Before I made my purchase I read all the reviews, and it left me a little skeptical. But, they had the boat I wanted. I went to the dealership and met with Sherry. She in fact is a very lovely lady, but she is all business, as she should be being the office manager. I test drove the boat, asked for the few things I wanted fixed, and I made my purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the boat I own and would recommend this dealership to anyone. If your looking for a used boat that is mint condition then best of luck. If you are looking for a used boat that is in excellent condition and running well then E & R has them. Hopefully in a few years Ill be buying a bigger boat from these people.
If you feel like dealing with DISHONEST folks E&R is the right dealer for you! Ron gave me his word on Wednesday that he would hold a boat for me until Saturday first thing in the morning, at which time I agreed to pay full price in CASH. Then goes ahead and sells it out from under me Thursday afternoon. I offered to put a deposit down, but his word was enough. If you decide to do business with them at least you can now do it Eyes WIDE Open. Good luck!
Came to them to buy my first boat, living in Texas they made it easy with video chats to show me any thing and everything about the boat. When i arrived the boat was as described. Took it out for a lake test and drove it back to Texas that night. Highly recomend E&R Boats and Jason Trump for going above and beyond!
After reading some negative reviews here, I was concerned! I drove all the way from Miami, Florida to Oklahoma City because they had the boat I wanted at a reasonable price. After a few hours with them, all my fears were gone, they were super nice and flexible. They try to fix and accommodate all my requests! From Jason (Sales rep), Sherry (Office staff), Rickie (Office staff) to the sales manager (can’t remember his name) and other personal were all very helpful and did everything they could to help me. Even a surprise gift I found in the boat when I got to Miami (safety life jackets)Thank you guys! 😊
Guys get off ole Ernie he knows his boats and does alot of great business Ive always been treated great and had world class service. I cant stand that people that dont get their way can go on the internet and do harm to a business its rather childish its like the little kid that wants to take his football and go home because he gets outran or put on his back in back yard football game quit crying on Google review because you dont get the price you want or what you want for your trade
Purchased a used boat here and it was missing a Bimini top threaded piece for the support pole long story short I call Saturday and Ron or whatever his name was said bring the existing one I have buy and he can check to see if they had left it in the back on accident ... However the lady at the front today said after I drove 40 minutes one way to get here that I could come back tomorrow he wasnt here and she was unwilling to go look in the area out back so I will not be recommending this business to any other friends looking to purchase a boat.
We are first time boat owners. And we wanted to say this place is so amazing to come and purchase from. The people here are very caring and honest. They gave us the time and showed us many boats and explain to us about everything there’s just honestly nothing bad that I can say won’t be disappointed we love our new boat will definitely be coming back here for further purchases. Awesome crew🥰🥰. U guys rock!!
We came to a point in our lives where we were no longer using our boat regularly. We initially contacted E&R Boats about purchasing our boat for resale. They said they would be interested but to bring boat after we acquired the proper paperwork. When we arrived with paperwork in hand, they did an overall inspection and wrote us a check on the spot for our agreed upon price. Take all the other reviews with a grain of salt. Not everyone is familiar with the resale boat business. We have no problem highly recommending them.
Came in on Saturday with cash money in hand. Two boats in mind, we had saw online. A guy working on a boat, with a jerky attitude said look around but Im busy with this. Never said if you find something let me know.Ill take my money somewhere else. Horrible!I read in one of your review responses, you pride yourself in customer service. Well, when you walk into see a boat and a guy that says he is the owner says to you, the boats are out there and I dont have anyone here to help you, I am busy!! Haha, I dont call that good service. Ill spend thousands somewhere that would like to have my money and treats me as such!
