30-45 minute waits in line are not uncommon. Definitely worth it to make the drive to Hernando. Horribly run grocery store. Employees are usually pleasant, but the manager should definitely be fired

Went into store at 8:30 pm made sure regular checkout was open because I was doing weekly shopping plus family weekend of 10 extra to feed. I get to the register at 9:37 and the light is on but a cart and rack are in front of the only register....... so I ask a lady is only self checkout open and she says no and points to the register and I say it’s blocked. She walks over and tells the lady to check me out. She starts complaining with her outside voice, so I leave my cart with over 400.00 of groceries. I know the world is short handed and I know people don’t want to work but as long as I have a choice I will spend my hard earned money from working at a different grocery store. Terrible customer service

If you like having to go outside to find your own basket and then having to bag your own $150 grocery order, then this is the place for you. This place has really fallen off. The meat department is abysmal. They’ll run items in the ad and then won’t have any of them. There are better options in the area, and even a better Kroger location down Goodman off of Getwell.

Nice well-sized grocery store! Almost always in stock of what I need, and AWESOME GIFT CARD SELECTION!!! Better than Walgreens. Only negative thing is they never use enough registers. I always use self checkout. 8/10 👍

Why do the store hours still say 24 hours? I made plans around being able to do my shopping after 11pm only to get there and find out that the current Google info is incorrect and the store advertisement of being open 24 hrs is false. They closed at 11pm.!!!!

Best time to do pickup is early in the morning at 7am or late evening at 7pm.

Kroger has really gone downhill. They work their employees to death. This is why they can’t keep any help. What you order online you don’t always get. It’s very frustrating when you get home wanting to make a salad and your lettuce and cucumbers were not in your grocery bags that you ordered. The employees are so stressed out that they have become rude to their customers that have been with them for many years. I too was an employee in the main office in Memphis once. It’s really a shame how this has happened.

Im very dissatisfied with olive branch Kroger clicklist. I checked in at 6:50. Waited as hour for someone to bring me my groceries. Nothing. I tried calling to find out what was going on with my order. No-one ever answered the stupid phone. I watched a chick walk up to 3 different cars that were waiting for their orders. She some to each of them before they drove off without their orders. No-one ever spoke to us. Needles to say, Im very angry. Ill still come to the store because I love the store. But their clicklist sucks. I will never use olive branch Kroger clicklist ever again.

The store has plenty of options to chose from. Items are always easy to find. Friendly employees. And always plenty of cashiers so you’re not in the line forever

This Kroger is constantly out of stock on so many items. There seems to be no effort to correct their inventory levels. I have to leave Kroger and go to piggly wiggly who seems to always have what I am looking for

I dont usually post reviews, but I just had a very pleasant experience in my Kroger that is worth sharing. The young man who checked me out, Xavier in line 8, was just a perfect representative of Kroger. He was very attentive and respectful and took special care in making sure my groceries were bagged correctly. With him doing so I realized how long its been since I have experienced this kind of pride and care - I miss it.

My daughter and I came to look for something to eat. I live on a budget and I have to make ends meet. I went all over the store to find a fast disposable mask. The lady from produce told me to check the pharmacy and when I tell u they were so rude. The lady at the drop Off window did not care. It was just me and my daughter and I gave my daughter my mask and risked myself hoping that the pharmacy had something. I have a low income and I needed help. WITH A DISPOSABLE MASK!! I’m lookingat you all with disposable masks. I only asked for 1!! 1 mask can save a life!!!

Always a pleasure to shop at my local Kroger! The staff are always helpful in all departments. Never an issue finding that hard to find item. Even the flowers are fresh and affordable.

They say there open 24 hours but they are not for they kicked me out of the store and I had not finished my shopping! They have lost a loyal customer. Now its back to Walmart

Horrible Kroger, shelves are not stocked in the evening, not one employee out on the floor to help customers. I spent 15 minutes at the customer service desk before someone called over the intercom that I was waiting. Worst kroger I’ve ever been in, I hate that its my only local Kroger. I will be spending more money at Aldi. To top it off who in this store had the bright idea to stock the shelves during the day, seriously, the aisles are packed with pallets and employees blocking traffic, unable to see products or get to them because there is so much clutter from pallets of products to pallets of trash, this can’t be safe during the day. Can you imagine trying to get out if there was a fire?

I know some of you wouldn’t pick out these moldy expensive strawberries for your mama. Why are you giving them to customers?? I will not be using this click list anymore.

It says your store hours on Google are open 24 hours, updated a week ago by the business. This is clearly wrong and needs to be changed back to 11pm.

Been a long time Kroger shopper but this particular location is terrible. They rarely have items and stock and even after multiple visits (at different times of the week) it appears they simply dont restock some items. I understand the pandemic has an impact on supply chains but the issues at this Kroger go well past anything related to that. Unfortunately I wont be doing my shopping at Kroger as long as I live in OB.

