Bought a 2021 SX 190 from them. Had a great service and was really happy with the sales team. A few weeks later, I sucked a rope into the intake and couldnt get it all out. They had got it and out within 1 day! Happy with the post sale as much as I was with the sale.

Recently Bought a Yamaha Boat from Rick at Blackbeard Marine. I would highly recommend any of your water recreational needs to visit Blackbeard. We also visited their Grand Lake location, each time treated with great service. Never any pressure from their sales staff. The purchasing process was extremely easy. After the purchase Rick took the time to do a walk around and explain all the boats features and went over anything outstanding with the boat that may not be in stock at the time of purchase. Based upon our purchase experience we will be back in the future if we purchase anything else for the water.

We just bought our boat from Blackbeard today. Both Rick and Glen were great to work with and made the process easy and fast. Purchased a new 2019 Yamaha G3 1710. I think I got a heck of a deal. Made some changes (one at last minute) and ordered some extras so it took a little longer to get it rigged out, but I expected this. These guys & gals busted their chops to make sure I was satisfied. Constantly going out of their way to make sure I was informed about everything. Got all my questions answered. Boat runs great. I have dealt with other boat shops in the past 30 or so years and I will not deal with anyone else in the future except Blackbeard! Thanks to everyone.

We went here to get a part for a Mercury motor and we stood around for 30 mins while the guy in the service department just sang and would interrupt you while talking and very unreasonable service will not be coming back

Had a great experience at Blackbeard of OKC. Called on a Monday wanting a new Ultrex trolling motor on my 2019 Phoenix, dropped the boat on Tuesday and it was ready Wednesday. Other dealers in the city couldnt guarantee the install would be done in 4 weeks let alone a few days. While I was there they did the 100 hour service on my Mercury outboard as well. Pricing was right, service was great. I will be using them for all of my boating needs in the future. I would highly recommend Blackbeard of OKC.

Worst customer service I’ve received from a company, ever. We wanted a manitou so we went to Blackbeard because they were the closest even though we live in Texas. Bought our brand new manitou in April from the okc location. Had trouble with the boat cutting out mid drive, seams on the seats started unraveling probably from sitting in the sun uncovered before purchase, and it wasn’t wired to show hours. After 2 months of trying to get ahold of anyone that would help and possibly service the boat (has a full warranty) we finally had someone come pick it up from okc. 3 weeks later, our boat has yet to be serviced or even looked at. When we call, we’re given the run around. Their only saving grace is their finance guy, Dustin who’s been more helpful than anyone else. Other than that, drive to Michigan if you want a manitou. Don’t waste your money or time in Oklahoma.

Purchased our first boat from Blackbeard Marine in OKC. Waiting on the final paperwork as I type this. So far, the customer service we received (Matt Stinnett) has been stellar. No pressure, and I got fickle and changed my mind to a different boat after my deposit was made on another, and all it took was a text to change it out - no hassle, no fee, no delay. Matt Stinnett even drove the boat to a storage facility (off hours) we chose to make sure it fit perfectly BEFORE we purchased it - which gave us peace of mind seeing it backed into the space. The buying experience has been the best I have had on any vehicle purchase (even cars). If the post-purchase service is anything close, I think we have found our go-to. I will update this review as I intend to use them for all service/winterization/etc. Five stars at this point!UPDATE JUNE 25, 2020: Had my first service with Blackbeard Marine (after my initial purchase). Spot on - they had me in and out in no time - important because II was leaving for the lake the following day.UPDATE 2 JULY 1, 2020: My trailer wheel had a nail in it, and of course I discovered it right when I was pulling it out of storage for a lake trip. Matt and Dillon (who I bought the boat from in OKC...HIGHLY RECOMMEND) came to the rescue. They had my tire repaired and back on my trailer IN AN HOUR, and I was off to GrandLake (I would have missed an entire day with my family from out of town if it wasnt for these guys). The level of service is UNMATCHED. The only question I have is this: is the level of service a Blackbeard trademark so-to-speak, or is it Matt Stinnett and Dillon Poston? Very slow to get repairs done! I would buy a new boat from them but will never take a boat to their service side of the store ever again. To many empty promises. They had my boat forever im afraid fishing season will be over before i actually get it back. Smh They could not fix my boat so I opted to buy a new boat from them could not even get them to run my credit highly recommend going somewhere else!!!! Very pleased with service and the punctuality of service. Had a Minn Kota Fortrex removed and Ultrex installed for my skeeter. Everything functions great and the service manager Dylan was exceptional. I also had a leak in my trim/tilt system prior and went up to the store and they walked me through some issues that could arise when installing new seals. Bought used boat, they said was lake ready. Took it to the lake the next day and almost sank. The hull was rotted under the fiberglass. Note to self double check the stiffness of hull when buying a used boat. A lose win situation, we was able to sell the outboard motor for more that we paid for the boat.

I have had several boats and had been researching new ones for about 4 months and finally decided to pull the trigger. When we walked in they werent pushy and helped us in any way possible. Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable and not just on their product but on boats in general. He had quick answers to every question we had and I never felt like he was blowing smoke. This place was recommended to me and I will pass the word on as well!

Rick showed me what he had, gave me such a great price on a VXR that I went straight home, started doing some research of my own, and from what really good friends of mine whom have a vast experience with all brands, Rick was right on point, not only gave me a outstanding price, but everything he told me about the Yamaha was totally right, didnt try to snowball me, and gave me a really great deal without all the haggling, negociating, etc...Thanks Rick, Me and my family appreciate doing business with good honest people.

I have made several attempts to find out where my paper work and title is to my newly purchased boat and can not get a response from anyone other then My sells guy saying he will get on it and I have contacted him again and not getting a response back and i even asked if there was someone I could talk to and he stated he was on it and is not responding to my messages now and I was suppose to get stickers that would be updated to 2017 and still have not gotten those as well. I have already had the boat going on two months and I will be slapped with a major penalty because I can’t get it tagged!! Not happy with the services!!! And this is my third purchase from the this company and will not return back nor will I recomend them to anyone.

Stopped in last Wednesday to learn more about the Godfrey pontoons, get pricing, etc. No one greeted us, but we thought that they might be busy even though we were the only customers. We looked at the pontoons inside the store, and sat down in one for about ten minutes. Still no acknowledgement. At this point we decided to leave.

Took my boat there during a busy season and they said it would be about 2 weeks to get it fixed. They had it finished 3 days early.

They were very nice and helpful.

We bought a used boat and the very first time out the engine messed up. We were told they would fix it 3 weeks ago. Went to check on it yesterday 4/25 and they still havent even started on the boat. Already made our first payment and no boat to enjoy.
