I really enjoy dealing with Greg. In past experiences, I’ve had to wait around a dealership for an entire day trying to make a deal. With my business it’s just not possible, Greg brought the car to me so I could see it, and went back to run the numbers. The next morning I gave Greg my bottom line for payments and he said “I’ll make it happen” and he did. Pickup was fast and simple and I was off to work on time in my new vehicle.Within 2 days I had to have some service done due to running something over on the highway, I was told to bring the car right in, the repair was done in 20 minutes while I waited. I appreciate the urgency, the promptness, and the respect for a busy local business owner. I will continue to do business here because Greg has become my friend, but also because he showed me in our 2 transactions together that he respects my time, and I appreciate that.
Everyone at the Rick Bokman GMC was friendly and helpful. From my 1st email asking about a vehicle (response was within 10 minutes of open) to the final purchase. My salesman was Brandon who was very helpful and professional. When I returned to sign the financing and pick up the vehicle, Aaron Handled all the paper work and was very friendly and professional. The buying experience was probably the most enjoyable new car purchase Ive had and Ive purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. We also have a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Everyone is very helpful and thorough with any service or recommended maintenance. As well, the dealership is very fluent in a timely manner. I really enjoy the comfortable atmosphere while waiting for my vehicle. Within any experiences at the dealership; they have always been very positive and relaxing.

I miss Wiley Minges, he always had the latest news on the features of my car that I was always happy to discover and learn about, his presence helped me be a more loyal customer. I always enjoyed talking to him while I waited for the service to be complete. I sat in the show room to wait and not one of your sales people even attempted to chat me up. Wiley was very personable and while I might not be in the market to buy a vehicle at the time he made me more likely to be a loyal customer in the future. My experience was less fun than it could have been. Might as well send a guy to door service and change my oil in my drive way like having my groceries delivered.

I am overwhelmingly happy with the service I received. I was quoted $430.00 from a repair shop to replace the wiper transmission. One quick and easy call to Bokman found there is a warranty extension. The repair department got me in that very day, replaced the transmission in 45 minutes, and at zero cost to me.Very happy customer!
My service call was to purchase and install splash guards on the front of my Buick Envision. The parts were in stock, the appointment was made and the work completed in less than an hour.
I was in search of a 2021 GMC Yukon AT4 for 3 months but due to COVID and the chip shortage they were very hard to come by. At one point I even had one secured at one of Rick Hendricks GMC dealerships in Richmond, VA. Not only did they sell it out from underneath me, the salesperson and sales manager wouldnt even return my calls. It was on of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in my adult life. I also called up to 30 other dealerships within a 200 mile radius of my home and Id say about half of them had similar attitudes towards someone looking for this vehicle. To say working with this team was a breath of fresh is an understatement. Such a nice, professional, down to earth group of folks! The experience was excellent!!

Two years ago I purchased a vehicle from Rick Bokman. I walked in with a list of everything I wanted in a vehicle - not really expecting to purchase a car that day. The salesman took me right out to a vehicle that not only had everything I wanted but more. He helped me through everything (I am 70, widowed and this was the first time I had purchased on my own). Since that time, I have taken my car in for the standard maintenance and the service people are always right on schedule. They go over everything with me and if they see anything out of the ordinary, they will explain it and ask me about it before doing anything. As far as I am concerned, I will purchase all my vehicles from them.
Im very disappointed with this place. Not only did they charge me an hour and half labor for an actual hours labor but they wouldnt even let me use a loaner car. They said they didnt have any available yet there were 3 in their lot. I asked the service guy and he said it was so much paperwork. I complained to the manager about the extra half hour labor charged and he argued with me. Top all of this off with the fact that I had to go to another place to have the car actually fixed because they didnt even fix the car to begin with. This place is a real joke.
Sales personnel were very helpful and explained the details of the car I purchased.
Always willing to make you happy when you walk out the door with your new vehicle and that being said is why I recommend them to all my friends and family

Had a really nice, low/no pressure experience here. A kind and knowledgeable salesman, Wiley, helped us find a car that bridged the divide between minivan and SUV and met our price point without the tricks or gimmicks that can make car shopping such a draining experience. Once our decision to buy was made the paperwork was completed impressively fast. I rate the overall experience as very positive and wouldnt hesitate to recommend adding Rick Bokman to your list when searching for a vehicle.