*BUYER BEWARE* I was in the market of buying a boat and found a 2007 Yamaha AR230 at E & R Boats. Per the pictures the boat was a dream come true. We scheduled a lake test on a Saturday morning in which they typically do not do policy. We drove 3 1/2 hours to come look at this beauty. The bunks on the trailer was rotten and one side was hanging. They were rotted out so bad, the last person that loaded the boat must have snapped the bunk and the steel penetrated through and gouged the hull of the boat severely on the port side and not to mention it had a hole on the starboard side as well. The interior upholstery was in awesome shape as they just had some areas re-upholstered and the Bimini top was In good shape as well. Then I started noticing some changes on the boat that was different form the pictures listed. It had a different stereo head unit, missing PA mic and the dang batteries to the boat were completely dead and we couldnt even start it. It took them 20 min to realize the batteries were dead so they jumped the batteries. At that time we started checking the electronics. All was working with the exception of the head unit to the stereo. They spent 45 min trying figure out what was wrong with the stereo and let me remind you, why havent even made it to the water yet. After time went by they finally realized that the head unit that was not working and we were then told that they had previously BOUGHT BACK the boat from a Doctor that previously bought it from them had a death across seas and had to sell it back. I guess a Doctor bought a 2007 Ski Boat and swapped out the stereo and sold it back.? We werent buying the story. We then decided for one to go buy a new stereo while we were taken out to the lake for a test. While they were pulling the boat out we noticed some noises coming from the bearings and both back wheels port and starboard sides were bowing out bad. This is a dead give away that the axel was bent. At this time we reached our limit. We told them we were done, so we left. I received a call from a very nice lady Ricki 20 minutes after we left. She apologized to us and offered to fix all the problems and offered to pay our fuel on the next trip and put us in a hotel the night before so we didnt have to wake up early to get there. We truly felt she was apologetic so we considered her offer. My wife I and I came up with a list of Items that needed to be fixed for us to consider the buy. For the most part the items were fixed minus the trailer axels and the twin engines did not match RPMS and only got up to 42 mph, not 50+ like it should. Since bowed out trailer tires were not a concern for them and the engines were not running like it should we decided to move on. I feel that leaving that day after the 3 1/2 hour drive was the best decision for me and my family. I gave E & R Boats a 2 star because they tried to fix some of the issues. Other than that the experience was horrible and quite embarrassing especially since no one was there knowledgeable of their own boat. My advise for E & R Boats is to step up their Quality Control and Customer Service. They truly lived up to their low ratings. Good Luck.
Like others have mentioned. I was concerned about all the negative reviews. I contacted Ernie and after I explained my concerns, both Sherry and Ernie did a fantastic job answering all my questions quickly. We drove 11 hours to go see the boat and took it for a test drive. Matt from E&R did the driving and everything seemed great so we bought it. One week later ( our first time with it out on the river ) we found a significant issue with the steering and I thought... here we go, this is what everyone warned us about. We had the boat fixed locally and followed back up with Ernie and Sherry. After explaining the situation, Ernie made it right ! Thank you so much to both Sherry and Ernie for their excellent job in customer service. It is appreciated.
Flew up there to buy a boat. Committed to purchasing. They sold it out from under me. Totally unscrupulous dealer. Buyer beware. They run a game to sell to the highest bidder after committing to you. Ernie goes “on the road” so you can’t reach him and hands you off to his son Jason. Jason doesn’t communicate with you until he gets another offer that he wants more than yours. Sherry the admin Amd paperwork person gate keeps for them both.
Sent a trade in inquiry by email to Ernie and had to call several days later to get a reply. What he valued my trade wasnt acceptable (no big deal, didnt anticipate a good offer) so I sold it thru FB marketplace. Emailed him an offer to purchase his boat for 15% less than his asking price and again never heard back until I followed up with another phone call. Instead of telling me the price wasnt negotiable he asked me if I wanted him to sell me the boat at a loss.....Told him I would leave him a Google review and he told me how nice that was of me. For the owner of the company to act in such an unprofessional manner it doesnt surprise me his Google review rating is so low, but he told me that was only because of the people who didnt purchase from him, I wonder why they didnt?Just received an email telling me how many times my review has been viewed, had to laugh when I saw his rating has continued to drop since I left mine. 2.8 isnt very good..
