Great store. Always has been. Had plenty of the yellow tape we use to prevent wall paint from tearing off. Its getting harder to find this delicate surface yellow tape.

I remember a time when a sales agent had patience,was kind and shared their expertise to customers in order for them to make solid decisions about buying their products. Well today was different for me 9/4/2020 at 12 noon. I went to this location and was greeted by a male sales agent. Ladies, if youre ever in need of a paint purchase,and expect this guy to help you in understanding---forget it! Please go to Home Depot,, HD was more helpful than this guy. I left out of this store more confused, but not deterred. I drove right over to Home Depot . I was so pleased to find that there was not 1 but 2 sales agents at HD that exhibited, professional customer service in the paint dept, they had patience, took the extra step to tell me with what I needed to do to make the best paint purchase.. Sherwin- Williams sometimes it makes a customer feel good if you show them youre listening, you care, you acknowledge where they are in their understanding of a product, and you want their business...even if you feel deep down inside you dont give a ****

The store was out of the stain we needed but associate looked at their order coming in that day and they some coming on the truck and called me this next morning to let me it had come in ! Friendly and helpful staff !

Very poor customer service. My wife and I were the only three people in the store and Scott was not very friendly also not helpful. Would not allow us to utilize the account we had because my wife is a former employee and did not provide any valueable input towards helping us match the paint in our home. Very disappointed.
