Their paint is ok, but their employee John Friend is the last of a dying breed.He is friendly, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He talked me through fixing my spray rig over the phone ON HIS DAY OFF. whatever ppg is paying him is not enough.He reminds me of the guys at the paint store when I was a little boy.He is not a salesman, he is a mechanic.

His problem solving abilities coupled with his extensive knowledge of each and every product in his store is a valuable asset to every contractor that purchases their materials from Bills store. Bill has an excellent staff and its obvious that Bill has trained them well. If I must have a color matched perfectly, its worth the drive to the Olive Branch location. I really appreciate PPG Paints, Mr. Bill and his staffs mission to supply a great product with great customer service.
