I guess this is our fault, in a way. We should have moved on to another dealer sooner. Since May, Matt told us he was going to hold a spot for us for a boat that could be coming in at any time. He told us to check in periodically. Unfortunately, he hasn’t bothered to return any of our calls. I guess this business doesn’t need a $50,000-$60,000 boat sale. If they aren’t going to return calls for this type of money, I can’t imagine them returning calls if something goes wrong.

Very friendly, they gave us plenty of space and freedom to enjoy looking at all the boats. My wife and I are new to boating so when we asked questions they gave us honest and detailed info about types of boats, things to look for, and things to consider when it comes to meeting our wants and needs. Rick, Kyle, and Red where the different gentlemen we spoke to there. All three were kind and made the boating buying experience fun and stress free.

Would not recommend servicing anything here. For a first time boat owner this was absolutely the worst experience and customer service. One of the charges on our invoice was to “make lake ready”. When we got to the lake the plugs weren’t in the boat. For the issues we had there was absolutely 0 effort to rectify the situation. One of the managers offered me a coke next time I come in.We are headed to go do their job right now so the rest of the problems with their work will have to be explained in a later review! ;)

Just got the call back from H&H on my pontoon boat engine/gear repair (1994 sweetwater pontoon - 1993 60hp Mariner outboard).Engine would not go into gear. All the steering cables worked from console to engine.Excellent customer service (especially because they are overflowing with repairs).Diagnosis was quick (my boat was about 15th in line)Communication was awesome ( I bugged the hell out of them - thanks for putting up with me guys 😊)Pricing was way better then expected (they could have absolutely ripped me off if they were inclined to do so)Thank you guys so much. Our family purchased a 2012 Yamaha 242 Limited S from H&H Marine in early 2012. We were new to boating and needed a dealer and service department that would take the time to train us on the proper upkeep and maintenance of a boat, and on general boating safety. We found the staff at H&H to be highly knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with us. We have enjoyed our boat now for three summers, and have been very pleased with its styling and overall reliability. We deliver our boat to H&H for an annual servicing in late fall for an oil change, general inspection and winterizing. We also bring them our two Yamaha Waverunners for similar annual servicing. H&Hs service is prompt, thorough, always reasonably priced, and includes an inspection of our trailers to make sure tires, wheels, structure, and suspension are in safe, reliable condition for highway travel. Sweet boats always helpful with what ever I need

I took My boat in and they told me or it would be done in 2 weeks. I was patient and called them the Friday of the 2nd week and they said oh Monday or Tuesday. Well I called them at the end of the 3rd week and they told me they dont know what the Parts guy did with it. So after 2 months they finally did the 2 hour carb job they said it needed. Had to take it right back to them for them to tell me that they couldnt fix it and would not refund any of my money. This place is a joke and they are very dishonest

Disrespectful parts guys. They would rather answer a couple phone calls in front of you, while you wait. I walked out. Planned on buying boat also, but took my business down the street. Shows the company doesnt care about customer care, especially face to face.

Bought a used boat from them and was told it was went through everything checked OK. Week later find out that motor had bent prop shaft. They would not stand behind there word. Very dissapointed.

It seems like everytime we take our boat in something comes back broke. Now our tower is busted. Never will I use them again!

If you are looking to purchase a part immediately, and you do not mind an 400% mark up, this is the place to go. A starter that I can buy on Amazon for $45 they wanted to charge $471. I will wait a week for shipping, I suppose. Same thing with the selnoid, $12 part on Amazon, $80 when you buy it from H&H. Gouging is a poor business practice.