In regards to rhe pick up service, DO NOT USE! Ordering was easy, texts and communication was great. Get to store and everything good ended. No one answered phone, so I tried calling the store itself and finally got through. Waited an additional 15 minutes and NO ONE ELSE was picking up. Kroger, if you cant do something well, dont do it. A real dissatisfied.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is a on going issue every time I place a on line order I never can get what I order it always what they can find the shopper always nice and say I sorry the shelves just empty why charge 10:00 for your service but u only get half your order this my last time doing on line with this company will try someone ease maybe they can send what I ask for cause it defects the purpose

Ordered 2 cookie cakes yesterday. 1 was supposed to say Congratulations and it was misspelled and very messy. The 2nd cookie was supposed to say We Will Miss You. It said We will Miss!! It was also done very messy. The two young girls in the bakery were to busy sweeping floors to help me. I had a very bad experience and will not go back to the bakery at this location.

Remodeled and finally up and running 100%. Did a pretty good job for such a small store. They do need to come up with a better method for their click list pickers to use though. Not an aisle that isn’t blocked or clogged by their large carts.

Truly this store was a 5 until this year. It takes 3X the time to navigate the pallets everywhere, nothing in stock, and then when you go to check out the lines are long and very trying. This is not because of holidays. Once outside the store you find that your bananas are bagged with your canned veggies, and the 6 pack of bottled beer is bagged with 10 canned goods making the bag weigh a lot ending in a torn handle and cans all over the parking lot. The employees seem angry and when asked any questions they snap at you like your taking up their valuable time. There are still quite a few great people but lately their faces and good cheer seemed strained and stressed. Their unhappiness with Kroger apparent on their faces. This is a very busy store, yes but, that should mean better and more stock, more employees to man check out and to stock the store not less. Kroger you need to quit being greedy and get this store back to where it was, a friendly happy place. Dont believe me just ask the residents of OB. ALSO YOU ARE NOT FOOLING ANYONE- RAISING THE PRICES A-LOT THEN HAVING A SALE TO THE PRICE IT AT WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO BEGIN WITH. Greed is not a good face, maybe we all need to take our business elsewhere to force the management to see reality. We the customers make the store a million dollar success, the employees make it successful, not the managers. Hire some better employees and pay them well.

I have been a loyal Kroger customer for over thirty years. I had a very bad experience with my last pickup order. I realize that the virsus is making everyone tired but this last issue will prevent me from shopping at this store again I tried returning two items of very poor quality . The pickup supervisor said she would replace but when she returned she only had a substitute meat which was not acceptable. She said she would write down a credit in her book but would not credit my bank card. The store customer service would never answered and I had to call corporate.

Due to covid they now close at 11pm and open at 6am.

I purchased a vegetable tray from Kroger in Olive Branch, Mississippi yesterday 3/17/2020. I opened it last night and a horrible smell came from the vegetable tray. I immediately closed the tray so I could try to return it. My daughter went to Kroger today and tried to get an exchange or refund for the vegetable tray and was denied because of a so-called “new policy” on refunds and exchanges. I decided to go to the Kroger myself and see what new policy they were talking about. Although the policy they printed out said that they would gladly refund or exchange any fresh produce, this store refused to give me a refund or an exchange the product. I am unhappy with this result because as a single mom I can not afford to waste any money on rotten produce from a company that claims to have fresh produce.

I have been going to this Kroger for 20 years and it used to be my favorite place to go. It has gone downhill in the last two years. Today the girl at the checkout and the one bagging had huge attitude, would not even look up and speak after I politely spoke to her twice. If these girls do not want to work there then quit. I’m tired of feeling unwelcome in my own hometown grocery store.

Krogers pick up is very unorganized and the worst experience Ive ever had. After waiting for over 3 hours for a pick up order and continuously calling, I was advised by a manager that less than half my order was ready for pick up. There were customers fighting in the parking lot over a spot to pick up items and all the manager could say after 3 hours was that I would still have to wait for a spot to pick up less than half my order.. Absolutely not. I cancelled the order and headed to Wal-Mart for the items.

Absolutely love Kroger!!! Great customer service, quality selection of food, produce and meats. Kroger brand products are quality products which allows you to save money vs buying name brand. Lines are always quick, self check out is always open and easy to use. The pharmacy is always prompt when filling scripts. You cant beat their fuel points program, which makes already low prices on gas even better! There is so many more great things I can about Kroger but better for you to find out yourself! (Ps I dont work for them, I am just a long time satisfied customer)

I really like the deal that they had on Christmas trees this year I would never have thought that I would buy a tree from Kroger for Christmas but theyre small tabletop trees and a few other larger yet still small ones where they do this year that cannot be beat. The best part of this whole thing is that they were real and you could not tell it first glance. They were not messy either and very very easy to maintain periods are all the benefits of an artificial tree as well as the benefits such as the fresh pine smell and lower cost of a real one keep up the good work Kroger

I love the convenience and prices here. However once getting to check out it got a little hectic. Only 2 lines and self check out were open. Usually service is quick here though. Maybe I caught it on a bad night

The Olive Branch Kroger is where Ive shopped for almost all of my groceries for the past 10+ years. The store is clean and has a good layout that makes items easy to find. The employees are always helpful. They have awesome sales, and I love that the app gives customers digital coupons ON TOP of paper coupons and their weelly discounts! Its helped me save a good bit of money!

