Tried to order 700.00 worth of products for my Camaro and was going to drive a couple to pick it up. Called to ask how much of this they had in stock. Told me to order on line but had to pay before I could find out! But didnt want to pay before I knew if it was in stock and didnt have the option to will call and didnt want to wait a month! Most sights has it built in if they have it or not! Sent an email asking if they had the product and no response! Ended up paying for shipping from a different company!

I had searched high and low for a new radiator for my 1953 3100 truck, but the first two from competitive companies were an improper fit (flanges did not match OEM) or were defective upon arrival. After connecting with Classic Chevrolet Parts, Kevin put me in a new high quality radiator that was an exact fit and made to exactly OEM dimensions in every way. Fits and runs perfectly! Pretty upset was waiting for my hood to come in they already had my fenders we agreed for me to come pick it up today get up their they had a number on the door to call for help and nobody would answer to bring my parts out so I has to resend my order and now pay a lot of extra unnecessary fees for delivery

Just received a adaptor for my steering column and as you would know it the salesman got the part wrong. I explained to the salesman in detail what part I needed & he assured me he knew what i was talking about. When I received the part it was not what I described to the salesman. I then called the store & told them the part was wrong & they tried to find the correct part but were unsuccessful. So I asked if they would send me a shipping label to send the part back. Not only would they not send a return label but they will only credit me for just the part & not my shipping. So now I am out shipping costs to me & to them. I informed the salesman to tell his boss that they just lost a customer. Now, I am not a huge customer. I only spend a $1000.00 a month on my projects. I was told about this company from an acquaintance & was excited to find a company closer to home. This is the type of customer service I don’t need. I guess I will stick with LMC, classic industries, Jegs, & summit ect:Eddie Pikulin
