You be the judge. I had this shop install a reman engine back in 2017. They were paid the shop rate, over $1800 in labor. A week after the install I found a valve cover gasket bolt sticking up, not tightened at all. Then about 2 weeks after that it was dripping coolant. Turns out they installed a bad gasket on a housing underneath the engine so I had to take it back again. Now every winter when the temp drops below about 30F it drips coolant, from where I cannot tell. I would not use this shop again for anything. The attention to detail is non existent. The customer should not be the one finding the mechanics mistakes.

My 2005 Hyundai Sonata needed several things fixed and I had Brookwood Automotive recommended to me. They were reasonably priced and the work took just a few days.We are very happy with the work and will return to this shop.

I had taken my car to another garage with what I thought was going to be a somewhat simple fix because I had no real issues with the car I just noticed one evening a leak and have had no leaks. When I took it to the other garage they called me with $3500 in repairs.. my little fiat is almost 10 years old and thats more than the car is worth. They told me all the things that were wrong and what had to happen to fix it and they could finance it for me etc. It just didnt feel right so I took it to Brookwood Automotive Service center and what do you know.. a clamp fell off of a hose and they fixed it and it was $46.. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of them not ripping me off and fixing my problem.. thanks guys..

This was not the first time I have used them, but this is the first time I have had a problem. I brought my vehicle in to have a alignment done. Before conducting the alignment I let them know the issue which was slight pull to the right. After they alignment was done there was no change in the vehicle. It stilled pulled out the right. I brought it in another time and they attempted another alignment. Long story short, no success. At this point I was concerned there is something more wrong with the vehicle. To make sure I went to another location that specialized in BMWs to get a second opinion. After they conducted the alignment they determined one of two things. They vehicle alignment was not conducted at all or the machine they used was not calibrated correctly. Additionally, without a doubt they did not conduct toe alignment of the vehicle at all! This could be verified because BMWs require you take out a pin that once removed does not go back in. That pen was still in the vehicle when the specialized BMW mechanic did the alignment. Either Brookwood Automotive chose not to do it or didnt do it out of ignorance. Either way is not acceptable. End of story my vehicle now drives how it should. Straight.Side note.... After talking to the Management at Brookwood Automotive Service they did give a refund which I commend them for that. They put up little resistance which at least tells me they own up to there mistake. Or they got caught and wanted to make it right. Either or it wasnt a total failure. The take-away is I probably will not being taking my BMW back to Brookwood. Hopefully you have better luck then I did.

Terrible NAPA repair facility. I went late at night to pick up my vehicle. The owner Kevin and his lead Tech was there drinking beer while working on peoples cars. When Kevin handed me my keys, he reeked of alcohol and slurred his words. When I got home, I heard a loud pop noise as I was driving into my garage. My drive shaft popped loose and hit the ground.Who the hell drinks beer and works on peoples cars in what is supposed to be a professional automotive shop! Are you kidding me!I have reported this to a couple of agencies and hopefully they will catch these idiots either in the act or pull them over when they leave work one night. This has been going on for a long time for sure. AVOID DYING. STEER CLEAR OF THIS AUTO SHOP THAT IS MORE OF A BAR!

My wife took her vehicle up here last week. I just got around to checking out if anyone had similar issues that my wife experienced.After checking out the reviews I can see the owner or who ever responds to the people on here that have issues, it is NEVER their problem someone is upset. Always the customers fault. Couple of reviews also that he just claims are not even for his business.Most of the good reviews are obviously friends or have a close relationship with the owner. Hard to get a read whether or not they can actually do good work or not other than consistent denial of responsibility for bad work or customers reaching out to him for a solution to the problem they experienced.Thats is enough for me to just try someone else. It is somewhat frustrating Im sure for the customers that really have had awful experience with this business and the response is pretty much not my fault, not my problem. Typical small business mentality. Save a dollar to lose a hundred on repeat and referral business.So. Reason I wrote this in the first place, my wife came in for an oil change and winter check before she left for Tulsa. They left the drain plug loose and forgot to put the oil cap back on. Oil was all over the place, got on the exhaust and started smoking badly. She didnt know what was wrong so I had to have her towed to nearest shop which was $220.00 just to find this out.Im sure the owner will reply saying it wasnt his fault or blame my wife somehow. Well, here is another negitive review for you to add to your growing collection. Avoid this shop.

Took the car and didnt fix it for a week. Then the manager gives false information and charges for delivery of a car thats not working. And then says that he doesnt want to deal with customer inquiring about the car. And to top it off the owner comes on the review board to tell a client they are not being honest. When a customer is wrong and the business is always right or has an excuse, then you know to never ever deal with them again. Worst auto shop in OKC . Should have the BB look into them. This business is the reasons why people dont trust mechanics. Rather pay more to the competitor than deal with this horrible business. You pay what you get. And we got the shaft.

I normally dont leave negative reviews. but after being on hold for 10 minutes with a lady that cant speak English well and doesnt even know base prices for a basic oil change or basic brake job I am happy they pushed me to go somewhere else. if it took that much for an estimate I would hate to see how the service would have turned out.

Brookwood did a major complicated big job for me. I was kept advised every step along the way and was advised of other problems found. The service was excellent and timely and the work is without fault. My car is like new again and I would recomend them to anyone. The price was very fair also.

Took car here was having problem I knew about some of the issue with my car but didnt know totally what was causing the problem so I was going to get a diagnostic service done on it to find out for sure what it was because so I could work on my own cars and fix most thing on my own because I cant afford the high prices of repair shops. So they did the diagnostic service on my car and told me the same information about the problem that I already knew about and said the couldnt diagnostic any more information untill that stuff was fixed and charged me the full price of the diagnostic service, which didnt finish the service fully. So I wont return again.

Went in because my truck would only let me pump 36c at a time before the pump stops, they said it was the evap purge solenoid on top of the fuel tank. Ryan said it would cost $262 and some change. I asked what happens if it doesnt fix my problem, Ryan said if it doesnt work then we will make it right or give my money back. They said the mechanic pumped $10 and worked fine, but I went to fill it up and it had the same exact problem. Took it back Tuesday December 27th, 2016 and now they say I need a new fuel pump for $600 to fix it. I paid $268 for absolutely nothing and now they want more money.

This place sucks. the owner has no idea what he is doing. he will let your car sit in the parking lot until they get to it. then he will lie about whats wrong with it so he can get as much money as possible. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE.

I took my 2008 F-350 super duty to this shop for a leaking rear end.They were a little slow getting started,and were finding other problems.Finished by getting the rear end replaced. This is an honest business with reasonable prices.Im satisfied.

I took my 97 dodge Dakota there for them to replace the oil pump 2 years ago told them not to run the engine but they did and said the engine was toast and then charged me for them to look at it. And wanted to charge me for a engine., if your wise don’t take your car here.

The people here are nice but they have had my car for over a week told me parts were in and then just four out still waiting on parts and that I would have my car on a day even though they are not open and have been lied to all the way around and they guy Robert who is working on my car is not a nice person but this is the only place my car lot uses so I am stuck with the lies from these peopleI would not recommend this shop to anyone cause of the lies

They overcharge for the work they did, then when the motor they put in my truck was missing, said it was a bad motor and had two ruined cylinders. We let that truck sit for 3 months, and when we finally took it someplace out, it only had issues with 2 injectors (which were supposed to be warrantied by Brookwood). Dont take your diesel there - it will take them longer than estimated to do the work, they charge too much, and then lie to get out of warranty work.
