This was our second recent visit (with the same vehicle) 😳 They are beyond professional and expedite the process with excellent communication. Pictures and information sent with each step of the process. They go over and beyond to do meticulous work. Once we got home, we realized they cleaned the entire inside of my teen’s VERY messy Jeep and we are just so impressed. That is amazing customer service! Thank you!!

Repair was thoroughly explained to me and I received text messages and photos of progress every day. Very nice to see how the repair was progressing. Then, to top it all off, car was finished early! I highly recommend Brian and BF Bodyworks.

They did an amazing job, I had $5000 worth of damage and it came out perfect. They also got it done a week early which it was supposed to be a 2 week job. I asked about a tiny door ding that I had from awhile back - they fixed it for free. Amazing work - will never take my care anywhere else.

My car was hit in a parking lot and the other drivers insurance company offered me BF Bodyworks as a facility option for repairs. My parents used them over 15 years ago and recall the work being really good, and the work is still mostly excellent. It was a small repair and they got my car back to me in a couple of days. The bumper looks great, and I was mistaken about a film being there before (that wasnt) that the manager was patient with me about. That said, the quarter panel had one really long scratch along almost the entirety of the wheel well that I was told easily buffed out. Problem is, they clearly took a cover-up pen to it, because it didnt just buff out. I can feel it, see it, and part of the scratch is still visible. Ill admit Im probably a bit neurotic about this, but I was hoping a bodyshop would AVOID making it look like someone took a cover-up pen to it, but thats exactly what it looks like. Insurance is paying for it- why take the fast/cheap route? Hopefully Ill learn to let it go in time. They did wash my car and vacuum the interior, no small feat when I have a child that sits in the back, so thats nice.

I took my SUV in because I backed into a bumper and messed up my rear bumper and door. They got my car done with the estimated time they provided and did a phenomenal job. The detailed the outside of my car and it looked brand new. I would never be able to tell the bumper was replaced. I highly recommend this place.

I was impressed!BF Bodyworks was recommended to me by a friend who said, Theyre the best. And I found out that they are a preferred service location of AAA, so my buddy wasnt the only one who would recommend BF. AAA was able to work with them to set up my claim with no hassle or need for me to do the go-between work, which was nice.I got several quotes for the repair work I needed, and BF gave me the lowest estimate. (Comparable to one other quote, but far less than another.) After I chose BF to do the work for me, their estimate proved to be almost perfectly accurate. No surprises.I had a very satisfying experience overall. I would absolutely use them again.

Work was done as promised. Quality work in a timely manner. The shop was spotless and staff was very friendly. Would have been 5 stars but im curious about seeing my car out driving around after the work was completed and services paid for. I stopped by while working and paid for the service. While paying a guy was finishing detailing the car (which looks great) and pulled it in front of the shop and brought the keys inside. I was told its all done and ready to go. Great, Ill have my son come up in a little while and pick it up. To me, that means done. When my son went to pick up the car he followed it back into the shop from out driving around. Was this a road test to make sure the rear bumper would stay on?? Do you need to road test a rear bumper replacement after you already said that the work was completed? Maybe someone forgot something but I thought it was odd.

In the spring of 2017 my family had bought me a Green Mountain Grill. The grill was purchased in north western Kansas. I started having problems with the grill this summer not holding the temperature and sometimes not even reaching the set temperature. Not having a way to haul the grill I knew I wasnt going to be able to take it back to where it was purchases at (which has since closed anyway). I started calling around to Green Mountain suppliers in the area to see if any one worked on the grills. I spoke with Floyd and explained the situation with the grill and not being able to transport the grill. He not only fixed the grill but he also came to pick it up at my house in Spring Hill and once he fixed it he bought it back to my house. He didnt charge me for fixing it, because it was under the Green Mountain 2 year warrantee. I am so thankful and cant wait to use my grill this weekend. Thank you again:)

I had a very favorable experience at BF when my son had a small accident with his car. The manager took care of reviewing the situation, ordering a part and scheduling the repair in a timely manner and got me back out on the road without much inconvenience. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair!

They are best! Unfortunately for me, I have had every car I have owned to BF Body Works over the years, from major collision damage to a dent cause by a gate, they always do a perfect job, always on time and always very professional. I can not recommend them enough. The body work, paint, fit and finish are always excellent! The location is clean and bright, and Floyd and Brian are friendly and honest .

Very honest and fairly priced. I would never go elsewhere. I have come to know the owners well and completely trust their every judgment about my car. The staff are extraordinarily kind as well. They even helped me get my window unstuck for free in the parking lot one time! I couldnt recommend BF more highly.

I chose this shop because of the awesome reviews that it had on line and waited longer to have them fix my car. When I initially picked up my car I was not overly impressed but not completely dissatisfied. After driving my car I realized that there was an issue with the repair. I called the manager and he offered for me to bring the car back in. I brought it back in and they fixed it right away, cleaned and buffed my car and addressed my previous concerns. I was really impressed after I picked up my car with their work. They are definitely very honest and trustworthy. The manager was very honest with me about when and how long it would take to get my car fixed. I would go back to the shop again. Hopefully I wont have to.

I was working with BF Bodyworks through a claim with my insurance company. They made the process so easy to schedule the estimate, complete the work and worked directly with my insurance company to submit paperwork so I didnt have to. They also finished the work a week earlier than they had indicated on the estimate and the work looked great! I am very happy with the customer service and workmanship we received at BF Bodyworks!

We utilized this bodyshop after being rear ended. Heard great things from word of mouth. After showing them the paltry check and estimate from the other drivers insurance, BF professionally disassembled the damaged area and determined the true cost of the crash. They then promptly presented the cost to the insurance claim adjuster, scheduled when work on our car would be started, and gave us an estimate of completion. Repair was completed promptly and our van looks as new! Very polite and professional throughout the process!

I love this shop! Everyone is so nice and friendly to work with. They were honest about the timing of my repair and handled all the insurance for me. I will use them for all my auto body repair needs.

The quality of the actual repair and paint was great. The customer service was good as they handled all the interactions with the insurance co. for me.However I did notice a trim piece on my drivers window was not glued thoroughly, and has come loose. Also, my subwoofer somehow wound up with a blown fuse upon return.Im sure they would fix those for me, but Im a little cynical of shops now-a-days, so Ill just fix them myself. Overall, they seem like nice people doing honest work.

David was so helpful when he came to tow my car. For some reason my car doesnt go into neutral automatically after the battery dies, so David took the time and figured it out and manually overrode and got it into neutral so that it wouldnt damage the the AWD the car had. Great service!

Im a broke college student and was told my car would cost over $1,000 to fix at another mechanic and brought it here for a second opinion and Floyd fixed my car for under $100. Very honest guy and will NEVER rip you off! I will always be going here from now on! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!

Cant review this companies work, but can comment on their tow trucks etiquette. Was most disappointed to be driving behind one of their trucks as the driver threw out trash from his cab. On behaviour alone I would not recommend this company.

Staff was rude. Based on the age of my car alot of the parts were pulled from the junk yard. When I run the heater it smells like mold and mildew. Some smaller parts werent replaced. I wouldnt go there again!!

My insurance paid for hook up and the first 15 miles and I needed it towed 18 miles, so this company charged me $50 for the 3 extra miles, then says jokingly they are going to help themselves to the food in my truck. Total ripoff company
