I was having a really rough day and needed some answers and help fast. Clarence was super helpful and awesome. I was able to switch carriers to sprint successfully. Remarkable service.

Lies, nothing but lies. Told me I was purchasing phones, not leasing them. I found out after 18 mos, my bill went up $60.00 a month.This all happened during Covid-19 so they are using that as an excuse not to help me.When texting them, which every time is over a hour tied to the phone, nothing gets done.They give me incorrect information.My suggestion, go somewhere else.

Keshia, Anthony and Marco were very helpful with helping me switch over to Sprint. They worked with me and helped me with whatever I needed. Highly recommend coming to this Sprint.

First time I went to this location bc the one in Holmdel is always too busy. Had a great experience and a wonderful woman helped me( cant remember her name). Going back there today for a phone for my daughter and hopefully I will have the same experience.

Walked in and was greeted with attitude. African American woman working at the front was incredibly rude and had her ear buds in the entire time. Any question I asked was met with hostility. If you dont like working with customers, then get out of the customer service business.

Clarance helped with all questions and concerns I had, walked through step by step of everything the best sprint customer service I’ve dealt with by far!

I’ve been in the sprint store 10 times CJ took care of me each time he was very nice and kind and help me out A great deal I don’t know what I would do without CJ he is a great sales person I hope you guys are not planning on getting rid of him he is one of the best representatives that’s ever help me in your store I come in pacifically looking for CJ and he solves my problem every time he is the best

Very bad customer service,mislead me and sold me iPad for $130 and said no extra charges and contract but put me in another contract for 24 mo this plus lease with iPad.will not recommend to anyone.please avoild them

Long Story in Short.I am here to get new connection added to my account. When I asked for the phones store manager Sandeep came and provided the phones and then showed his true colors by saying we need to buy cases or protection in store which is worth of $100 and threatening me saying that you might break the phone and you should be paying in full.. etc later when I say no he was telling me that sprint is giving me best offers and I am getting almost phones for free and why not I am giving some business by taking some more accessories near the store.Finally when they were suppose to transfer a line to my account he got pissed off (as I am not buying any of his offers) and told me to get the details by myself otherwise he cannot help...after long time spending there I decided not to go to store in person and do the order online by myself as the manage was showing the attitude and not at all helpful to the customer.Final comment by the manager was Let me see how easy I am going to get the online order.. this was worstAt least he should learn to be calm

Costumer since 2004Manager Sandeep didn’t refund me a screenprotector that I bought just because past one day of the 14 days of a purchase . Sealed in the box, he was very rude and disrespectful.
