Pharmacy have a terrible service especially with insurance companies and no managers around

This is the worse pharmacy to go to. Had to wait 2 hours for medicine after having my dental implants done. I was in so much pain but the cold hearted people that work there could not prioritize. Will never go back here, such incompetent staff.

I think I will transfer my Rxs to Shoprite. The drop off counter lady is always so unpleasant. Shoprite greets me with a smile.

I wish I could give 0 or negative rating to these pharmacy. In the morning they said my order will be ready in an hour and in evening when I called them to ask if my order is ready or not they said - well we don’t have your item I. Stock so u will need to wait till tmrw afternoon whatever we had in stock we gave to other people. You can now go to other pharmacy and pick it up if u have uegency.

THIS WALMART SHOULD GET NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!! The young girl in pick up is the RUDEST person ever and tossed my phone at me!!! Horrible rude nasty people work here. Stay away ...take the drive to the ones on rt 18. Totally worth it and the other stores are ALOT CLEANER!!!

Pharmacist never answers the call, they just put the call on hold. Rude behavior. Need to wait long even there’s no patient.

Super unprofessional. Had an appt for contacts exam, they never told me they take a copay now with Medicaid (not on my card, not approved through Uhc Community Plan) i ended up walking out and she billed my insurance anyway so i have to wait a whole year despite having an old prescription.

This Wal-Mart has all you would need, but not my favorite place. Almost impossible to get help on the floor. They either dont understand English, or cant speak it. It is what it is...