If I could leave less than a 1 star, I would. We walked in ready to purchase. Looked at the boats online and knew what we wanted to look at. Our “salesman” was a disgrace to all salesman in any industry whatsoever. Thankfully boats sell themselves, because their ‘salesman’ didn’t sell anything. We decided to use their financing, which offered a lovely 14%APR with a sizable down payment. Having a prime credit file, we knew we could obtain a better interest rate via our credit union. We got an interest rate at a fraction of what they offered and were ready to go back... all we needed was the bill of sale. My boyfriend for a bill of sale- got the incorrect number. Called for another bill of sale, and was told no one remember the price... I call from a different number, and they answer right away! I said, “Jason! Just who I’m looking for!” Apparently they had a “cash buyer” come in within the last 3 hours. Shady business practices. If the business is shady, imagine how the boat mechanics are... anyways, we saved 9.5% interest and got a better boat. Thank you God for answering a prayer in a way that I never imagined. #SayNoToERBoats
Great customer service . Been dealing with Jason on the phone, he answered all my questions and helped out a lot. Flew in from Tampa Florida (1,200 miles away), Jason even picked me up from airport. While paper work got ready got to hang out in friendly environment and played with the dogs... I am very satisfied of the quality they have on the lot and the great customer service I got to experience. Thanks again..
I should have read the reviews they told me the boat i wanted sold monday. Tuesday night i saw it relisted for $2,000 more i still told them i wanted the boat. They told me to apply for financing and call first thing in the morning. I called twice and jason never returned my call after talking to the front desk lady a few times. My financing was approved i called to buy the boat by 3pm and he told it sold. So now i took a hit to my credit bc they told me to apply just to sell it out before the financing went through.
The boat was great we drove 3 hours to get the boat!!! However the staff knew nothing about the boat or didn’t show us anything. We had to drive to a Tige dealership after the purchase and they showed us everything about it. The customer service is horrible. The speaker was messed up. They couldn’t even show us how to use the radio as soon as we signed the paper work no one was around we had to ask for help. It was horrible service. Very disappointed. Several dogs climbing on you while your trying to sign papers. The dog even took a water bottle that he was drinking out of my sons hand. Very unprofessional.
I bought a used boat at E&R a couple of months ago and was very satisfied with the service i received. The boat was as described, They have a very good website with lots of pictures and info about the boats. I traveled from Texas to pick it up and it was well worth the trip. They had just what I was looking for, fair prices and I was treated as well as someone buying a more expensive boat. They took the boat to the shop and made sure it was ready to travel and explained everything. I plan to purchase my next boat from them.
Initially contacted E and R about a 22 center console listed as ready to go to the lake. Made the trip from Tulsa to OKC 3 times to make the purchase of a lake ready boat and each lake test was a failure . Finally the 3rd trip and lake test we brought the boat home. Ron had apologized each time and mentioned hed adjust the price to compensate for the inconvenience of the previous trips. At the time of the deal I was that the owners said there would be no compensation for the previous trips and basically I left feeling like Id never buy nor recommend anyone buy a boat from E and R boats. Just a simple thanks or were sorry for the trouble would have went a long way.
Overall I was very impressed (and satisfied) by the experience I had at E&R Boats. They were very good about providing requested information in a timely fashion. I became a bit concerned when my credit union started creating hurdles for me to jump over but fortunately they helped me out every step of the way and I am LOVING my new boat!! I highly recommend E&R Boats for their good pricing, selection, and awesome customer service!
I spoke to 3 different people and they were all very rude, we’re not interested in helping me at all. I finally said to Sherry it’s apparent you’re not interested in my business so I will take it somewhere else...she said okay and hung up on me. This place has horrible customer service. I won’t be buying a boat from them.
My wife and I drove up from Texas to buy a boat from E & R Boats and it was not a disappointment! The dealer informed us right away that they did not title trailers in their state, however they did assist me with information on how that would be obtained in my case. I even called the Tax Commission and confirmed everything E & R had told me; they have a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. So needless to say, I now have a trailer title with no complications whatsoever. I enjoyed my experience with E & R Boats, thank you guys for everything!
Worst Dealer ever!!!!
