Good clean place. Customer service is always phenomenal every time Ive been in there. Very helpful staff. Tools are cheap and have a lifetime warranty. Organized so things are easy to find. Checkout area seemed to be taken care of also as far as sanitized and clean. Good first place to go if youre looking for any hand or power tools. A+

Went in to buy a new Bauer belt sander. Also picked up a Chicago Electric belt sander file. Both worked extremely well and made my job much easier.

Love harbor freight cheap tools yes but the cost you cant beat.

I love it! Great deals. Know what to expect from certain items, and youll never be let down. We purchase SO MANY items here, but my favorite would be the Atlas brand electric yard tools, really good welding wire for the cost, and solar panels. We also have gotten two smaller ZXR winches from here, and have had no issues thus far. The few items that we purchased that either had a defect, or were not what we expected, they HAPPILY accepted as a return with provided recipt and within 90 days!

They went all over the store to get what I wanted and put it in my car for me.

Today was my first time shopping there. I felt like a kid in a candy store. If I had spent anymore time there I would have gone broke from buying stuff I dont really need.

Say 100% satisfaction guaranteed yet gave me a hard time trying to exchange a brand new tire I had purchased which turned out to have a hole in tube. Cashier told me not be smart because I told her I would buy a new one and use that receipt to return. She was more than rude. I never questioned her or complained, I just solved the problem myself. They sell junk. Nothing my dad has from there works. Tape measure cant be used past 5 feet or it breaks. Have lots of those. Electrical tools dont fair much better. Literally had a drill start smoking when using it on pine.

Some items are not so good but others are excellent ! Look for reviews on YouTube or elsewhere !

I expected more product. Customer service was great, it was clean. Did find everything I was looking for.

Youll find a wide variety of items. No matter if we know exactly what we are going for, we leave with more.Know ahead of time though that you do need a membership. Theyll also send fliers and coupons.

Well they have cheap tools with a good warranty and the performance of the bauer and Hercules power tools are comparable to bigger names at half or less in price. As far as the olean store... Hf made a awesome call hiring Daryl. That guy knows his sh!t if you knew him from advanced auto in Bradford you know what i mean. Awesome store

I have had a predator motor on order for over a month contacted them twice and still they havent shipped it out I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of tools from them in the past but will no longer make a online order for anything.