I scheduled an oil/ filter change and inspection. The truck was taken in at the appointed time. While being worked on it was found to need front brakes. Service called me and I approved the repairs. The work was done in what I thought was a very short time. Thank you Gary, Shaun and Susan who have always given me great service even though I bought the truck at another dealer.

I had a water leak in the cab on my GMC Sierra 1500. Gary in the Service Dept. is knowledgeable, competent and reliable. He found the leak to be the On-Star antenna on the roof and replaced the seal. They even completed the service before the estimated date! It was nice to visit with my sales guy, Rich, who is always pleasant and there for us.

So I posted a review about problems when provided with a loaner vehicle with literally no gas. Received a response apologizing and asking to contact Mike Bokman. I call and learn this was an automated response and he wasn’t aware of the review. So in summary, negative reviews receive a positive response in order to appear to be trying to address the situation. What a sham.

Rick Bokman had a gift-wrapped opportunity to do the right thing and they blew it. Our dad died Oct. 26 with an active lease on a GMC Sierra from them, as the selling representatives of GM Financial, and we contacted them to take the truck back from my mother, so that she wouldnt have to pull into her driveway every day and see his truck without ever again seeing him. After discussing the options they rather condescendingly suggested my mom take a $7,187 loss. No, thanks. Shes lost enough. They ever so generously offered to drop that loss to $4,982. Scott Bokman and my dads sales rep helpfully pointed out to Devon Kloss and I, as if we arent bright enough to understand, that this is an agreement between us and a bank; they cant help us. Theyre running a business, after all. Thanks, guys, but what you really need to understand - and it boggles the depths of our minds that you dont - is that my father and mother have been buying or leasing vehicles from you for, quite literally, *DECADES.* And before that, my late grandfather bought every Buick he ever owned from you. My grandmother still leases her Buicks from you including the one shes driving right now, my mom has a Buick lease with you, my brother-in-law has a lease from you, and I bought a Terrain from you in 2011. Id bet you my beloved Mazda MX-5 that, thank the Good Lord I did NOT buy from you, that collectively weve signed on the dotted line of that aforementioned agreement between us and a bank to drive more than 50 vehicles off your lot. Im also quite sure there was NEVER a missed payment on any one of them. Our family, you see, understands business agreements. The money our family has given you adds up to a GMC Sierra truckload more than you wouldve lost by figuring out how to make this right. How about all that word of mouth? When I was little, I thought this Rick Bokman was some family member I just never saw; thats how much I heard that name. Another thing I keep hearing: wily, as in skilled at gaining an advantage, especially deceitfully. I wouldnt, however, go so far as to substitute its synonyms: shrewd, sharp-witted or smart. Because Ill bet all the truckloads on your lot that this mistake is going to cost a lot more than $4,982 in the end, from our family alone. Gary in the Service Department is professional, thorough and competent. He and the service team worked hard to make sure the water leak in my 2015 GMC Sierra truck cab was fixed. I sooo appreciate the determination and detail of the service team to persevere and get the job done right! Rich Colburn is an excellent Sales Rep. Rich kept informed of all updates regarding my leaky truck cap, showed genuine interest and is soo kind. I trust these guys! They will stand behind their work. Very disappointed!!! I would never do business with a dealer that swindles people. They have a big racket going on: fist the salesmen draws you in. then they have no authority to work out a deal. So they go talk to another guy who can actually sell you a car. Yet, never allowing one to talk to that person directly. Then after they take up a day of your time and you make a deal because you are tired of arguing and waiting. They send you in to the finance guy who makes commission on selling you different loans with random banks, extended warranties, new brakes, tires, ext. CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH RICK BOKMON.
Just took er in for scheduled maintenance ( Oil & Filter - tire rotation - Multi.point inspection … Fixed a burned out low beam headlamp - - In & out in pretty short order - - - Overall good experience.
