Got a new phone, had some bill questions and the assistant managee Quincy was awesome. He got me in and out in a hurry and answered all my questions. Great experience will return asking for him.
Bought 2 phones in 2 days at this store. Marvin was super helpful on both deals and lowered my bill while doing it. I didn’t know of the promotions that result in savings... but he he did. Lower bill.Then, a few hours later Buddy Blair ( store Rep) called and said “ Hey we found your phone..” A brand new Pro Max I had just lost. I couldn’t believe it. This store really came through for me on all levels. Solid customer service and Solid integrity. Keep it up guys. You’re the reason I roll with ATT. Must be good leadership at that store... Shout out to Ms. Dudley. And NO I am NOT a paid spokesperson... this S$&@ really happened. This is the first review that I have left... Ever.

Called before we went because we live one hour away and told them our situation and he told us he could do it. We get there and he says his manager isn’t here so he can’t do anything. Poor management.
The manager helped me, didnt know she was the manager. She was loud.. but helpful? Well I already knew what I wanted. So in that- It was a easy transaction. There are a few reasons I gave them 2 stars - there was an employee who was very disruptive and loud and was on his phone doing hopefully work but sure looked like games, and also the lack of any good deals. Ive been with att for a while now. And I will most likely be switching. they are not offering very good deals for people who cant afford $250+ their only deal was unlimited which is not helpful. Im an educator. I do not need unlimited, I need discounted. So yea, Im disappointed in the staff for having lack of knowledge in the deals or discounts they could provide me. Ive been to several locations, and have had much more helpful att staff members. Also they had a very limited selection of cases on the phone I was getting. They had a huge iPhone selection and a small android. So very annoyed by that. I bought a case online and had to wait.
Went to store in March 2020 to get a plan andI phone for my daughter. I was told if I add a line I can get a phone off the value list. I switched got a new phone. They told us to go to cricket next door to get info they needed. They had to order my daughter phone and told us it would be in before cricket shut our phones off . The day they were to shut off phone it hadn’t come in and she would lose her phone number. The only solution they said was to get the more expensive phone they had there. Yep I bought it.When the phone ordered came in they would send it back. HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD. I get my bill I’m charged full price for three phones. Called the store no answer over and over so I went there. They didn’t have a clue. I HAD TO CALL the main At &t they said phone was never sent back . Get a tracking number. The $5.00 value phone price would retro in 3 months. Well the manager didn’t get a tracking number . I asked her to call and tell them that and she mailed it back. Next month got charged again. I called the main AT&T again. Got it worked out myself. They apologized said the Okmulgee store is not a corporate store it’s locally owned. Now my 3 rd bill still being charged $30.00 a month for the $5 value phone. Call the main AT&T they said you can’t get that price cause you switched from cricket. It was add a line nothing was said about cricket and they knew I came from cricket they asked me to go get info from them. I was told the manager of that store could get it taken care of. I have asked many many times to take care of this. Here we are coming up on the 7th bill and no one will help. HELP post is coming up in wrong name should be Peggy Fisher
I didnt actually go into the at&t store but I did go into the cricket store. Which is pretty much the samething since the company is ran off the same towers. But I enjoyed both companies but Cricket is more my budget.

What a JOKE!!! I only gave one star just so I could post. Sign says Sunday, opens at 10am. I sat in the parking lot, with my engine running, from 9:40 am until 10:30 am waiting for the store to open so I could buy a new phone..... HA!!!!! Store is STILL CLOSED AND LOCKED WITHOUT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE INSIDE! I will NEVER come back to this store again! I could have driven to the ATT store in Tulsa and had my new phone in the time Ive waited for this store to open.

Im here on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021 at 2:30-2:45 and no one is at the store. Their door says open at noon and close at 5, yet there is no one in the store nor a note saying theyre closed. Several customers besides myself have been denied service.
Sonya was great. Always helpful and smiling. Definitely recommend this location and the one in Sapulpa!! I wont go to any other stores!!

The manager at the store was kind and patient with all of my needs. I got a new phone and had to reset all of my password. I appreciate all of her help.

Thought about checking out their plans. I used to be a long term customer. You cant even call the local store to ask a question. No one picks up. It goes to music then wants access code then hangs up on you. I know why l left ATT years ago. They havent changed one bit they still suck. I will use another carrier why waste my time.
Sunshine is absolutely my favorite. Very friendly always smiling, and always remembers my name! Her hospitality is well worth the wait
I stopped by this AT&T store since it was near my new workplace right when they opened. I walked in and met a smiling, very professional gal (Sonya) who actually seemed glad I was there. I told her that I had torn up my charger and just needed a new cord. She walked right over to it, asked me if there was anything else I needed, verified some information, and I was on my way. Whenever its time to renew my contract or upgrade my phone, I am going to find her to help me. She was great. In fact, I could use a few more people like that where I work.
Cant reach anyone on the phone.**EDIT**I had attempted to reach out to them again today, the 29th of Sept. Their phone system has changed and I was finally able to get a hold of someone. Spoke with a very nice woman by the name of Cheyenne. Answered all of my questions, as I live in the country and didnt want to drive into town, and waste both of our time, unless I was sure of what it is I wanted. I was a bit confused because at&ts website has fine print that states different pricing. So I called back. Miss Cheyenne was busy with a customer so the other woman(whos name I do not know), I assumed could help me. I explained my confusion about the pricing I was given, and told her what the site had said. She asked me how many lines it was that I was bringing, I replied 2. She then told me again, the same pricing from earlier that contradicted my reading from online. She then said the online quote was the discount. When I replied that it states it was without the discount, she told me it was $20 per phone. She also made a statement, I dont know what youre putting in there, I then replied baby, this is not me putting anything in, but me reading the fine print. That is when she hung up. After so, I had assumed we lost connection, but I realized soon after, attempting to call back, without a response, that she clearly didnt want to handle with me. Im not sure what it is that this poor woman is dealing with, but she may need a raise or vacation, for this to have upset her so.

