Outstanding customer service. Employee went out of her way to make us feel welcome and could not have been more helpful. Didn’t try to push any products, just gave good advice and spent a lot of time making sure we received the best deal possible. We drove from Alaska all the way here because the customer service has always been top notch here! 😉

After being tortured online and at the Mall I went into this Verizon location and it was fantastic!! I ended up with a better deal and walked out with 2 new Iphones ready to go. Priyanka is very knowledgeable about the plans and the phones. We will never go anywhere else

My phone became inoperative on Friday 7/3. I went to Verizon in East Brunswick and received no assistance at all. I called Verizon wireless for assistance and was on the phone for hours. I spent 8 hrs on a vacation day off because of my issue. Finally, I went to a local Verizon store at 2583 Rt 516 in Old Bridge. The manager, Priyanka, was more helpful than anyone could imagine. Priyanka helped set up my repair through Asurion and walked me through some other Apple issues I had with IPhone. I wish I had gone to this Verizon outlet first . I would have avoided all the time and aggravation spent on my cell phone issue. I went back today and Priyanka continued to help me complete the activation process and helped me choose a product to protect my phone. Thank you so much Priyanka. I will never patronize another Verizon outlet. You are the reason why after my recent experience I will continue with my Verizon service. You provided excellent customer service. Verizon is fortunate to have you as part of their family. Thank you.

It was nice and clean and I guess it does what you needed to do. It is not a fixing store. So if you just need supplies or to activate a phone thats all youre going to get here.

I am so amazed at the professionalism and level of respect I received here from the staff. John was my salesman and took so much time explaining to me the different phones and the different features that they had. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Id like to commend Priyanka who works for Verizon for always helping me when I want to go in to install an app and program it.I spoke to 3 different representatives before I came here and they were unable to help me. You should keep her and you should treat her well and definitely give her a raise which she well deserves .

Was not happy here at all. When asking about the iPhone X’s max “it wasn’t made to go in the pocket”. When we were debating on what to do, we felt like we wasted our time. We ended up going to another nearby Verizon much better service. Did come back the next day to purchase another phone simply cause it was right down the block. They tried to hard push insurance were o repeatedly said no. So unless you know we exactly what you want and not trading in anything (which they don’t give you anything while the other Verizon store did). Avoid this place.

There simply is no one as efficient, experienced and knowledgeable as Priyanka. She knows her customers, anticipates their needs and only sells them what she knows they need.Priyanka is so professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the Verizon store on Rye 516 in Old Bridge.

I’m both pleased and honored to write this review about the manager and best customer service provider, Priyanka. Priyanka assisted me this morning when my iPhone X was acting up and failed to function. Since I thankfully insured my iphone Priyanka saved me so much time and trouble and upgraded my phone to iPhone X Max. She could’ve let me deal with Apple and wait for days before my old phone gets fixed or upgraded. But when I explained to her that waiting on a new phone will cost me money because of the business I’m running, she went ahead and gave me a new phone instantly. She even helped me transfer all the data and pictures to my new phone that I’m extremely pleased with. Priyanka, if you’re reading this, I want to let you know that you’re the best, nicest, most intelligent and efficient person I have ever seen. Most importantly you’re an asset to Verizon and any company you’ll ever work for. So, thank you for going above and beyond for me. I went to buy a phone and the two ladies were very racist and when we asked for deals they said that there weren’t any deals and were very rude however there was a buy one get one free deal I visited the store on Friday June 7th at 5pm

Every time I have a problem with my phone, I always go to see PRIYANKA and she resolves the problem. She has always corrected the problem.

The store in Old Bridge on 516 I would NEVER go there again. The service I received was rude and curt. I felt like I was interrupting her.
