Elizabeth & Bryant, they’re an amazing team.. She was setting up our new account while he was setting up our phones we transferred from Verizon to Cricket. By the time she printed my receipt he had both our phones set up with the screen protectors on and cases. In an out in maybe 10 mins if that!! love them two.!!

Got an iPhone Se. They were happy to set my phone up and even helped me with my glass shield.

The lady wouldnt stay open for an extra 30 minutes so we could get a new phone, our old one was broken and we need it for business. Mind you the hours are suppose to be 10a to 7pm but they werent open till 3pm and the time was 5:30pm when we asked her to stay open till 6p. She was also very rude and almost was literally pushing us out of the door.

I switched from Straight Talk over a year ago and I have been extremely pleased with my service and the customer care that Cricket provides.

Need to update hours. Drove 40 minutes to find them closed on Sunday. Website and voice-mail say they open at 11. 12:40 now and no sign if life.

Everything was great. Love cricket wireless. Only issue I have is even if you are already a customer and have an active account, you still have to pay $25 activation fee for a new phone.

Do not use this store or let Lizzie wait on you she is a scam artist who is only worried about her commission and will not allow you to bring your phone over regardless of whether or not is unlocked she courses you to buy equipment you do not need buyer beware buyer beware beware beware go to AT&t Verizon or even TracFone do not use this store and do not deal with Lizzy she is a scam artist she is soon to be arrested for fraudand theft by deception multiple complaints to cricket and to the attorney generals office