I bought a Sea Pro and trailer from E&R in July of 2009. I paid just at $20,000 for the boat, trailer, and motor. I live in Houston so I made the drive to pick it up in OK City. I transferred the boat and motor title and registration them in Texas. However, the trailer required a Texas transfer form to be filled out by the boat dealer in order for the trailer to be transferred to me. I had infant triplets with health problems; one child with autism and the other recovering from heart surgery. I did not have time for the boat so I stored it for 4 years. I started working on getting the boat on the water a month ago. E&R currently refuses to sign the TX trailer title transfer form even though I provided a signed sales slip on the trailer, the trailer title signed by myself and E&R, and my drivers license. The $2,100 trailer cant be transferred to my name and is, therefore, useless until the simple one page transfer form is filled out by E&R. Their response was look Bucky its not my problem you didnt take care of this. I now have the police and attorneys involved in the matter. These people are bad news and I cant suggest any more strongly that you never buy anything from them at any price.
We purchased a boat 10 yrs ago from E & R and we were very happy with our purchase.Other than normal maintenance we never had an issues.2002 Fourwinns Funship 214...
I got totally lied to about the boat, lied to about the items that were promised to be in the boat after the purchase. I drove 1437 miles from Wisconsin and was disappointed. I told them the deal was off and I was not happy. Ron, the salesman asked me....what can we do to make this happen. Items were promised and never delivered and was told they were in the boat. I had to ask for items shown in the pictures of the sales ad suck as the Bimini top, snap on covers, propeller shaft was bent and he told me that its not that bent. I paid in cash and they filed paperwork with the IRS on the amount while putting on the title work over a $8000 difference. Id NEVER go back there and hope future customers read this miserable purchase. One other thing....the salesman also stated about another couple that drove down from Denver Co. and shared the same experience, but refused to purchase. He said they were just to picky. I learned that during the purchase, the boat deal starts to change from the salesman and after paying them is when you get your screwing. GOOD LUCK FUTURE CUSTOMERS!. TERRY from Wisconsin
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. So much so that this is my first Google review! Front of house staff was helpful with all my questions. I verified funds as requested and from there it was down hill. I confirmed that I was going to make my purchase from them and would be spending anywhere from 20,000-30,000. I have made recreational purchases before and have been involved with boating most of my adult life. I was informed once I requested to test drive more than one boat that I needed to pick one, test it and buy it. Test driving more than one boat would not work with E&Rs schedule. In his exact words we dont have all day to be driving back and forth to test boats for you. When I stated I had never been treated like this on a large purchase he continued to be rude and condescending. I dont know if the owner is in house but as a small business owner myself I would hope customers let me know when money is walking out the door.
Excellent customer service! Just nice people.
The salesman met with us after hours as we were passing thru on our way to Dallas. It was cold, dark, pouring down rain and he took the time to show us the boats we wanted to see. We all got soaked. The boat was reasonably priced and appeared in great condition.
Approved for the boat. Finance company said they sent the paperwork over and the dealer would call us to finish up. In that time they sold the boat and then had the nerve to try and up sell us on a boat more than $10k more. Seriously shady.
The owners are extremely nice! Theyve got lots of welcoming dogs. Id definitely recommend this place!
I love the boat we got from E & R Boats. The price was good and so we decided to jump on it...bought it unseen and couldnt believe how nice it was! Pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of their selection, I cant thank you enough!
I contacted them 4 times in a week and never could get a call back, even after being told the owner would be calling me. So finally I filled out a finance thing online for one of their boats. Bam.... the next day I get a call. Then they offer me half of what my boat is worth. Wish I would have read the reviews on this place before putting any effort into dealing with them.