I always have a good experience at this Kroger. Even on Christmas Eve, 30 minutes before they closed, although they were really crowded (as expected). They were fast, organized, well stocked, friendly and professional.

This store is getting as bad as Wal Mart. 2 lanes open with lines back to the isles. Have to bag your own groceries. Seems they would rather you go through self check out. Piggy Wiggly has much better customer service.

Clean and orderly. Each associate I passed in the aisle greeted me and offered assistance. Maybe I looked lost. Found everything I needed and prices were good.

Employee Cindi was being very rude. Kroger was giving out little hard hats to the younger kids due to construction and my mom put one on me to take a picture as a joke. Cindi was being really rude and saying that I couldnt wear it and demanded for me to take it off and put it back. We reported her to customer service. We were shocked and couldnt believe how ugly she was to us over a plastic hat.

Love Kroger and ours is just fine. They work hard to keep it stocked BUT were way past needing a bigger store. You can hardly ever walk in their without getting road rage.

Love going to the Olive Branch Kroger! No crowded aisles, good customer service, and so much less stressful then going to Walmart.

Always out of stock on multiple items and hardly ever have cashiers staged properly. They will have 6 people in line with full baskets and 1 regular cashier and 2 on limited item lines without any customers. They never offer to help.

One of my favorite Kroger stores. Its always in stock. Great deals and specials. And the store is always neat and clean.

In and out quickly. Good food choices. A hint may be all the shopping carts were outside. The Manager had guys bringing them. Several of us had to go out and get one.

My service at the Kroger in Olive Branch has always been good. I love the pick up service. I use it all the time. I have only had one bad experience with my pick up and I think that was due to the forecasted snow.

They need to make sure they have Baggers to help take groceries out. Its rare that I get any help and sometimes I have two baskets full. And Im an old woman.

This is one of the new Kroger stores. Its much more upscale than the old stores. Has a nice floral section, large specialty food section. Liked it a lot more than the Super Walmart.

First the Cust service rep head me wait for five min while she checked out someone, then the girl couldnt open the m.o. machine then no one else in the store knew how to either. Then 10 min later someone just happened to come to work that knew how to open it. Then it took the young lady 10 more min to get it to work correctly. The front end manger had no clue either. The bad thing is she rang me up first so I was forced to wait 25 min for a money order cause This particular Kroger has not trained its employees. 25 min on what should have taken 2. Smh

It is usually not too bad as far as Kroger in the Mid-South go, but today, I dont know what was going on. The line monitor, not only looked disheveled but was completely inefficient, she asked me to go to an express lane, despite having a cart full. The express line took forever since she was working with some sort of hand written vouchers and did not have the space for that many items, in the mean time the line I was in helped several more customers.Very disappointed with the employees.

This is the premier grocery store in town. It has been recently upgraded and has all the nice amenities. They also have gas and a convenient pharmacy.

Not happy about the 3 day sale. None of the products were available and staff was rude about giving refund on the product that supposedly not on sale. I wont fall for the so called 3 day sale again

Sean Murrin refused service to a customer, who happens to be African-American. When the customer complained to the store manager, Cody Wright, he took Seans side and they both laughed in the customers face and walked away. Will never shop there again.

Check, Double Check, and Triple Check your receipts! Third trip this month that I have been overcharged! Total of $45.29 combined! They arent putting their specials in the computer obviously. When I spoke with Sandra at the customer service center she wasnt surprised much less concerned. Makes me wonder just how much money I have lost over the years. Very disappointed on how this store has changed over the years. Its time for a new store in Olive Branch that will actually be competitive in prices and Customer Service!

This Kroger is never stocked. There is so many people it is hard to maneuver around the store without someone trying to run you over. There needs to be another grocery store option besides that horror of a Walmart. Really wish Piggy Wiggly would expand.

Well stocked, friendly staff, and very cheap milk. The store has a great bread selection, though its foreign selection isnt as varied or as big as i would like.

Over the years this Kroger has steadily declined in quality and customer service. Its way too small for the growth in the area. We need a new bigger Kroger for Olive Branch!! The main issue I have though is the customer service. Kroger used to be the place to get groceries for a little higher price than Wal-mart, but the service you received outweighed the price difference. Now the service is horrible, the lines are 20 minutes or more to get checked out, and there is rarely enough baggers. I will drive further to Wal-Mart so I get better prices, shorter lines, and have a person to bag my groceries.

Its out of stock on items frequently. Employee smoking area too close to the doors. Their click list service was good the couple of times Ive used it.

I shop here frequently as a new Mississippian and I LOVE it!! Service is friendly and checkout is so quick they are usually waiting on me to get my money out!
