Today you almost lost two customers. After an AT&T representative came to my home with a phone that we had to order online with much pain. We’ll let me say that Isaac assured me that he could handle the situation. And HE DID !!! We had upgrades that we hadn’t used. Went to an East Brunswick AT&T and was immediately told they couldn’t help me. We knew we were eligible for upgrades. Well, my son said he’d do it online. He did. The site was difficult to navigate but he ended up taking the offer they referred. We were told to expect it delivered next day by your representative to handle and set up new phone. The guy pulled up and did business from his car trunk. He went online as a third party and I was told he couldn’t do the switch because we weren’t eligible. After 40 minutes of that and on the phone with his boss. We were told ok. He started the process and told me I was supposed to wait for the set up to finished. I asked the guy. What if it doesn’t complete the process. He said, it will. Guess what ? It didn’t. I had to drive to the nearest AT&T here in Old Bridge because I was not returning to the East Brunswick store. That is where I met Isaac and he identified the problem right away. The iPhone 11 was a 64 Gb and my iPhone 6s was a 128 GbI was left phoneless for 4 hours because of this. Isaac went through hoops for me and kept reassuring me he would help me and. HE DID JUST THAT !! The other salesman Sebastian was key to helping me as well. They were a great team. I will never go to the other store or online again. These guys deserve a raise and or a bonus.
Went to the Old Bridge, NJ store to upgrade a phone and Isaac Medas was our salesperson and man was he the best, greeted us with a big smile and was personable the entire time. He’s very knowledgeable and changed my plan to save me money and gave me more for my money! What a gem he is!! He’s normally in Freehold NJ store and I highly recommend him.
Best AT&T store! Lauren and her team Damien and James(in training) were very helpful and extremely patient in helping us with the new technology of the latest phones. Will only use this store.
Both Harcl and Jordan were super helpful today. They downloaded software and transferred all data from my old phone to the new perfectly. I surely would have thrown the phone out the window if I were at home and alone attempting the same feat. My thanks to them both for their great work and help to me today.

Great experience overall. After years with Verizon I switched to ATT. All 5 lines. The longest part was waiting on the hold with Verizon. Professional, polite, efficient team. Very happy today.
Daniel was great to worth with. He backed up my phone set it up for me, his coworker even helped giving me tips on using phone and putting my protector screen on. What a great dup. Wish every store was this way and not lazy. Will always go here going foward.

This store have incompetent employees, They have this kid his name is Damian scored me up over what it supposed to be a business account, He made a consumer account instead business one and adding my name instead my and my business partner name . Now his manager is not taking responsibility specially my partner holding a device and a line that part of what is supposed to be business plan . Simply they created conflict and put over $2500 on my back .Please stay away from this store .

Best at&t store around my area. Always great service and very friendly employees. A good atmosphere which is rare for cell phone stores. Not pushy or rude like the others in the area. I suggest going to this location even if the others are a little closer.

Very patient and customer service oriented location. They honored all online deals and clearly discussed all fees/charges to our new account.
At first seemingly nice associates, but my one stop here ultimately caused more problems than solutions. A phone that was never ordered properly resulted in several calls to Customer Service, only to find out the associate who helped me had no idea what he was doing (even though the confidence with which he sold me the phone was exceptional).Edit: Fast forward in time and there was a fraudulent charge on my account for $300. BE-WARE.
Lauren has and will always be my favorite sales rep. She’s honest and always explains everything thoroughly. I’ve been going to her for years and has followed her from each location she has gone to!

Great service from the staff{ unlike the prima donnas at the Freehold Raceway Mall AT&T store} I was greeted with a smile and got the service I needed NOT pressed to upgrade to a more expensive phone. I left the store with a positive feelings of how a retail worker is supposed to conduct business. Felt like a valued customer. The drive is a little bit further then the mall, but this from now on, is my AT&T store!
Although she was very busy she gave me a lot of attention and listened to what my needs and concerns were I believe Nicole had given me great customer service. Should I need everything else with AT&T I will definitely return to this location

Worst experience ever.The customer service was very much incompetent. Requesting service was like pulling teeth while the commission hungry guy kept as if we want other things instead of attending to what we requested... Which is setting up a new phone.... Never ever go here as they look at you with dollar signs instead of helping you with what you need

Literally the worst waiting to be helps for over a hour and some walk in he was helping a person watch me and I stood around for a hour didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed help or acknowledge me being in the dam store smh for how expensive att is they should really provide better service
