I purchased a painting from Wolf River Brisket - Olive Branch, MS and needed to have the picture shipped to Florida. The picture was 4 ft X 4 ft. After bringing it to this UPS store, the manager (Stephen Diggs) informed me that he could get it shipped out but he would have to get the correct size box for the painting. I left my picture with him trusting that it would make it to my home. I received an email about 2 days later (I am back home in Florida) letting me know that my picture had shipped. I received the painting at home this evening - and was blown away by the amount time and packaging that went into securing and protecting my oil painting. The painting was covered completely with protective packing paper and then wrapped from top to bottom in thick bubble wrap. Also it was packaged inside an inner box and then another outer box. He had also put a large FRAGILE sticker on the package. I greatly appreciate the time and care that went into making sure that my package arrived safely - especially since I wasnt there to oversee the package completed before it was shipped. Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager - Stephen Diggs again - thank you, thank you, thank you.

This store was convenient to my job location. I had tried to get a PO Box and because I wasn’t within 100 miles of my home address, USPS refused me. Desperate, I searched PO Boxes and this location came up. I’m SO grateful! Brittney is the kindest lady ever. She understood my needs and even assured me it’s NO problem to park a semi out front and come check my mail! She has also gone above and beyond by packaging my mail when it gets full and sending it to me when I am unable to get there! These are honestly the nicest people out there!

Ordered a package was a week and a half late. Got it delivered but I was at work and they wrote on there that it would be at my nearest cvs, which it wasn’t. Went to the second closets one it wasn’t there either. Called ups just to be told that it had been sent back to the main headquarters near me and I would have to go pick it up myself, which I am fine with, but I was not told in advance and wasted a lot of time and gas going to cvs trying to find my package.

Thanks to you guys sending 3 of my tires to Memphis distributor and one back to Illinois I now have no tires to install today that I was supposed to receive 4 days ago and the one sent to Illinois, what do you know still not here. Thanks so much for your consideration

I recently moved to this neighborhood. I’ve had quite a few packages delivered, however it’s got to be the delivery drivers, I’ve had a few neighbors bring my packages. The address is clearly marked on the packages, but the packages are thoughtlessly left at other places. I’m glad I have nice neighbors, they need to pay closer attention to what they’re doing.

I needed to return something to Amazon and they instructed me to drop it off here. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Fast service.Now, I wait to find out if the package was returned.

Always friendly staff. They have let me drop my “usps” packages off with no hassle. Super helpful to keep me from having to drive back across town.

Had a package to return and usually the return label goes through ups but the company apparently changed to FedEx this year. I walked in and the clerk pointed out my return label stated FedEx and why (story I just stated). Then said she would get me a box, sealed it up for me, and told me where I could take it. Just thought this was incredibly nice for her to take the extra 5 minutes to help me out instead of just telling me I needed to go to FedEx.

In fullness of caring by a staff person from this store location! Staff person, Brittany, she truly cares about each customer and personal service. Brittany, she was very patient with me of my request for information of tracking back an undelivered pkg as I sought to get the pkg delivery accomplished. Brittany went above and beyond to help me with sourcing out the status of the pkg plus a better address for pkg delivery to another state. From options Brittany suggested to me to complete this important pkg delivery. I felt respected, valued as a UPS customer. Am a new local person whom relocated from another state recently of which she had no idea. Yes, absolutely I will go out of my way to continue using this UPS store. Thankyou, Brittany

The worst customer service ever! No greeting, rude, and down right unacceptable. The person working at the front desk, Kendall should not be working with people, let along the first person people see. When I was not greeted with a Hello/ welcome, I greeted her saying hello, how are you? She didnt reply at all. Took my package and handed me a receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, who said that we will handle that. Will something be done? Probably not. Whoever owns this business, please hire people who are courteous and customer service oriented. Kendall is not that person.

Very easy to get to and very neat. There was only one person working when I went, about 30-45 minutes before closing, but she seemed to work quickly and the line went fast. The employee who helped me was very friendly and efficient. I went to get a document notarized and had no issues.

Staff is usually friendly and accomodating. They make my Amazon returns seamless.

The lady that runs this place does an incredible job. She is in control. She always knows exactly where all my packages are located. Many times she has my packages ready for me on the counter the minute she sees me pull up in my car. I cant remember having a single bad experience there, ever.I first gave this store a 5 Star rating because the people that worked there were incredibly friendly, helpful, considerate and respectful of me and my property. Those people still are. But on Friday 3/22/19, I made my regular visit there and a new guy works there that is extremely rude and a bully. He says I now have to pay $5.00 per package I have delivered there. All he really wants to do is get me to rent a box. He wont let me have my packages until I pay him the money. He even called me at home and left a threatening message about the same topic. He should know that I SHIP from that store also. Someone needs to tell him that anyone who walks through that front door is a customer of UPS whether they are spending money that day or not. I want the owner of this franchise to call me. This bully is not an asset to that branch. He is out of control.

Ketia, in response to your review, I was in the store at the same time you were there and that is not what happened. The clerk did speak to you politely and handled your request efficiently. Im sorry you were having a bad day but that is no reason to leave an unfair review.

Super nice!! Helped us make flyers to find our dog!! They even notified their driver. Im a customer for life now.

I called for a notary, which they have one. Weird because over the phone i was told HE leave at 4 pm but when i got there 10 minutes after i called SHE left to go to the bank. I asked if i needed an appointment and they said no. The front desk clerk didnt even acknowledge me when i walked in, she just stood there with the stank face while i was at the counter.Now im just sitting here wasting my time so i figured i would write a review.

The manager here, I believe her name is Brittany, should be promoted immediately. Even though Id hate to see her go she deserves a high paying job at the corporate office because shes a rockstar employee. She goes above and beyond to help customers.

We have a problem with your drivers. They will turn around in my drive for any location on our end of street. We have now put up cameras and are recording your drivers turning around and running to their trucks when my husband tries to talk to them.You have ruined our drive way.Not our problem when the packages are for the house across the street who have blocked off their drive.