Great service
This place has great used boats! Great sales guy Mr. Trump
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Dealt with a woman by the name of Sherry who was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, even went so far as to bad mouth multiple customers that had just walked out the door to look at a boat they planned on purchasing. The whole time at this business, all potential customers were talked to by this entitled woman as if they were beneath them. Never in my life have I ever experienced the completely insulting behavior this woman displayed by any salesperson or individual in a customer service position. Not once were any of the customers able to speak to the owner about pricing and to inquire about details of their boats for sale, everyone was expected to deal with this specific Sherry woman. This is definitely a business that is concerned entirely on what money they are making rather than providing their customers (and potential customers) with a positive and informative sales experience, especially considering the amount of money they are expecting customers to spend on what this business had available. Most definitely would not ever recommend E & R Boats to ANYONE based solely on our experience, we will never be back. If given the opportunity to go anywhere else, it would definitely be in your best interest because I can almost guarantee you will be nothing but disappointed.
THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. WORST BOAT BUYING/LOOKING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! PEOPLE THERE ARE NOT KNOWLEDGABLE AND WILL TRY TO PULL ONE OVER ON YOU REAL QUICK. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR! IM SO GLAD WE DID. BECAUSE WE DID OUR RESEARCH, WE KNEW SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT WITH THE ENGINES AND THAT THE BOAT WAS NOT IN THE CONDITION LISTED ON THE WEBSITE. THEY TRY TO SAY THE PICTURES WERE OLD PHOTOS... WELL UPDATE THEM! ALSO, I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE PHOTOS WITH YOU TO BE ABLE TO COMPARE WHAT YOU SAW ONLINE TO WHAT YOUR ACTUALLY SEEING IN PERSON. THE BOAT WE WANTED TO BUY HAD SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS THAN WHAT WEBSITE PHOTOS SHOW AND WHAT WAS REALLY IN THE BOAT.** BUYER BEWARE** DO YOUR RESEARCH AND KNOW BEFORE YOU GO. I WOULD ALSO ASK FOR PICTURES OF THE BOAT BEFORE YOU MAKE THE TRIP CAUSE ITS VERY LIKELY THE PHOTOS YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE ARE NOT WHAT THE BOAT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE AT THEIR LOT.AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY TO THE PERSON FROM E AND R BOATS THAT WILL BE READING THIS COMMENT... HAVING EVERY EMPLOYEE BRING THEIR DOG TO A BUSINESS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOUR OFFICE STINKS AND AS A CUSTOMER, I DONT CARE TO GO INTO A BOAT PLACE AND BE LICKED ON OR FOLLOWED BY 6 DOGS. YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL. SO GLAD WE SOUGHT OUT A BETTER DEAL WITH MORE EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGABLE PEOPLE THAT HELPED US GET THE BOAT OF OUR DREAMS WITH NO WORRIES! OR ISSUES**** edit post in response to the owners response to my husbands review below ****Yall have been in business for 31 yrs because the boats sell themselves. There is no competition. Relocate to a place that has several other boat dealers around and I promise, E & R boats would sink quicker than the Titanic. I can assure you, the amount of time in business is not because of the service or staff knowledge provided at this location. Yes we were told that a doctor bought the boat just a few months ago and had to leave over seas so yall bought the boat back... how often does that happen? Thats like taking a used car back to the dealership you purchased it from. Not likely to buy back unless there were issues or buyer was flat out lied to. Funny yall let the doctor buy and switch out a lot more than just the radio but yall bought it back.As for the dogs, thank the veteran in your office for his/her brave service and I completely support service dogs, but yall had 6 dogs in the office. Funny too.. I didnt recall seeing one marked as a service dog. Your company, staff and lack of customer service is a joke.
We are very disappointed with E&R boats and they have lost our business for good! We’re looking to buy a boat and found one we were interested in. When we went to see the boat we were told they were still working on the boat and didn’t want to sale it until they knew everything was working. They told us they were going to take it for a test drive that same day and that they would give us a call and let us know how it went. They never called so my husband called the next day and they said “oh there were some issues that he still needs to fix.” My husband went to show his friend some pictures of the boat (same day as we called and asked how the test drive went) and it wasnt on the site any more. He called this morning and they said ”oh yeah we sold it! The owner sold it to his friend!” What a joke! UNHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We will take our business elsewhere.
