This was my first time renting a storage space and my experience could not have been more positive. Ashley, the office manager at the Old Bridge site is an ultra professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable employee who went above and beyond to assist us. We actually moved from the Edison location to the Old Bridge location and Ashley took care of every detail. We even decided last minute to change our 10x10 unit for a larger space and Ashely made it a breeze. The location is quiet, extremely clean and our unit very spacious. We couldnt be happier. Extra Space storage gets an A for Excellence in our book!

Dawn was amazing and very helpful. Although they did not have the size I was looking for, she looked at availability at other Extra Space facilities for me. I really want to stay in Old Bridge so she offered to take my name and number and contact me when they have availability. Very clean facility. I think this will be a great fit when they have the size I need.

Clean, Safe and Friendly facility for your storage needs. Had no problems except the prices are steep. But overall, not bad.

Very clean, all the staff was very helpful. The price was high to begin with, I was paying $150 for the same unit at a different storage facility, here I started around $210 and the 70 dollar increase in one shot was the kicker that made me find a better deal. Good facility, way way way too expensive.

So happy with my rental space! I completed the online rapid rental form and within minutes was set up with my unit. I needed a 10 x 10 unit to store my bike and some other household items and both Ashley and Victoria were amazing! They walked me through everything (fees, insurance, etc.) and even found me a unit with a very small lip so that I can easily take my bike in and out without using a ramp.

I had recently changed my address since I moved and I was given discounts or pointed towards storage Extra Space storage for 50% off monthly. When I choose to reserve a small 5x5 unit for today, I was contacted in less than an hour to complete the reservation and complete the paper signing all over the phone. Ashley was representative that reached out to me. She was really helpful and made the process easy. Thank you Ashley for contacting me while at the same time attending to in-store customers. Cell service wasnt the greatest at times but we got thru it some how lol.As for the storage unit it was not bad at all, I was actually expecting smaller but I didnt realize just how big a 5x5 and only for $28 a month. Oh I also want thank Ashley and Extra Space Storage for providing me a lock for the unit. The small thing are sometimes the things we appreciate the most.
