Outstanding! I have been a customer for over 40 years. This is the only place I will service my cars.

Always so kind. They never try to push me as a female to get something I dont need. They never talk down or act condescending, which is an unfortunate thing that happens a lot. Ive gone here for years. Its nice supporting a small business where you can walk in and they know you by name.

Ive had good service through these guys before but their last job left a bad impression. They have installed my trunk struts backwards and it wouldnt keep the trunk up properly. I had also notice that they had scratched my brand new tint that I had put on my back window and my trunk. I just decided to go to another shop to get the job done if these guys couldnt put on trunk struts right and charge an arm and leg for it. All in all just very disappointing service.

The manager Craig is amazing! He is so helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone needing mechanical work done on their vehicle.

Heres what I like about Mauer, you can walk in that place and see the same faces that have worked there for years, some decades. BTW, they have great service too.

We have been using Maurer tire in Olathe service our vehicles for 20 years! I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. And, now that I own my own business, they service all our work vehicles too. You can completely trust to staff there to be honest and fair. I have many examples where they could of taken advantage of me (since Im mechanically challenged when it comes to vehicles), but they have always done the right thing. I recommend all my friends and family to use this facility and will continue to promote them for as long as they keep their high standards.

I was impressed with my experience from start to finish. From the moment I called for an alignment appointment to paying for the service. I was welcomed into the shop and treated with respect. They estimated an hour service time and they promptly called me within the hour to let me know the vehicle was ready. The waiting area was clean with plenty of seats to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. I highly recommend their services to care for your vehicle.

The company I work for has an account to get service here. I will say that they always treat me like Im a paying customer, which is very nice, respectful, and are prompt about the service. Many times at the spur of the moment I have dropped my vehicle off to get service, and they are always willing to help and get it done in a timely manner.

Very friendly. Extremely fair pricing, best Ive found! Honest in diagnosis. They dont over diagnose either. Sometimes as a woman I have experienced in other shops, they tell you a million things need fixed or replaced and over charge you. Ive always had great experiences at Maurer!

Ive been taking my old Pontiac here for years and theyve kept it in top shape for me. After a bad experience at a different mechanic, my Lexus is coming here, too. These guys rock. Theyre honest, fairly priced, and always stand by their work. If they dont get something right the first time, dont worry. Theyll get it right for you.

I have been using Maurer to service my older vehicles for years. They are knowledgeable, honest, and call to explain the needed repair and costs before proceeding. At times, they have diagnosed problems, and I have chosen to do the repairs myself. Their fee for this is very reasonable, and they dont get upset. When the repairs are too much for me, they do a good job, stand behind their work, and their fees are competitive. Most importantly, they are honest. You can trust Craig and the crew at Maurer.

I was having battery issues and was on my way to Olathe Jeep to get it replaced. It died in the parking lot at Target close by there. Olathe Jeep would not come help so I walked to Maurer. They immediately went and got my Jeep and replaced the battery. Even fit me in for an oil change and alignment. Thank you for your customer service!

I have used Mauer Tire numerous times in the past. Yesterday I had a battery problem and was in hurry to get to KCI to meet my son who just graduated from Marine corps boot camp in San Diego. They dropped everything and got me going in less than 20 min. Additionally...no charge. Just well wishes for my son!

They have been up front with cost estimates and it has been a positive experience every time I have worked with Craig and his crew.

These dudes patched my tire for free. Recommended a new set of tires due to age, showed me a pamphlet without pushing their product on me. Makes me never tire of going there for sure.

Moms battery was drained. They diagnosed the reason it was dead and charged it up for her, all at no cost. Couldnt ask for better customer service. Thank you for taking care of her!

Took my wifes Ford Five Hundred in for an oil leak. I was fairly certain the leak was from the oil filter adapter which, oddly, doubles as a motor mount on that car They confirmed the source and recommended not fixing it. No charge. The leak stopped on its own about two weeks later.

Had my car towed to Maurer today when it wouldnt start. They fit me in even though they were very busy and had my car repaired within a few hours. Craig was very nice, Ill definitely be a repeat customer!!

I have been coming here for 10 years. They are so thorough. People tell me to look around for pricing but its more convienance and trust. Just had a major expense and the manager, Craig, always treats me right. Gave me some discounts and leant me a personal vehicle because they had to keep my car over night. They are flexible and never have gone the most expensive route. Id spends few extra dollars to come in here! Side note 8/2020... my car was in the shop for 10 days. Craig loaned me another vehicle, very nice! After i got my car back and at work, 2 different employees commented on one of my headlights, said it looked brand new. Contacted Maurer and Jake told me it was replaced bc it was damaged while in the shop.. at no charge to me??!! They should have called me when it happened or told me when i was paying my $3000 bill. To have to email then and ask... felt betrayed and not like a valued customer that i had been for 10+ years🙁

Honest and afforable. I was pulling left and wasnt sure what parts i needed. Jake and the crew looked at my truck just needed wheels re balanced and alignment. I put my trust in them to not charge me an arm and leg on parts i didnt need. 5/5 will return.

Ended up going to Walmart at about 9 this morning to try to get my tire fixed. It had a leak for sure, so I brought it to Walmart. I waited outside for a customer service worker for at least 20 minutes before someone finally came to take care of me. They told me that it would be almost 2 hours to wait. With my daughter and Pre-K I couldnt really wait that long. Because I had to pick her up soon. So I ended up coming here, and they were super friendly and super fast. They went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. will definitely be using this place instead of Walmart from now on.

Ive been going here since moving to Olathe in 2001. Will never go anywhere else for repairs or tires. Craig, Jake and the guys there are as honest as youll find anywhere, and they know their cars. Very rare to find a quality service business like this one these days.Theyve done repairs in the past on our used Hondas, Ford pickup, Chevy Suburban, and now on our Toyotas.

Absolutely the only place I will take my car! They are so nice and helpful.The dealership, where I used to take my car, told me I needed a front end alignment. I went to Mauer and found that wasnt true. They were truly helpful and so I took my car to them to do some needed work today. They accidently did an extra service and were nice enough to not have me pay for it. I will now go to them for all my cars servicing and repairs.If you need to rely on a great mechanic, then you need to start going to Mauer. Honest, quick and the mechanics there are very polite!
