I had a wonderful experience at Paul Browns. Both of the salespeople I worked with were very nice. The one complaint I have is they told me after doing everything but the financing on Thursday that we would only to be there for 20-30 minutes the next day. As a busy family with 3 kids I wish they would have attempted to be even close. It was 2 hours and 20 minutes by the time we left and my husband had to make a special trip so we could get our son to the guitar lesson that shouldn’t have been a problem if they would had their stuff ready,

Some issues even getting someone to want to sell me a truck. After we explained how unhappy we were with their commitment to actually selling a vehicle we had picked out, they were outstanding. Couldnt be happier. They really brought their A-game afterwards. We know everyone just has one of those days but they were awesome in trying to make up for lost time.

I also agree with everyone above that JD is super easy to work with and not at all pushy. Subsequently, I have traveled many miles to return to them vs my local KIA in Ithaca. I have also recommended them often; to many friends over the years. Now, however, I finally have a friend buying a brand new Kia from them and the terms of the friends and family referral program (that Ive inquired about often over the YEARS and just pitched to this BRAND NEW Kia customer) have since been changed??? So embarrassing.

Josh helped me get into a new kia sportage. I went to all the big car dealers and they wouldnt help me so I called Paul browns and that day Im buying a new car in my budget. They went out of their way to help me. It was an hour and half drive but well worth it. I wont go any place else and recommend them to everyone.

First of all the customer service when youre buying a car is amazing. However, they are understaffed and you have to wait hours for literally anything. I got my car and it was dirty. Mind you I live 30 miles away. So I had to drive back and make an appointment for 3 days later. When I got my rental car (my car was getting an undercoat) it was filthy. They also said I could pick up my car between 1-2 so I waited in town for 4 hours. Never returned my calls. My car wasnt available until after 3. So I had to keep the rental car for an extra day. Overall, I have not had a good experience. Theres not enough people working or they just dont care about their customers.
