Service Department never fails! This afternoon on my way home from work, my truck was running rough and I got a blinking check engine light. I took it straight to Paul Brown expecting not to be able to get it until hopefully tomorrow. I made arrangements for a ride to work, so I was all set. 4:30 this evening Tony called saying that my truck would be finished this evening. I was able to get there while sales was still open and get my truck! These people have NEVER let me down. This is why I’m a repeat customer.

I usually get my service and oil changes on my Kias right in Olean and I have since 2018. Tonight while in Clarion, PA, my 2021 Kia Sorento EX started smoking. We popped the hood to find that when Paul Brown changed my oil and did my tire rotation they either: A.) Did not put my dip stick down or B.) Over filled it. Either way, I was hours away from home and oil is EVERYWHERE. I pay good money for you people to care for my vehicle and THIS happens. So upset that you almost caused such a catastrophic thing and had me stranded. I guess I got lucky this time?Edit: Service Manager Matt did get a hold of me and make this issue right, therefore I will fix my review to 4 stars since it wont let me delete it completely. I appreciate them taking responsibility for their mistake and making it right.

Was trying to purchase a car from here online and over the phone since we live farther away.. the sales person Andrea that I was dealing with told me everything was good to go then never got back ahold of me so I called the next day to find out that the van had been sold.. so I talked to Andrea again and she told me they just got another one in and she was going to get all the info to me to see if I was interested in this one and still haven’t heard anything .. it’s been 3 days.. thankfully I found some place else who responds quick and is taking care of things! Absolutely Do not recommend!

I went in to purchase a vehicle. I was shown a 2016 Jeep Compass. When I got in the jeep it had a check engine light on, I was told it was an easy fix no problem. I then said okay and came back later that day to pick up the car… upon driving the car back to my house there was a lot of vibration in the steering wheel… the car went back the next day. It was found to need a motor mount. They fixed that. I got the car back again and it was making noise in the rear, the car went back the next day. Now that was 3 times the car had to be taken back.. yes they fixed the car but had I not had mechanics in my family my entire life I wouldn’t have thought twice about the noise. I at this point have owned the car for 8 days and have only had it in my possession for 1 day…there is still a noise in the back end that they claim is normal. When I asked about a different car I was informed it was to late for that. Very unsatisfied!!

Was sold two different cars in the past 3 months that were had a lot of mechanical issues and not told about, they promised to fix the issue and then still let my pregnant wife and eight year old child drive away in a vehicle that overheats. They broke down today so I called to figure out a solution and was again promised that the problems would be fixed and was told I would get a phone call by the end of the day, but what do you know nothing . Most of the staff has Ben very rude and degrading to us.

Bought a car from West Herr (plz dont make that mistake). Not only did PB get me in three days ahead of schedule, they washed it and changed my oil! The manager said he had his men do extra since it only needed to charge over night. Thats service. Do NOT shop outside of Olean without giving Paul Browns a look. West herr sells lemons and has no customer care what so ever.

Update: Management did reach out to follow up and apologize, which my wife and I feel is admirable. Although we will likely purchase from another dealer, we appreciate what seemed like a sincere disappointment in a negative interaction with a member of their staff.We couldn’t get the time of day from this salesperson. He was not interested in giving any information, and didn’t seem like he even wanted to make a sale. It seems like they just want to push leases. It still didn’t matter because we couldn’t get him to explain features of vehicles or really anything for that matter. We don’t even know his name because we ripped up his card and threw it away. We will never return to this dealer. It’s surprising how poorly someone trying to sell something could treat people interested in buying their products. Don’t waste your time going to Paul Brown Motors. They don’t want your business.

When promoting sale trying to make it appear as offering deal because purchase price is 1200 under blue book value not showing NADA value or carfax and trying to speak about the wonderful inspection to go through before going on the lot shouldnt over look the vehicle being over its recommended fluid change intervals and having burnt transmission fluid. The interior detailing used leaves waxing feeling I felt I needed a shower after test driving vehicle. The quality of trying to push sale versus caring about actual customer has basically diminished at Paul Brown.