Worst Customer Service Ever! Due yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Went here intending to purchase a boat they had listed on website, but left due to the horrible customer service and now rude they were. Might I also add: when I arrived the door was locked to the sales office which I thought was odd. As I walk off A lady poked her head out and gave me the okay to drive down to the boat also there were no signs posted! Once down there I was informed I needed to move my truck even though I had a sleeping infant in the vehicle that I didnt want to leave unattended. At no time did they ever offer to pull the boat to the front or offer a golf cart ride. They were so rude that I didnt even wait until they pulled the tarp off the boat before leaving and didnt waist any more of my valueble time looking at anymore of their boats! There is a reason they have horrible reviews. I just wanted to add so everyone would know what aACTUALLY HAPPENED!
We were out of towners and purchased a boat by mostly having to deal over the phone and looking at pictures online. Ron the regional manager told us the boat was in new condition. We went to pick up the boat and the boat had been damaged. The pontoon had damage and someone had welded the hole without draining the water! The ladder was broke off the boat and laying inside the boat. The bimini top is missing the arm and cannot be used. When my husband questioned Sherry about it she took pictures and stated the owner would make it right. Since then they have made no effort to make it right. They do not return our calls and always take an unanswered message. We have proof from the saved pictures that we printed off the website that the boat we purchased based on their website advertisement was not damaged. The pontoon had to be repaired as well as the ladder with no reimbursement. I cannot even find a replacement bimini arm! Also the only way to get a response from the owner is to write a bad review. Instead of constantly checking the internet for reviews he has to defend they could just actually do good business for the customer and everyone would win.
Bought a boat from E anr R from ernie and it was the worst mistake I ever made. 2003 bayliner 245. I emailed back and forth with ernie and asked a lot of questions . The boat was used but in good condition and pictures showed like it was a new boat. I saw some mixed reviews on the dealer but decided to move forward, the real reviews are the negative reviews. The boat was to be in great condition their mechaic supposevly checked it out, everything was to be good and there were no issues. I bought it in late feburary so I just put it in the water in April May time frame. Well as soon as it went in the water the first drive to the dock was loose steering had mechanics look at it and its 3 to 5K for a new transom assembly due to a worn swivel shaft and gimble housing they need to pull the motor out to fix the boat. Then the first rain comes a few days later. Aft cabin has 3 inches of water in it. Why because the windsheild seal was broken and water leaked in also water leaked through two side windows. I quickly cleared up water for full day I spent drying it out. Moved matress out of aft cabin and then I saw water staining everywhere and bowed out wood. The dealer covered this up he said there was no leaks the boat was in great shape. The windshield fix another repair more money. Windsheild walk through is crooked. So this probably means rot in boat and windows sagging. the plywood in the aft as well is bowed out and covered by carpet. We are thinking the whole hull is rotted out as water has been in cabin for years the dealer e and r forgot to mention this and they probably cleaned the stains to sell the boat. As there is no way this wasn’t visible when they had the boat for a few months before they sold it to me. I should have had a survey done as the boat was expensive but I belived E and Rand ernie that everything was great what a mistake …my first boat and probably my last as I will end up paying probably 7- 10 k just to repair the piece of xx e and r sold me.
Worst ever, sent my wife to buy a boat this morning all the way from Dallas tx just to tell us the boat sold Saturday 5 minutes before they closed . I even offered the lady who answered the phone money down thru credit card just to hold it for me until Monday.. That is bad business, Im glad I didnt buy it after reading alot of bad reviews.. I will make sure people out there here about youre bad service and bad business.. I hope the person who bought the boat doesnt break down in the middle of the lake... Paul munoz sr..
