First time here & the place was closed down at noon on a Friday. So many people pulled up & left. Very bad business. Never coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this family.

Posted Sunday hours are wrong! They were NOT open at 7:00 on Sunday, even though posted hours on the door says until 8:00!!

Love this Dollar Tree! Its not super busy like the other Olive Branch location on Camp Creek so the lines are shorter and you can get in out fairly quickly. The store almost always looks great. Heather is a super friendly manager and Mike the store manager will get you taken care of. Great store although the selection is smaller than the other Olive Bramch location. Still great for quick visits.

They need more staff bad !!! The shelfs are empty.

This particular location seems to have a better manager than others. Checkout is usually no more than 2 people in line, making a quick shopping experience. Great selection of items as well.

The store itself great! However, be careful if you take a young child! The manager at this store does not like children, at all! My three-year-old was squeaking a dog toy and she came down the aisle and approached him, and was trying to snatch the toy out of his hand. I dont care who you are, but Im a mother and I dont recommend the manager of a store approaching a three year old and trying to reprimand them for a squeaky toy! She was over the top and absolutely ridiculous about it!

I had a 0100 appointment time. Showed up 15 minuets before my appointment, they let me right in, gave me a door and had me unload and rollin’ in 45 minuets. Nice folks and there’s some parking on the street.

Use this address for commercial truck deliveries 11126 willow ridge drive, olive branch ms. Park on the right hand side of the street and wait till your appointment. They will not let you in until 15 min prior to your appt.

I had a very bad experience at this Dollar Tree last Friday (02/08/19) around 8 PM. The store manager at this location is a very rude and unprofessional woman. This is what happened: I was in line about to pay, I handed the woman a juice that I didnt want to buy. She snatched it and was like OKAY LET ME GO AHEAD AND TAKE IT BACK WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM. She left the register to go take the juice back to the shelf while I and others were waiting.. She came back, huffing and puffing, and continued being rude. I asked her what was wrong with her why is she being so rude? There is no reason to be rude.. She just ignored me but kept mouthing stuff. I asked for her name and she ignored me. I asked again and she said in a boasting way IM THE STORE MANAGER I was like I didnt ask for your title, I asked for your name. I told her that people like her should not be working in the public. She laughed and continued talking, by herself. I dont think she is OK in the head. FYI this is a white woman, big, and just looks like she doesnt want to be there. She should NOT be working there!
