If not for the outstanding customer service that I received this review would have gotten 3 stars. It is WAY too expensive to replace broken cellphones.

They let my stolen phone leave the store with out doing anything about it not even calling the police I had reported it stolen the before to metro the day before this happened I will never walk in to a metro pcs store again
