We needed a storage unit due to complications with closing on our house. We called Citizen Storage and explained to them that we had a uPack that needed to sit in order for us to get our things out of it for 3 days. The representative was so helpful and cooperative. She kept her promise to call us back to make sure they could meet our needs, and we scheduled right away. When we came to canvas the unit, she walked and guided us on how we could arrange our uPack so it would accommodate us and not be in the way of anyone else. We are so appreciative of them! This storage location is almost out of the way, north of most of the Hacks Cross businesses. The front lot is small, but I see plenty of various storage units.I stopped in for a U-Haul trailer rental. The lady at the desk was friendly and efficient in processing the rental. I was surprised to find out that U-Haul had a complete No Touch check out & check in process. I returned my trailer back where I rented, and Ill say the process, as described, was simple and quick.

Our experience was beyond ordinary it was extraordinary and outstanding!Ask for Debbie or Michelle they are the best!

Pulled up at 8 it was 1.5 before citizen opened but Debbie opened up and helped showed me 4 units and we found one, she was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond opening up earlier . Also, there is lots of room to navigate property as I have a 20 ft trailer to get in and out.

When I went back, I met with Melissa. Since I was moving back into town, I needed some advice. She took her time with me and explained things. I just would like to say that I was extremely happy with my choice of extra space storage! I walked into the first location that I found in made a reservation, and simply asked was I getting a good deal?it was in Olive Branch Mississippi on commerce drive I cant remember her name but she helped me out and found another location right around the corner for cheaper and a drive-up unit! which is a bonus for me because I dropped table on my foot when I moved here so I have friends helping out! And as well mr. Sanchez really worked with me on the price since I was only getting it for months and just coming into town!