Wonderful place! All staff were absolutely willing to work with the situation - my daughters 2008 Chevy Cobalt vehicle had issues - check engine light was on and it wouldnt go over 20 mph. My daughter was out of town visiting a college friend for the day - 3 1/2 hrs away from home. The car was towed to the dealership parking lot from the previous evening and the dealership staff were so very patient and kind in working with us! They were very accommodating! We were going to purchase our first car from here until they started acting shady.we had a car picked out and we talked to them for financing and the monthly payment was too high(not there fault). We then decided to go with our bank to see if we could get a better Rate (which we did).when i went over to talk to them about faxing my purchase agreement to my bank they asked me if I wanted a bumper to bumper warranty which I was going to decline but they told me we cant sell you the vehicle unless you purchase the warranty because we wont be making any money off it otherwise. Which i was told by a sales manager that by no means do you HAVE to buy a warranty. Well we wanted this experience to be over and wanted the vehicle we picked out so we just told them if we have to get the warranty to get the car I guess thats what we have to do. So they wrote up the purchase agreement and sent it to our bank. We then went to our bank and come to find out they didnt even put the warranty they wanted us to purchase in the warranty section of the agreement,they just tried adding it to the total cost of the vehicle. Which the loan officer also thought it was not right. they ran our credit 3 times when we went to finance through them which was okay because we knew they were running it but what wasnt okay was when they ran it 3 more times without our knowledge (im assuming to see if they could get a better rate so we would finance through them).Even after they knew we were going with our own bank. So after all of this we decided to look elsewhere. I do NOT recommend going Here especially for your first major vehicle purchase.

So, they worked hard to find one in Panthera Metal. They got it and its great!These guys always work hard before, during and after the sale. Great to do business with!

Back in late January I decided to buy a ram 2500 and after searching the used truck market I decided that best money spent would be to buy a new truck. After searching for the right truck and not finding what I wanted I decided to sit down with Jason at Paul Brown Dodge and ordering what I wanted. I was told that it would take about 3 months to get the truck to Olean witch I was ok with. Well 2 months went by and the truck came in and it is beautiful. A few short days after the truck came in the pdi and paperwork was done and I was driving my truck home. My salesman Jason Anderson was great with assisting me with ordering the truck and going through the new truck tech and the ram app. The finance lady sorry forgot your name was great. Buying our new Kia Sorento Hybrid was certainly painless. Josh Lundy searched for a vehicle to match our needs, then we managed all the preliminary paperwork online. Delivery day was seamless for signing all the papers and Josh went over some of the features on the vehicle that were new to us. The Simonize treatment and rustproofing were already done so we just drove away in our gorgeous new Sorento.

I got my car a little over a year ago and the people were great with my sale but that’s as far as the customer service went .I’ve a problem with the heat since I got it and used it for the first time last winter and have Paul brown look it over and send me to another dealership to have the work done Which I knew that . Come to find out now I am stuck with an almost $900 bill because according to Volkswagen and my warranty company it’s not covered on my bumper to bumper warranty that I’ve paid for because a clogged heater core is a sign of neglect because it should be flushed every 30,000 miles so debris doesn’t collect and clog up and I got the car at 44,000 miles and have barely put 16,000 miles to need do that kind of upkeep which we do everything else on it . so the previous owner did nothing and then Paul brown never serviced it like they claim they do before they sell it to their “valued customers” giving them great cars to drive. So instead of Paul brown making things right with something they didn’t do with their servicing when they get cars in and then the service guy tells me he will charge $150 to attempt to flush it. Why should I be paying for something they should have done prior to me purchasing it. My family Will never go to them again when you can’t trust your getting a good, safe and reliable vehicle for thousands of dollars. I highly recommend if you HAVE to get a car from them take it elsewhere for a good check over before you spend your money.

I never felt pressured or that she didnt understand my needs. Mary in the finance office was great as well. When things were taking longer than expected everyone apologized and checked on me as I waited. Overall wonderful experience.
