They only go to 5 stars but this place deserves a 10. Wonderful customer service, very honest pricing, so fast! I cant brag enough about this place. I bought a tire and wheel package 2 weeks ago on a Tuesday and they called me Thursday and said they had everything needed to install and they had the tires and wheels mounted. I brought my vehicle in on Friday morning I waited for 2 hours and was told the black lug nuts specified had not been ordered and they were trying to locate some. Finally they used a combination of my old lugs and some chrome lugs to send me on my way. The manager promised to get the correct black lugs but nothing. Details matter but not to this push and shove shop.

Fantastic place for tires. I live on 2.5 miles of gravel roads and we expect several flat tires a year. We always purchase the insurance on the tires. The insurance pays itself off after even the first tire replaced. Oddly, Im actually on the 3rd NEW rear-passenger tire in the past 5 weeks or so. Their team goes above and beyond every time and are extremely nice always. Highly recommend.

I needed 4 new tires for my 2017 Ford Edge. My boyfriend did a lot of research to find a quality tire. He then talked with Casey at Discount Tire. He ordered my tires. They arrived quickly. When I went into the store to have them put on my vehicle, the store was clean. Quinton was helpful with the payment. Changing out the tires was a quicker process than I have had at any tire shop. The shop manager, Casey, worked with one of his tire techs to change my tires. To say I am pleased with the whole process from start to finish is an understatement. Tires were balanced and rotated properly. I appreciate the hard work of the staff and will be back...in about 50,000 miles!

This place is phenomenal. I was looking around for a trustworthy business to repair my flat tire, the same time I need to shop for new ones. I did not realize this until I was headed out of the store - my tire repair was FREE OF CHARGE. I love how they do business and will certainly be buying new tires from this location here on out. Staff were all very nice and professional, on top of fast service and I wasnt even a paying customer. Great service from the time I walked through the door to time I road out

I have always had a good experience with Discount Tire, but a couple months ago I tried using their six months-same-as-cash financing through Synchrony Bank. I paid the entire balance in just two months, but got dinged with $57 in hidden finance charges. When I called customer service, I got the run around for one hour and got nowhere. Finally the rep said I would be getting a call back, but never did. It was one of the worst purchase/credit experiences I have ever had and I will not return to Discount Tire because of it.

I was referred to these guys about 6 years ago. Although I have only needed their service a handful of times it has always been a pleasant experience. I have purchased two sets of tires and had a few tires fixed over that time span. On every visit the guys were helpful and polite. Although they are always busy they provided great service in a timely manor and I too would recommend them! Great job fellasEDIT 10/28/21: Had a little issue with a boat trailer tire yesterday late afternoon in the rain on the way home and just made it without a blow out to the Olathe location. Once again these guys pulled through with great service! They had the tires in stock and had me back on the road in less than an hour even as an emergency without an appointment. This is a very clean well run place. The tire cost is reasonable for tires. The people are very polite and work fast. There is a nice large waiting room while your car is being serviced. The employees all wear masks.

Great! In one call they had in stock, same day, the exact tire i wanted, installed on the same day, in 40 minutes.And the bid from this site in Olathe was lower than several similar sellers.Quinton and crew have my business for staying SO professional and calm during a big rush. I watched them deal with a flood of walk ins while my tires were being installed. The did not flinch.When i left, some of the installers commented on how good my 4runner looked w new KO2s. Who doesnt like that after a big purchase?Coming back next week for my Jeep tires!

After buying warranty for all tires, 17,000 milage later, all tires needed replacement. Discount Tire covered only milage based warranty after 17,000 milage. The tires are covered for 60,000 milage. So I did not get replacement but some credit to buy future tires. No matter what Discount Tire convenience you to buy, even it is written in their paper, according to them bald tire is not unforseen damage. So there is no replacement but some credit. I will be careful to buy their tires and warranty.

Went in for a tire rotation and balance. They told me 45 minutes. They lied. It took like 30. Super happy. Low cost. 10/10 would return.

