I was waited on right away, and the tech understood my problem. He worked on it for over 30 minutes, and it was then determined it was the server. He gave me the Verizon number, and made an icon with my instructions for when I spoke to Verizon, and also went over them.

This adds 3 the Best Verizon store Ive ever been to. The day before July 4th they stayed open an extra 20 minutes for my order to go through the way need to do. I got 2 new iPads and 3 cases. He was extremely patient while I decided whether I was gonna go with I pads alone for I pads and phones until I decided. You got me the best discounts that he could get. I will definitely go back to this Verizon store Any time I need something again in the future. It was a very clean store and well organized. They had a good amount of stock for everything I asked for. I was greeted by 3 different staff when I walked in.

Once I got inside the Verizon store the service was wonderful. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable and expedient. However, this store is receiving a 4-star rating because the gentleman that greeted us in the parking lot went directly to my husband and ignored me completely. After that he told me I could do it myself online and never came back to the car. We had to flag him down for a second time; so, that I could actually have the service done that I drove over an hour one way to receive. Additionally, the gentleman in the parking lot provided incorrect information.

Ive been updating all of the tech in life, and Kari at the State St. storefront has been my Hero. She has been attentive and helpful and just great overall. The other employees deserve props too. Arrogant to say require mask to customer and allow Loomis personnel to walk in with manager holding door open while going in without mask. Couldnt walk to door and confirm added account manager was already added and employee unable to simply verify permission with account owner at door. 🤔🤷‍♂️

Sales person did not know what he was doing. Would not help transfer info from my phone to new one. Gave me written instructions to do it myself. When info did not transfer called customer service and spent 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone trying to get info transferred. Had to return nect day and spent another 4 hours trying and still could not get it done. Decided to return the phone and was charged a 50.00 restocking fee from them. Would not recommend this store any more.

Poor business practices will keep me out of this store from now on. The salespeople there are just that. They have no interest in helping with tech issues with your phone.They only want to sell you a phone. Steven looked at my wifes phone for 5 minutes then tried selling her a new one. Left there and went to the Bradford store and within 10 minutes it was determined and confirmed that the battery had gone bad. Wont be shopping for a new phone at Olean

Joe helped me out last night when I stopped at the store. I upgraded my phone and it had a glitch. I was worried I would encounter a hassle and I was ready to fight it out. Like many others, I have exited the store feeling angry and frustrated on more than one occasion. Not this time! He opened the door for me and within minutes I had a new phone and was on my way. No hassle, no stress. I really enjoy it when I get good customer service that is confident, friendly and professional.

I will never shop at the olean store again. I went in to upgrade my parents phones and was told by the salesman that with our new $750 dollar purchase and upgrade that we would receive a free iPad... well he came back and proceeded to take that said iPad back and tell us he made an mistake and we could have it for a certain (couple hundred) price. He then said we could have it for free but we would have to get a new number.. completely unprofessional and management was as useless too.. shame on you!!!!

Bad experience with Verizon. I asked to have my home phone number transferred as my new cell phone number. I showed up at the store with my cell phone and my home phone bill as requested, and they sent me up with new wireless service. Sometime later, I noticed that the cell phone number wasnt the same as my home number (one digit off). I find out that I cant use the old home number, after waiting over a hour on hold/phone call to tech help center to get a number. The whole thing stinks. I could have been happy with different cell number, just tell me that in the beginning.

My reception was marginal 8 months ago when I joined Verizon using the no contract, free phone/free hotspot offer but reception deteriorated progressively until now the phone is useless.When I tried to walk away, the store representative said the phones had an agreement on them and it would cost me $185 times three phones plus the cost of the hotspot at $165.I called Verizon Wireless and they said the store was supposed to take the phones back and waive the balance on the free units because they dont enforce the agreement in non-service areas like ours. As the rep on the phone said, there is not even a tower near you.I wrote a letter to the store asking for compromise and they claim to never have seen the letter and never offered to accept the units back and waive the remainder of the free phone retail cost.Deceitful because they never said, the phones are free IF you stay with us 24 months instead just saying, the phones are free.Deceitful because no contract is misleading because any agreement in writing is a contract especially with a term assigned of 24 months and a buy out price assigned.Deceitful because the manager I spoke to with the two pink gauges poking out of his ears never told me the store was obligated to take the phones back and waive the costs when the subscriber is in a no service area.If I got any part of this wrong, I apologize but it appears that Oleans Verizon Wireless is deceitful.

At Olean-Allegany Verizon, not once have I ever received so much as poor service. Today I walked in immediately after they opened, and was the 5th customer, one of whom was merely using the kiosk to pay his bill. None of the employees even acknowledged more than the first three customers. My 3rd trimester pregnant cousin was the 4th customer, and even she and her family werent paid any attention to until their son had set off the alarms on several devices, not was there any prompts on our phones to check in for service. It was more than 20 minutes before anyone did more than turn off the alarms before she was spoken to, and the employee simply asked their phone number and why they hadnt checked in upon their arrival. The employee then checked in only a couple more people, of whom I was not one. I will be directing people to the stores in Bradford, Salamanca, and Saint Marys, and will not return to this store.

I had a pretty horrible experience today at the Verizon store on State Street in Olean which had me leaving not only in tears but with no upgrades due to my disgust with how I was treated. I am a long time Verizon customer (over 10 years) and also a customer service supervisor. Please, if you go to this store, do not deal with David (who tried to sell me everything but what I wanted after looking at his watch before asking what it was he could help me with) or his supervisor Ryan. Their sales and service skills leave a lot to be desired. Ill go to Walmart for my upgrades where the guy (JJ) who I called after leaving the Verizon store was kind, friendly, accommodating, and eager to help me.

Very unsatisfied! Came in on 6/12/2018 at 3pm. We were assisted by a young Gentalman with red hair and facial hair. We went into upgrade the iphone 6 to the iphoneX. That we did. He also attemped to talk us into every promotion and also mentioned if we changed our plan to the unlimted plan we will save money. We opted to get the unlimited plan! After spending 100s of dollars we noticed our data was no longer working. Upon looking at the fine print unlimited means only 22g. But thats not the only problem. Upon looking at my Verizon and verifying it with Verizon customer service- we were never put on the unlimited plan. We considering a different provider that will not miss lead customers.

As all interaction with Verizon, they dont believe in customer service. We ordered our new phones on~line and much like going through they drive~through, we were screwed. I ordered the gold color and they sent us a black one. The paperwork said it was gold, box the phone was black.After almost a week of calls, were still being jerked around. Im so tired of it. I wouldnt recommend this store or Verixon, period.

Went in to get a new phone and the first customer representative took my name and was nowhere to be found after he took my name. The second customer representative was standing around talking to friends. When asked if he could help us, he asked for our name and said yeah youre in the system and continued to talk to his friends. Many people standing around with nobody helping them out.
