Havent shopped here in awhile. They now have digital coupons and if you dont have a smartphone or choose not to download yet another app, you dont get the sale price...very discriminatory...

Actually my 2nd acme trip for the night!!! They just have things no other store in the north/central jersey region has!!!! So impressed!!!! And sooo grateful 🙏Thank you acme Please keep up the good work!!!!! So last Sunday morning Patricia looked for my product on the phone while I waited!! And Im a little bit of a driveway so that really helped me out!!

Always clean, workers pleasant. A fine shopping experience in an area overrun with ShopRite.

Why evrytime I scan an item in the self help line it stops and ask for help and I have to wait for someone to scan there card to continue, its frustrating when your in a hurry. Get your machines fixed or have more than one person to assist or train more people not to just stand there looking around knowing you need assistance

First time going to this store it was very clean and well organized. I would come back and shop any time 🙂

Over the month or so the fruit selection has been horrendous, over priced and the quality has less then desirable. A few times already so left with nothing and went somewhere else were the quality was as expected.

Everything looked great in the case, and it smelled great. The store itself is really clean, and a nice layout. The only real problem for me, and it is a huge problem, is the butcher/fish display case.

Easy spot right off rt 9 in old bridge. Plenty of parking. Its always busy but rarely crowded. Download their app for the best deals

Over priced. In many cases twice what Walmart costs

I like this supermarket...it is never over crowded, they carry everything you may need, theres a pharmacy, florist, and Starbucks in it...yet it is a not oversized or overwhelming, the staff is friendly... it is just easy to shop there :)

I just had a terrible experience at the Acme in Rt 9 in Old Bridge NJ. I made the trip to this store specifically for the Select Corned Beef sale advertised in the paper. Upon arrival, per Brian the in meat dept I found out they didnt arrive and likely would not until Monday, if at all. I went to the customer service desk to see if there was an option for me. I spoke to the Manager Greg who didnt offer me any options and really didnt try to solve the problem. There were multiple other Acme brand corned beef available (Landcaster and Open Range). I asked if Greg if they can sub out the deal for one of those options. Greg said no, that other customers may come specifically for that brand and he didnt want to disappoint them. I asked, what about me as a customer. He said stock is low and thats the bottom line. I am incredibly disappointed by the this experience. Ive never felt so undervalued as a customer before. As a result, I decided to leave all of the items in my cart and go to Shoprite instead. I plan to spend my $300 there instead if Acme. And next time I need food, I will walk in their door instead. You gave lost a customer.

This is the only store.I can go into with a compromised immune system.The cleanliness of this store is impressive.It made me want to shop there .I have since enrolled in the digital coupons.Makes shopping so much fun.I had a very pleasant customer service experience with Robert .In the frozen food area.He went out of his way.To help me find an item.Seems like most employees are genuinely kind.I have gotten others .To start shopping there.Due to what I said about the experience.Customer service matters to most .Its apparently clear this store is amazing .Thanks a million!!!!!

I like the way the store is layed out. Not confusing to find product. The best place in this generalized area to buy better quality meats. People argue that Acme is more expensive than Shoprite. I personally shop whatever is on sale.. Plus this Acme has a Starbucks which if you get a coffee when you start your shopping, youll get a refill for free!

Very fast check out lines, always have ripe avocados and good selection of ice cream for desserts.

I went to the seafood dept, there was no one there,about 10 minutes later a middle aged gentleman came hustling towards the station from the opposite direction heading towards the door of the seafood dept. I tried to stop him before he went in there to ask him if the lobster was fresh because it had a yellowish color, he continued walking past me as I was speaking claiming that had to wear his glove (very rude} as he proceeded behind I continued my question and his response was its fresh with a snarl then suggested I get a frozen lobster.The reason for my skepticism is because I have bought items several times only to get home to find the shrimp was rotten, sour cream had mold, cottage cheese also had mold,all these had to be returned at the inconvenience of myself. Do not shop here not only are they rude the products are not properly stored.

Starbucks—lady at the counter seems rude. Not sure why. She always has an attitude and every time i purchase something, she makes it seem like she is doing me a favor. Not nice at all.

Love this location... things are easier to find than other grocery stores. Great deals.. clean... employees are friendly. Wish they had more organic produce and gluten free bread options. Otherwise, fav grocery in the area.

They are very expensive but there are times when they have great sales such as ribs buy one get two free. Or chicken buy one get one. Those are the times to go. The place is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.

The store has a pharmacy where they go out of their way to help out. Recently I was in a bind and the pharmacist worked very hard to resolve the issue on a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely keep going to this pharmacy.The grocery store is nicely laid out and clean. The gas rewards program is good for people.Prices are competitive and if you are shopping for specific needs it is reasonable.

Just like all the other grocery stores out there you have to catch Acme when the sale is on some of their pricing is extremely high but hit the sale just right and youll save a couple dollars I will say I like the meat at Acme better than most other stores it just tastes better Im not sure if its the brand I think its Lancaster but its really good

Good, clean store with good deals regularly. No card needed as discounts are applied to items at time of purchase, and they usually have buy-one-get-one deals on good quality meat each week. I do find that the fruit isnt often fresh, but besides that a great place to shop for food. Staff is always friendly, and added bonus of a Starbucks on site if you need a boost.

I have been using the delivery service for a while. The accuracy and the quick delivery is very nice.

The prices are very very high. The setup is okay. Its not special in any way. The setup is fine. But youre better off going to Walmart youll save a lot of money. Or almost any other supermarket. But its very close to me so thats the only advantage. The workers are nice.

My go to grocery store. Clean and well stocked. Great service. The staff is wonderful. The parking Lot is huge and well kept. I recommend highly.

Due to a last minute mix up at another location, thankfully Julie & Sue at this ACME were able to save the day for our sons 1st Communion and make him a last minute communion cake within 2 hours of the event. Not only did the bakery Dept do this for us but Sue in the Floral dept was kind of enough to quickly create a bouitonare for him and both were so so helpful. Great experience and very thankful:)

The produce dept. is run by people who dont check their prices(perhaps on purpose) every time i try to purchase produce the price comes up higher WHY????????

The store is clean and convenient and has a good selection of things I usually buy and things I may be interested in trying. I cant comment as to prices as I usually just get what I need and dont really notice a price unless its unusually off.

Visited the bakery department to order a sheet cake 4 my granddaughters Confiirmation. That Julie, is amazing. The work she does is beautiful & delicious. I always make sure she does my cakes.

Good overall, prices are definitely higher than other chain supermarkets, however have never had an issue with quality.

I agreed with everyone else, the prices are high for items you can get for less at ShopRite. The place is very clean as well, nothing wrong. I will say though the cashier I delt with could use a dose of customer service training especially when you are customer facing. Otherwise not bad.

Love the meat sales, pricey on some items and everyone in the Deli is miserable, not friendly, no customer service. Never had a good experience with the deli, only go there for convenience.
