Nice layout. Descent inventory. Stopped in Thursday to check out snow blowers and was informed that 22 more units were scheduled to arrive the following day. So, I returned the next day to see what arrived. The sales lady seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced by my presence. I took the hint and excused myself to make a quick call. Told her to have a good day. Drove an additional hour to Schutt’s in Jamestown. I’m now a happy owner of a new Cub Cadet 2x26” ( even though Burt’s had just received 2 that day) purchased from Schutt’s where my business was appreciated. Such a great experience at Schutts, we are looking at a ZT & Stihl weed eater for spring. When making a purchase the sales experience is the first impression of how your follow up service experiences may go. We prefer to keep our money local. Especially as my family’s needs grow for bigger equipment for our horses. But, Burt’s fell short in my humble opinion.

They have a lousy attitude theyre not into helping you just charging you I waited almost a month to have them look at my lawn more and they told me I did everything wrong and it was my fault. I dont know everything but I have a engineering degree In tool design and these people have of attitude where youre stupid and they know everything. There are a lot of good places to go .and God-bless maybe they can learn and get better but for now stay away! Update as of today I have this problem check out the mechanic said it had a crack in the hydraulic line the hydraulic lines were removed they were not cracked and not lekin Ed and supp looking like to me that they do shoddy work and thats why its leak and any lied to me just to cover it up
