The employees at the Oneida Cricket store are by far the most understanding and helpful people to go to for phone service . Both Kelly and Julien have gone above and beyond to help us everytime with no problems. Will always go to them over any other service .

Today I went to the store because a phone I had major issues. I had the best experience with Julien, she aWas extremely bubbly and was just happy. She helped me get everything going, someone else came in and she was amazing at multitasking she was doing my phone while helping the other customer. She looked happy to be working. She talked and looked like she wanted to work and cared about the customersNote. In the past when i have gone in, a different employee was very straight face, she definitely did not want to be there she wouldnt smile. Just seemed like its a job and nothing more.

Didnt get cell phones

It was ok .. but the new guy is very slowHe asked me for my phone number at least 20 times and still got it wrong .Im waiting for kelly the manager to get back to work and maybe I wont walk out empty handed
