Walked in looking for a fuel transfer tank once I realized I needed to to measure my truck bed to make sure the transfer tank fits. I asked the cashier and she kindly loaned me one. Awesome store friendly and very helpful.

Went in prepared to spend 5 or 6 hundred bucks on some winter essential work clothes. Couldnt get any support/or assistance from even management. Dawned on me in store Ive never had a good experience at any of their locations.

I somehow got signed up for their email marketing. I used their unsubscribe feature 4 times. I contacted support. They replied the first time and said they would take care of it. 2 weeks later, another unsubscribe attempt, and 3 more contacts to support and they are sill spamming me! They havent even bothered to respond to my last 3 emails to support. Whatever you do, dont give them your email!!!

Watch how they scan your items. We were charged twice for an item. Caught it after we had paid. The cashier scanned the item we paid twice for to “refund it” to our card. It didn’t work. Anyhow we called when we realized their refund hadn’t worked and they said we had to come in with the receipts to show them. I guess this cannot be looked up in their dated system? I had receipt numbers, dates, times, everything. Had to drive an hour to get a simple refund that was their mistake. You’d think this would be an easy fix remotely for their customers.

Everyone was nice here. I got these pellets to use as cat litter for only $6! Its super cheap, non-harmful to cats, and covers the scent really well.

Stopped in and really liked the store. Its a little ways away from my house but Ill shop here from time to time. Service was good. Cant complain about anything!

Excellent selection. Kind staff. Fair pricing. Good location right off 169 highway. They have everything from stock tanks, to feed, to trailers and trailer parts, work-wear, and a variety of other useful things. This location isnt going to be the cheapest prices in the world, but it offers fair pricing, especially for a brick and mortar store that has the quality this one does.

Updated store on an easy to get to street. This one reminds me more of an ace hardware and less of the traditional tractor supply with farm goods.

They have great options for quality dog food at a good price. The employees are always so quick to help and really friendly. We love tye new rewards program. The kids love going to see the chicks and ducklings in the springtime.

Staff is wonderful at helping you find what you need to get the job, got some lookers in there too ;)

Three times now I have gone to this store after having checked their inventory for a certain product online assuming it would be correct. Shame on me, I guess. They can never find their own inventory and the store is poorly organized, I mean very poorly organized. I have seen antique stores and pawn shops with better organization than this place. The only good thing I can say about Olathe TSC is the employees are nice for the most part. Back to ordering my goods online. Tired of wasting my gas.

They have a good selection of dog food available and the price is reasonable. Bird seed too. I took my dog there for a well check, rabies vaccination, and nail trim. Very affordable and no wait.

I looked up what i needed in advance on line. When i arrived they not only had the feed i was looking at on line, they had my prefered brand also in the size i wanted. Friendly staff and easy checkout. They have a good variety of different things here too. Ill definitely be returning.

The store is a messy unorganized, extremely tight aisle disaster. I asked C/S if they had what shows in stock online and they said yeah in the seasonal corner so I went and it was nowhere to be found. Their inventory management is so poor, Im not sure how they can ever forecast purchasing correctly. I was looking for 1 item and the website said this store had a few types in stock and there was nothing physically there.

Extremely friendly employees and its great to go somewhere that has that Country feeling.

Love shopping tsc! Always find gems. Great for dog supplies, remedies, toys. Good healthy Retriever brand kibble for our 9 dogs. Loyalty program is hit and miss, disappointing for as much as we spend there.

Everything you would expect from a TSC. Wish they still carried coal, however. Other than that, great service and staff with stocked shelves in a clean environment. What more do you want? Dont forget to check out the work clothes and grab a sack of peanuts while you are there!

TSC almost always has very friendly and helpful service. They also carry everything you need for pet care, livestock, and many automotive needs, such as truck hitches, lights, trailer accessories, and tool boxes. Theres also a good supply of tough and durable clothing for cold weather and farm work. This is where I get all of my animal food and will continue to do so. Ive been very happy with their products.

I came in yesterday and met with Scott in order to find a trailer for my four-wheeler. Scott was not friendly at all. He also was not able to provide me with the information that I needed.

My one stop shop with no hassle. Found the perfect jeans for my husband with no trouble and picked up vitamins for our dog.

It has gone downward as a farm retail store. Slow service, boxes in isles in many parts of store. Bathroom had lots of papers on floor and not clean. Every day a manager needs to review the store operations and take care of problems. Please note...this was Friday!! And...no hose reels which was reason I stopped. I will never stop again.

