Great customer service!! i came in to look at potential phones and the gentleman there was so helpful answering ALL my questions about service, phones and plans, even after i realized i wouldnt be getting a phone that day or even at that store (since i live out of the area). he also told me things that i would need to know and to have ready for when i did switch which was very helpful!
Phone do tomorrow go pay bill to day they are not open call 611 they say they are their no one there Ive walked over there and nothing Im very disappointed in this issue if they dont wanna work then they shouldnt have a job there poor customer service when they should be open I will not recommend any one to come to this store location and will be making sure people know what is going to happen if you do and they will shut your service down if you dont pay the bill there for this store not being open is gonna cause issues do to poor working habits sure they are nice but the works show up when they want to not when they are supose to and its wrong
I love going to this store. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Tim helped me choose the right phone and plan that fits my needs. Thanks Again. Will definitely be back when it’s time for my upgrade.
My entire familys phones have not been working all day and the company refuses to help because I dont have the security pin even though their agent never set up a security pin with me at activation. Ive offered multiple other ways for me to verify my identity INCLUDING providing my social security number and they still refuse to give me assistance. Im paying for 4 lines that none of us can use, for what?Updated because I called the local store and he helped me, all I wanted to know was if the tower was still down and if he knew when it would be back up. He also explained because of how long ago I set up my acct they were bought out since and the agent previously shouldve set up a pin with me didnt. I still have no phone service but all I wanted was customer service. The store was willing to help me but corporate was not.

Shows No Service frequently, even in strong service areas. So you cant use the phone. Pretty frustrating not knowing if its going to work on any particular day. Sometimes shutting down the phone resets it. Sometimes not. Its been a hassle. When connected, service is pretty good. But it has disconnected many times since I started with MetroPCS. Not having service that you are paying for is no bueno. Id think twice about using them.

Online it says you are open on Sunday noon til 5pm, on your door it says noon til 4pm. But you arent open at all. It is false advertising.
They are never open when theyre supposed to be...when t-mobile bought them out my phone never upgraded until I went to the store with a problem and they were like oh by the way you have an upgrade