WARNING: PREPARE TO GET RIPPED OFF!I found a 2yr old boat listed online by this E and R boats dealer that looked magnificent in the pictures. So I called to inquire about the boat and spoke with the owner, Ron, and asked the condition. Ron stated that this boat is in like new condition, nothing wrong with it at all. I asked if there were any scratches or any fading or damaged interior and Ron states No, this boat looks brand new! It is in fantastic condition. Being that the boat is only 2 years old and it looked great in the pictures, I decided to make the 10 hour drive down to OKC. Once I arrived to the shop, the first thing Ron said was Im sorry, but I lied to you, there is a few minor scratches in the side. Well, the scratches were gouges and the boat was sun faded to the extent that it looked like a 15 year old boat, not a 2 year old boat. The vinyl was discolored, the wakeboard rack was loose, the whole boat needed color sanded and Ron wasnt even willing to wax the boat! Extremely poor customer service, and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT by Ron.This dealership buys all their boats out of the auctions in Texas, brings them to OKC, and marks them up substantially. I took a walk around their lot and all of their inventory is in rough shape. If you are looking for a fixer-upper boat at a near brand-new price, then this dealership is for you. If you are looking for a used boat in good condition without needing to invest in restoration, then STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!!Complete waste of time and 1400 miles driven.
Absolutely the most unethical, unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Buyer Beware don’t trust what they tell you.
Do not let the other bad reviews dissuade you. Ron and Austin accommodated me very well when I bought my 2013 Axis from them on June 9th 2018. Thank you.
I am extremely happy with my purchase and the company as a whole, they treated me extremely kindly and were upfront about prices.
I Was worried about this place after reading the reviews. I had picked out the Four Winns H220 SS, and was helped from the start until I left to drive back to Ardmore. I would recommend E and R Boats if you are looking for a boat. My Cover was being repaired when I purchased the boat, Ernie was nice enough to drop by Ardmore on a trip a few days later. Ron did an excellent job of conducting the Lake Test, as we were pressed for time before the work day ended. They were very accommodating and Im very pleased with my purchase. Thanks Again!
Wife and I bought a pontoon boat from them granted it was used. All fuel lines had been replaced with vacuum hose which fuel causes to rought and gum up every part of your fuel system Ive replaced am lines and flushed system still wont run correctly needless to say the people that did the inspection or their mechanics are worthless or super talented the made the motor run long enough to sell me their trash.!!!!!!!
I was worried after reading the negative reviews but decided to check them out. I had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and had fair prices on their boats. I bought a 93 Mastercraft with low miles for 12,5k and have been on either Shawnee Lake or Lake Texoma every weekend since. They even walked me through on the phone how to properly start the boat the day after purchase. Apparently I flooded the engine (it has a carburator) and it wouldnt start. I am sure that was alcohol induced idiocy on my part. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from them again when this one wears out. Hopefully though, that will be a few years now. If anything changes, I will repost. Bravo Zulu.
This place is a joke, the owners are very self centered and obnoxious people its hard to believe there still in business. Most likely they built there business and reputation on lies. They change out engine hour meters and tell customers the boats have low hours.Every boat they sell has been patch long enough to pass the lake test and if something goes wrong they blame it on their mechanic which they do not have. This place will leave a bad taste in your mouth after you do business with them.People do your research before purchasing any boats from E@R boats. They do appreciate you buying there over priced boats and they will lie to you so you will think you are getting a great deal.>>>> Beware of this place
My husband and I read the online reviews before we made our decisions and boy arent we glad we didnt listen to the negatives. E&R was very upfront about everything including the fees before we even made the trip.
Horrible customer service. Didnt even try to show us boats. We were there for 30 minutes and had to go ask someone to show us boats, While they all sat inside knowing we were out there. Still they argued on who was going to go show us.
Very rude and hateful people that will try to screw you over. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. BUYER BEWARE!!
These guys are great! Highly recommend!
Great people!
DO NOT GO HERE! The owners are jerks who dont mind yelling at their customers. I would avoid them at all cost.
This place is very bad Husband and I and my dad went up there to check on a boat and the two ladies in front was very rude one lady there act like she did not even want to help us she was very judgmental plus they did not tell us on the phone that a boat has to be a newer boat to get it financed all they told my Husband was that it has to be 5,000 or more and then we get there that lady was like they wouldnt finance a boat under 10 years old ..just a waste of time and gas going up there we will never be back to this place
Why would anybody buy a boat from someone if they can even fix them