The store is very well managed and the employees are very nice. However, the on-line purchase and delivery to a store is very slow and communication is all but...none! I would not recommend on-line purchases from Tractor Supply, go to the store.

A chicken coop was on sale a few days ago but with a phone call to Tractor Supply, they gave me the sales price! I purchased the expensive chicken coop and then changed my mind. I am so thankful that I was able to get the transaction cancelled before shipping. So on two accounts this week, I really appreciate the service!

Great low down place for cheap pet supplies. The have awesome quality dog food for cheap. And their small animal supplies are good. Their rabbit food selection could be better though.

I bought 4x6 horse mats here that are identical to the over priced workout mats you see around. They work perfectly for my home gym. Staff here is great, always friendly and helpful.

Literally had the worst customer service experience on something very simple. I placed a raincheck order backed in October. The sales associate recommended that I place this raincheck order. Told me it would be in on that weeks shipment or at the latest the very next. Told me I would receive a call when arrived. No phone call came so I waited. I finally called and Cody answered the phone. Told me he would have someone check on it and placed me on hold. I was on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called back. Cody answered again. I told him I was left on hold and no one answered. He said he was sorry he was still at the register and they got “a rush”.He said he didn’t know about my order so it wasn’t in yet. I said I didn’t understand. How does he not know about my order. He said once it is received by the store it is “out of their hands”. He asked what I ordered and I told him and he asked me another question and I said don’t you have all this information on my rain check order? He said no the girl that handles this handed in her keys last week. He said he would ask around and I replied just connect me with a manager please. He stated he was the manager. Long story short my order has been sitting there this whole time. Super disappointed.

Has probably everything you will need for your small farm living. The people have always been nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Always clean and friendly. Seasonal merch rotates regularly. Some prices are on par, some are a tad steep.

Lots of animal to farm supplies to shop through. Not many places carry pig food but they have it all. You got chickens, horses, or just like feeding the birds & deer, or simply have big hungry dogs that eat a lot its a one stop shop. Need oil for the tractor, or camo gear & cow boy boots for hunting they have that too

I make the drive down here from northern Overland Park occasionally for items that arent in stock at the big-box hardware stores or are much better priced at TSC. The place to buy stall mats for a home gym, garage or other project.

Yesterday was our first time stopping in. It was my daughters birthday. She wanted Schleich toys. She was so happy to see your selection! She spent every penny of her birthday money and then some! Very pleased!!

Great place to find some deals on tools! Their pet section is fantastic and much cheaper than the other big box stores.

Called ahead before making the long trip out to get bantam chicks. Asked if they had any and got a yes over the phone. Found a bin full of full sized birds with an extra sign for bantams attached but no bantams to be had. Huge waste of my time and gas.

This is a great place to buy from. Always have friendly staff that is willing to help you and they arent hard to find.

Tractor supply has a large assortment of items for both the farm and home. This is my go to store for most of my livestock needs. The only complaint I have is that the store is a bit cluttered and the isles are narrow.

I quit shopping here. They have great products, but the prices are so, so high! Its like the co-op farm supply for rich JOCO people. I go to a competitor in Gardener or even buy online. Theyve always been high, but they were the only game in town. Not anymore! I might still go there, but only on rare occasion for sales.

The people that work their are fabulous. They really get to know you and address very helpful. Bill and Miles are the best.

Very well maintained store....from a wide variety of apparel to sway bars for 3 point hitches to equine rations. Store is always very neat and employees are always eager to greet you & ask if they may be of assistance.

Stock was running low on lots of things. The folks at the cash register would stand there and ignore you and then walk away to help a colleague without acknowledging you were even there. One lady had to voice her opinion because she was in one line where the only cashier was and he moved to the other register for some unknown reason. It was strange and terrible customer service.

Site says refills on welding gas but they do not do refills after calling them. Either their associate does not know what he is talking about or it is false/misleading advertisement.

Wont take back a product that is sold in other Tractor Supply stores and on there website, but has the exact same product on there shelf with a new scue number on it and still wont take it back. Not good customer service by the manager himself.

Bought an owl and hawk decoys for the garden. Well have to see how good they are at keeping pests away. Both have to be weighted or secured. Also got 10-10-10 for black raspberries and some weed killer on sale. I used to shop Tractor Supply often when they were in the KC West bottoms.

Not impressed with your website. Looked up a product and checked store availability, only to find out after a 30 minute drive that what was suppose to be in stock is an item that the store doesnt stock. Had to discuss with several people before I could be told that were sorry. But our other store that is another hour out of your way has them in stock. Think Ill shop somewhere else.
