gonna arrive at 4:00pm” said the technician! So by the time they got done with my car, it’ll be 5:00pm? If you don’t want to waste your entire day here, please!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere.

I had a busted window replaced here. When they replaced the window they said my regulator went out so they just jammed it in there where it couldn’t roll up and down. They said if we bought the part and brought it back that they would take care of it. Fast forward to us bringing it in with the part, we drop it off and come back to pick it up the next day and they made us pay another $50 after saying they would take care of it. We pay the $50 and drive off just to find out that the door of the window that they replaced will not open. The lock on my door is not even visible, I guess it fell down into the door... not sure how they could have possibly not noticed that before handing over my keys. So here I am waiting on them to fix it again, hopefully they’re not gonna try to charge me again. Very unsatisfied to say the least. Will not be back. Would advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. When confronted with the problem they were very unprofessional and blatantly lied to my face saying that no one ever said that they would take care or installing the motor/regulator. Disgusting service. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to take your vehicles.

Difficult to a degree that find and get in/out of die to its location. Nothing exciting to say about it. Staff seemed okay, not inviting but not awful. Dude who handed the keys back smelt so strongly of weed I choked on the air and was afraid the car had been used as a hot box (thankfully it didnt smell like weed inside the car...) And the glass makes a whistling sound driving down the highway.Cannot justify recommending this place. The dog was cute though.

This place was horrible. So I called last week to ask for pricing for my windshield getting replaced and they told me how much and told me to come in at noon the following Thursday. I called the following Thursday just to make sure it was noon so I could show up on time and she told me yes and it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. So I show up 10 min before noon and there was only 2-3 people in the waiting area who had already dropped off their vehicles. After I signed the papers she said it was know gonna take 3-4 hours, i said no problem and that I could go do some things while waiting so I left. 3-4 hours had passed and no call so we drove back up there and my car is sitting in the exact same spot and hasn’t been touched. So I called and they said my car was next in line. 2-3 hours later I finally got my car. They were telling people they don’t make appointments but told me to come at a specific time yet I still had to wait 7 hours. The younger girl with the red hair has an extreme attitude problem and doesn’t act like she wants to help customers and that is getting irritated is our fault. Learn better customer service. Down right Pitiful.

Went in to have a window replaced. Paid $200 for them to just jam it in then tell me they would install it no problem if I go get a window regulator. I gonand spend 50 dollars on it and come back just for them to charge me another $50 to finish installing my window. I do not recommend these guys. Dont trust verbal agreements they do nit hinor them. Get it in writing. Not impressed at all

I ordered a passenger window for my wifes Corvette. I was told to have her bring it today 7/6/20. The first time I called I was quoted $170, after I called back to confirm the price jumped to $207. Once my wife got to the location she was told it would be $255 and that she supposedly had an appt. last week and they sent the glass back because she didnt show up and she would have to wait 2 hours for them to re-order it and get it to the shop. Stay away from this place. They are nothing but a bunch of lying, unprofessional, thieving people.

Terrible no repair whatsoever. Referred me to Riverside salvage they made me come back three times to buy a window that they cannot replace. I have yet to find a single good car place in my 5 years in Oklahoma.

They were friendly and explained everything clearly. I needed a rear passenger side window replaced and they did a great job! They were done more quickly than they quoted and they even vacuumed the glass from my broken window out of my backseat and floorboard. Im very happy with my experience here.

Good work! Timely repair! Minor trim issue repaired before I left. Great price, $200 for a 2001 pt cruiser.

The receptionist was very helpful with wrapping our window until we could get our glass replaced on our window.

Great lil spot. No appointments, but the estimate time of work are spot on. Needed a new window for the work van they had me in and out in under an hour

These people are very professional and friendly. They came to my house and replaced my windshield with no hassle. Plus they are the most affordable and do great work.

Top notch service and they work fast. Ive had two different vehicles in here recently and theyve done a wonderful job with both. They even went out of their way to help me fix several leaks from rust around the windshield in my 24 year old car and give me advice on how to fix the other leaks. The Mazda dealership couldnt even tell me why I was having issues. Definitely recommend this place!!

This place beat everyone by over a hundred dollars! Yea they were busy, took a while to get it done. But I wouldnt trip about how long it takes saving that much. Ladys were really nice. Small place, but its cool inside would recommend every time! My new glass place for sure!

Great customer service! They fixed my windshield and gave me a great warranty on it, as well! My only complaint is they were busy (probably bc of their 50% off deal) and I had to wait 2 hours. I think the wait was worth the deal - it only cost me $200 vs the $400 other places quoted me.

Terrible customer service. We had an appointment at 12. Showed up at 11:50. We were told we needed to be back by 1:15-1:30. We came back at 1:15 and waited until 2 pm. When we inquired about the car we were told “it’s not ready because you weren’t here at noon and now we are behind”. Excuse me? Being 10 minutes early is the reason you are behind? The front desk lady is awful and was extremely rude for no reason at all. Regardless of price I would never go back here for service.

I had to replace my windshield so I called this place a day before i went there. The kind lady explained it would take about a couple of hours in the least to replace windshield. I had to go to work by 10 so i asked her if she could make it any sooner. She said there is a chance. So i went there the very next day at 8 and she was the only one on the front jammed with all those phone calls. But she remembered i had to be at work by 10 so she got my windshield replaced by 9.15. Excellent service. They take care of you really well. Customer oriented service. Bravo!

Went to go have my windshield looked at and got dealt with very rudely by a man working outside the garage. He had originally told me to pull around to the front I’m across the parking lot and I did not hear him I tried to ask him what he said and he kept doing his work so I pulled around the other side of the vehicle where he then took the time to walk up to me and tell me that I needed to park out front because this area was for “dropping off deliveries only.” So I pulled away and attempted to call but with then left on hold by the people in the office after reading the other recent reviews I’m glad that I didn’t spend another second there.