So frustrated with this location. Ive had two bad experiences with them, and both times they havent cared or tried to rectify the issue, which was their fault on both occasions. I just recently had brand new tires put on here and 5 days later one is completely flat and was met with rudeness when I called in about it. They never call to tell you when your car is ready and dont seem to care at all about customer service or doing the job right the first time. It took 3-5 phone calls to just find out what caused the flat, and learned they messed up the sensor in my tire, causing a flat. Took up my entire day to get it fixed. They do not even try to make up for their mistakes. Terrible and wont waste my time here again!

Fair price speedy service

It felt great that they didnt talk down to me as a woman, unlike another place that I had went too. I had a few questions, they answered them without batting an eye(told me that its their job to answer questions that I may have). I talked through a few scenarios with them, they backed up what I was thinking. Didnt push to buy 4 brand new tires. I went in to buy just 1tire, but ended up buying 2 even though I didnt need too. I had enough tread on 3 out of 4 tires. I just didnt like uneven tires.Would I recommend them, absolutely hands down. The wait was a bit, but I did walk in at 4.30. They close at 6. I was in and out by 6.15.

These guys are the best, you cant find a kinder more customer oriented business model than Discount Tires. Ive been using them since the mid 90s up in Michigan and was so happy to see them here in Olathe, KS where I live now.Whenever I need tires, this is the only place I will go to and I know for a fact that I dont need to call around to compare prices because their prices are always lower than any other shop. Even if they werent I still give them my business just because of the way they treat their customers.They have repaired several flats for me at no charge even when the tires didnt even come from them. This morning was no exception when I took my wifes car to them for a slow leak. Her car has never been to them before and they fixed the leak free of charge. This is why I refer everyone to them when I hear people looking for tires.

This location in Olathe is always top notch. Honest and fast service with a professional attitude. Every tire purchase will be made here from now on.

I would say it is nice place to buy a tire they don’t push you and a good customer service. They said they will rotate the tires free and for my second vehicle I bought the tires online they have a really good easy to navigate website.

Today when I went to get in my car to go to lunch I noticed my front drivers side tire was completely flat. Thankfully my car had an emergency pump to air it back up which allowed me to drive to this Discount Tire location near my place of work. This was my first time here and everyone was super nice and helpful. I was prepared to possibly buy a new tire at least but no they were able to repair the tire and send me on my way in less than an hour. Fantastic customer service! I will definitely go here when its time to purchase new tires.

Daughter’s tire had a nail in it and was flat. Removed the tire and dropped it off for repair. They plugged and patched the tire and sent me a text is was ready, no charge! They were professional and extremely polite. Have 4 vehicles and this is where I am going to purchase their next set. Great job Discount Tire!

Bought tires 2 a few month ago. They asked me if I wanted my tires rotated; the old tires to the front and the new tires to the back. I said sure not realizing that they should have left the new tires on the front because it handles better this way in the different kinds of weather.

Tires are reasonably priced, they follow through when they offer to repair it replace. The staff are friendly, and offer a reasonable time before they can get to you, as well as scheduling appointments for your convenience.

Always an amazing experience when dealing with these guys. This last year, for one reason or another, Ive had to put a set of tires on 5 different vehicles. Each time theyre incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Every member of their team seems to be moving at full speed and with a smile on their face. Theres another location closer to my house, but I will continue to shop here and recommend to my friends.

Decided to get a new set of tires at this location and it was a great experience. The person who helped me figure out what tire I needed and scheduled my appointment was upbeat and super knowledgeable about their products and mentioned several rebates Id qualify for. At the appointment, they again were friendly and timely, only waited for 45 minutes for 4 NEW tires. They were taking the necessary covid precautions (masks, social distance seating, plexiglass dividers at registers etc). Overall a great experience and will be coming back for my free tire rotations.

I drove up, Brad got me in and went to repair my tire but found that I had a nail on the outside of the tire which is not repairable so with my warranty on the tires they were able to replace it. I highly recommend discount tires!

