Excellent team working together when I called and when I arrived for my appointment. They made it clear my time was valued. Speaking of which the value for the service rendered is beaten by none I know of. They installed a tow hitch direct to Subaru frame, which requires some boring of the holes (in all types for the Crosstrek), made me feel comfortable about the level of confidence they had in this, and DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Behind the counter and under the lift the workers (names Ill add later), have given me.wvery reason to recommend them for services you expect or just now learned that they perform. **They even disposed of the box and trash from the packing that the hitchnwas delivered in. Stellar employees! Thank you for the fantastic experience!!!

4th of July weekend i need propane and they refused to fill my tank saying it’s out of date funny how this was never a problem until they started selling their own tanks!! just got this tank on the last fill up from Lowe’s and tank appears new!! Thanks for nothing, just lost a long time customer and I’ll let all my local friends know also, thanks for making me have to scramble to find propane on July 4th weekend!!!!!!!!!

I need a hitch installed and found that U-Haul had the best price including a lifetime warranty. I got an appointment at the Old Bridge location and Michael did a great job installing the hitch in 30 minutes. He was also super helpful in popping my crooked rear bumper back into place without me asking. I would recommend this U-Haul location for installing hitches.

Recently had a hitch installed, it was not in stock however they ordered it and booked an appointment great customer service friendly and did a great job. Showed me everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work they did. Would recommend to anyone needing a hitch installed or a rental trailer.

Awesome staff. Super Hospitable & accommodating. I got into a Kerfuffle on my move & had to leave my car on the lot for an exorbitant amount of extra time. The manager (Lynn) was super friendly and understanding about the issue even thou they have limited space she helped me out and totally saved me!! Great staff, great crew, great manager!!! This is my number one U-Haul spot!!! Thank you U-Haul of Old Bridge!!!!

I had a great experience with these guys. I needed a trailer hitch, called last week and they had it in stock. I called back and made an appointment for today. Was provided all options up front and kept in the loop during the install. Mike did a super job and thoroughly explained what he did, how to trouble shoot in the event the fuse blows. and the included warranties for the wiring and hitch. Could not have been more satisfied.

I rented a van on Monday, 7/31/17. I was very happy with the service.It was efficient and customer friendly. It was a new van and the gas mileage was incredible! I would definitely recommend this place and use them in the future if I ever have the need for a van in that area.

Ive been taking the same propane tank for refill twice a year for about five years. Coleen always fills the tank up regardless of the tank dates. If you look at the tank you think its new. I clean It and keep it in the garage during the winter so no rust on it. I never dealt with the guy there I dont even know his name. He checks the date and tell me it expired last year. So I say I filled twice last year with no problem. He starts lecturing me to go to home depot and get one from them. They just lost a loyal customer and I wont be renting anymore uhauls from them either. Bad service

Impolite, rude staff. Sent me to a location 10 miles away to get the truck that I ordered. They said that they called to tell me but never never received a call, text, or email about it. There were 3 other customers there that showed up and were told that their vehicle was at another location without previously receiving notification. The truck however was very nice, clean, and easy to drive and load/unload. While the company itself may be great, the service in the cnj area has been poor in my experience.

Uhaul corporate messed up my reservation for drop off location...Gentleman at Old Bridge uhaul, didnt get his name, was able to fix my contract and help me out tremendously...While I was speaking to customer service stated nothing can be done, locally they were a Big Big help...Couldnt say enough thanks for the huge help and saved about an extra $60 and an hour and a half of driving to return original vehicle...thank You Old Bridge Uhaul

Staff was limited to one person when i was dropping off the truck, and very inexperienced. He gave us a hard time about the gas level basically saying we either over-fill it or hes going to charge us. If we hadnt spent 10 minutes arguing this would have been a quick turn in location. Ive come to expect complications when dealing with U-Haul.

I had an excellent experience today at this facility. The girl running the counter was amazing. She was quick and efficient. Although there was a line at 9:15 in the morning, she went thru it like a machine. I was on my way in no time. I have no experience with the manager in the other reviews but this girl, Lynn Pulvermuller knew her stuff, remained professional and the end result was an excellent experience at the Old Bridge U-haul.

Ive done business at this location over a number of years, the staff is very polite, especially Mike, he is super polite, awesome trait to have in a customer oriented business.

I reserved rental by calling customer service. He quoted me $90 plus tax if i drive 100 miles ..15 mins later when i reached at the location they gave me price of 119 per day with 100 miles. This is not right..the person who gave me the rental was rude and he said do you want the rental or not . I am gonna charge the price what we have at store .. i have other customers..it was very bad customer service . The lady to whome i gave my rental back was nice. There is lot of other people who have said the same thing that this people change the reservation at will. Owner of the place should look at the reviews and train the team accordingly

This Uhaul location is known for changing reservations at will. The management is not professional or courteous. Theyve made it very clear that scheduling issues are corporates problem and not theres. Its a shame. Uhaul was great at one time.

I was a customer at u-haul in oldbridge the moment we came in to get our reservations the girl by the name Lynn Pullvermuller was rude. Shes is not a people person. My experience was not good. And there to expensive and i will never use them again.

Worst place to rent a truck . Made my reservation 4 weeks ago to move from new jersey to Florida a day before my reservation their call me and told me that their dont have a 26ft food truck only 20ft that if I need a 26ft I have to go get it 2 hours away from my house never rent anything for uhaul away..

Booked a truck in Marlboro, it got changed to Old Bridge by UHaul who gave me a reservation before the store opened. Folks were in the store and refused to help, saying that theyd too much to do to fix their screw up.