Im having the same problem as the other customer that left a low rated review. It is ...impossible... to talk to someone at the phone number they provide. After I enter the code, it always hangs up and you are never allowed to talk to someone at the Okmulgee store. Poor customer service! : / I was wanting to make sure they had an item in stock before I drove in from out of town. Ill take my business to another AT&T store that does answer the phone.

I had an issue with my AT&T bill and was told that ANY AT&T store could print a copy of my bill. I arrived at this store and the manager ask if he could help. I stated my needs and he told me that he could not do it. I told him that was not what I was told. He told me I would have to drive to Tulsa for this. I stated that I would be damn glad to be rid of AT&T and he stated to go to 101st and Memorial and to leave and not come back.I do not know who owns this store, but I would suggest a LOT of training on how to handle a customer with an issue. This man was rude and I will never return and will make it a point to make sure everyone I know will NEVER step foot into that store. I had been the store several times and the young ladies that worked there were polite and fixed any issue I had.This guy is an embarrassment to customer service and really needs some training.
These ladies are just wonderful to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They take care of me every time I go in there. :)
Horrible treatment. I tried to return my cell the very next day that I got it. Due to no reception, except the phone part, in my home. I had paid for unlimited everything.Rude rude salesperson, Rain, tried to get me to KEEP my phone even tho I couldnt get internet, texting, Google... She said she was trying to help me out here.Manager, Sonya, was very hateful.I gave them my phone and insisted on a refund receipt. Good thing I did because they did NOT input data to the corp office that I returned the phone.Corp billed me for the full amount of the phone and was going to take it out of my checking acct. Hours of phone calls later corp said all this store had to do was click one thing on my acct and the phone credit would be applied.Yet the manager said that I had to bring in all of my receipts and she would have to research it and it would take days.I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. They arent even a corp store. I have had to talk to an attorney in case this mess isnt cleared up.
Absolutely the worst and most disgusting customer service if ever experienced. Wanted to purchase a wireless hotspot for my business and the woman was so rude when I asked detailed questions about the contract . IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT HIDDEN FEES AND DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT SHE WILL DISRESPECT YOU AND TRY TO UNDERMINE YOU BY BEING RUDE INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS .@ 4pm March 2, 2019
U get the service at the store but have to cancel on the phone. Then they make you go to the store to get a temporary code to do anything. Its a rip off. Internet sux. They lie about the costs. Wont do it again.

Went in to exchange a phone 10 mins before they closed gave me an excuse that they couldn’t exchange it cause I bought it else where called the other store said I could have exchanged it there. She just didn’t want to take the time because she was ready to go home thanks after and hour and half drive. Up there got my phone exchanged. Thanks next time I won’t waste my time to stop there for anything. Even if is to buy a phone charger

Just had the worst customer service experience at this ATT location I’ve ever had with ATT in the 10 years I’ve been with them. Upon entering there were lots of people and a line...to be expected, no problem. While I browsed another person entered and went straight to a table where people were being helped to wait for a turn. My mother, who was with me in the store mentioned to the lady there was a line and she said ok and that she would just come back later and left. This sparked a conversation between us and the man in front of us in line about people who feel entitled to not wait but bypass people in line. Each new person entering was immediately informed there would be a little wait. After awhile the man in front of us was helped and my mother, who has medical issues had sat her purse down on the counter. The same woman said “ok ma’am it’s going to be a little while” with a snarky tone. My mother had said nothing to the woman to prompt this. It was rude for her to say it and yet my mother apologized to her stating she was just setting it down because it was getting heavy-there was no response from the associate. Once it was our turn, the new associate being trained assisting me needed her assistance and she asked me a preference of how I was upgrading and I told her I was keeping the phone. It moved to the next step and I said I don’t want to hinder the learning process but ...at this point I was very rudely cut off mid sentence and told I would have to wait for another associate then. I paused a moment in awe this is happening then said you didn’t even listen to my complete sentence to know what I was going to say. At that moment she told me and I quote “well you guys have been rude from the beginning, yes I heard that” I told her she was rude from the beginning and got her name SUNSHINE she gave me her last name at that point but I don’t recall now what it was...and she said Ok thank you goodbye. I said oh that’s what we are doing she said yes goodbye have a nice day. I told her to have a nice day and she said she definitely will. I don’t know if this is a sign of the changes with ATT or a sign of the times where customer service no longer exists. I’m not sure I’ll be upgrading with ATT now or trying another service provider. I guarantee I’ll not give the ATT store in Okmulgee a single dime-ever! Too bad for them, I hope they aren’t on commission, I was going to buy an iwatch and an iPhone 8plus.