So far, this might be the best tire/wheel shop Ive ever patronized and Ive patronized more than most ever will...10 fold. Theyve worked with me to remedy an issue that another shop had made, over 3 years ago. Both Discount Tire and Continental Tire have helped make this as painless as painless can be. The 2 places have discounted their goods and/or services when they knew, and I agreed, had zero liability for this issue. None! Ill end up saving at least $500 when this is all said and done. Which should be on Wednesday (15th of Nov 17). Ill update after everything is completed... Just go there... Youll see... Update (17th of Jan 18) When all said and done, I saved $778! No kidding. I was so surprised that Ive recalculated it 3 times...$778.12 to be exact. Im back in Discount Tire as I type this update because of odd treadwear on one tire. They just said that my hub needs replaced. No biggie, Ill do that as soon as its above deep freeze conditions. They also just said that after I throw the new hub on, bring it back and theyll throw a new tire on. Im floored again by their customer service. They keep doing way more then I expect. Not to mention, simply doing a better job too. I guess I should stop expecting to get shafted... Its apparently not going to happen here. Give the shaft a shaft at Discount Tire! lol

I came in to get my tire checked out because it was losing pressure. They explained that my tire was damaged from the inside and even showed me the damage. I didnt have all the money to purchase a new tire so I paid what I could today and then pay the rest on payday! That option was very clutch!

Busy! But super friendly and helpful. Went in there to price out tires and even had a tire in mind and it was a little more expensive than we were ready to spend at that time. So he recommended a similar tire and its price worked out great and they already had it in store!!! So we were able to walk over to eat lunch while they put on new tires for us. :>

Called on a Friday afternoon to inquire about getting new tires. The model I wanted wasnt in stock, but they offered to have them delivered from another store. By Saturday morning the tires had arrived. There were no appointments available, but they squeezed me in anyway. I was on the road in about 90 minutes. Great work, fantastic service, great price - having your car serviced (in my experience) is rarely a pleasant experience, but this was the exception that proves the rule. I would recommend that everyone check these guys out.

It is rare that I give ratings, more rare that I go up to 5 stars. Good gets 4 in my rating.I called several places in town and SE Kansas. Discount Tire employees were very friendly and respectful on the phone and they were organized.In person, they were all clean cut and similarly personable. The employee was knowledgeable about the services they offered and were not pushy on up selling.Total time with an appointment was about an hour for two new tires.I overheard an employee on the phone with a customer. He explained how to get to the store 4 different times, paused, reassessed, and respectfully explained it a 5th way without sounding like he was talking down to the person on the other end.The mechanic who worked on my car was friendly as well and my tires are great so far!Great customer service, price matching on the same or similar tires, and quality service. I just wish I could find more businesses run this way. Class act.

Discount tire does not value your time. I made an appointment last week. I was 5 minutes early and now its 20 minutes passed my appointment time and my truck is STILL not in their service bay. ABOUT TO GET REFUND and go somewhere else. frustratin . PERHAPS had I given in to the upsell, they would have gotten my truck in as scheduled

This is my second visit to Discount Tire. The 1st visit was wonderful. Needed two new tires for my daughters car. They were polite, professional and not pushy. When she picked up the car, they staff was extremely helpful.The second visit was better than the first. My wifes car had a screw stuck in one tire. Again, polite and professional. In and out in less than 40 minutes and they fixed it at no charge. And they made sure the other 3 tires had the proper air pressure. Greatest tire dealership ever. Courteous, professional people. They understand the meaning of customer service and putting customers first.Brought a tire in that had a puncture in it. They couldnt repair the damage because of how severe it was; I wasnt able to purchase 4 tires just yet, so they put a used tire they had that fit my car so I would have something to drive on until I could get in for four tires. Oh, did I mention they did that for FREE?

These guys truly value your time and I was mind-blown by their awesome customer service, I would give them 100 stars if I could. I was helped by Casey and he made everything fast and smooth. They changed all of my 4 tires in less than 30 minutes (plus the TPMS) when other places made me wait much longer and weren’t as friendly and kind at all.I would strongly suggest booking an online appointment ahead of time, most of their online items are actually available on store which is always a plus.Keep up the outstanding work guys!!!

These guys are good and honest. Need to do some work on time estimating but fairly accurate. I suggest adding 15-30 minutes to any estimation.
