The only reason I love this place is because Lovely works there yes her name is Lovely. Shes knowledgeable, friendly and bends over backwards to help the customer she is amazing that is why the store is what it is.

Went to store this morning parking alot was full everyone phone said no network connection rep was late opening the store 20 minutes late 15 customers in this small store and boost still saying there tower are not down I have a protective order and cant even call for help and u all gave me 15 dollar credit I have no phone at all to call for help this is my safety

Austin Jones has no business working at the Okmulgee Oklahoma location!! He charged my autistic son full price for an eligible upgrade then mentioned that he wanted his commission.I went to the store the following morning to find out why my son couldnt get his upgrade and exchange a phone case that didnt fit his new phone. Upon entering the store I noticed Mr Jones sitting in the waiting area. I then spoke to the young lady behind the counter. Mr Jones spoke up and interrupted my conversation. I then asked the woman if I could please deal specifically to her and that my conversation was not directed at him. After I finished my business, I was in the process of walking out with my teenage daughter, who heard Mr Jones call me an expletive. I then returned to the store to let Mr Jones know that I would be reporting him when he proceeded to chase me out of the store cussing me and calling me several names.I no longer feel safe returning to that store to continue to do business. I will be reporting this to my attorney!!

Lovely has always been friendly & helpful, she is an AMAZiNG employee!However, I went to pay my bill on Monday the 7th at 3:30 and all the lights were on but the door was locked. A lady who was parked next door hollered to me, saying the employee had gone into Braums. I understand the need for employees to eat but they were gone 20 minutes and did not even leave a note on the door.If it were not for the wonderful customer service that Lovely has always provided I wouldve switched phone companies that day.

The reason Im only giving it a four star rating is because there was only one attentend there and he had left the store for a few minutes. We had to wait for him to get back.

I went in today planning on paying my bill. When I got to the door, I could obviously tell they were having some interior work done. Not only by the truck filled with carpentry items but also the strong chemical smell wafting out the door. When I entered the building the women at the counter did not acknowledge the fact that I walked in. Granted, she had a customer in front of her but she was also the only employee. She got done with the customer and still did not say anything to me. There was also a gentleman waiting in front of me who she did not speak to either. That is, until he walked up to her. She put her hand up (didnt look at him) and said its gonna be a minute. After standing there a few more moments without either of us being acknowledged, I left. This Boost will not see me walk through its doors again and I really wish I would have gotten this womens name.

We went to three different ones one in Tulsa 1 in Okmulgee one in Henryetta all in the same day they all gave us three different stories a customer was already a Boost Mobile customer and he wanted to switch to a new phone one said they couldnt do it one said the computer was down one told him can have a phone that was cheap and when it came back to go ahead hook the service up the next morning as soon as they opened up she hid the phone and wanted to pay him I wanted him to pay $100 for another phone that was Henryetta thats she was a new trainee left on the weekend by herself and had to stay on the phone in order to even try to find anything on the computer my opinion for Boost Mobile that day and thats why Im not one of their customers

These people are very rude I ordered a phone case 2 months ago and they were supposed to call me. I went in yesterday and they still didnt have it in. They wouldnt refund my 25 dollars and they wouldnt let me put it towards another phone the so called manager was a jerk and rude to me and very rude. On top of that they were supposed to open at 930am they didnt open till 1030 because how rude they were I switched to a new phone company after being with boost for 6 years

The Okmulgee Boost Mobile store is always clean and the workers are knowledge and very helpful.

Boost Mobile is best cellular service for the family,plans are good for money and family.

Ready to buy phone and there was a service charge for 25 bucks. So even though I was just taking the phone and case and already a customer and have been for a couple years they wanted to charge 25 for doing nothing.
