The service was excellent. Staff was very polite and respectful. We received attention from at least 2 of the workers within 10 seconds of walking into the store. Their communication was glorious and I would recommend going to the Oneida AT&T over any other AT&T store. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Wonderful experience!
I have always been very pleased with Oneida AT&T over the years. I drive 45 minutes because I trust this store more than any other in the area. However with in the past couple months, the current staff have helped significantly with all of my problems or concerns. Kayla specifically will always go above and beyond to address any issues with my account. No matter how frustrated I am with an overcharge or incorrect bill, she remains calm and collected with reassuring that she will take care of the issue. I have also seen her work very well with any other customer who comes in while I am at the store. I can tell she is enthusiastic about her job while taking every customer’s wants and needs into consideration. I don’t know her specific job title at the store but I hope she is well accommodated for her dedication.
Went and talked to the sales rep Richard here, he got me hooked up with a solid phone and plan, 100% recommend. Great service, device selection and coverage.
Not sure how I like the new phone transfer of files. Went today and associate assisted me as soon as I walk in. I remember his name but he got transfer done I didnt get everything on the transfer missing photos. Another associate that was there I dont know what her name was but she needs to correct attitude with costumers when someone else is already working with them. I might be looking for a different provider. Thank you for the ones that helped.

I was met at the door by a rep who quickly resolved and explained why my problem occurred. At this point I realized that I liked having a place where I could come for help.i changed to a regular plan through AT&T. Evie assisted me and not only did I get a new phone, she transferred my data from my old to my new phone. I went to lunch and when I came back my phone was already with a screen saver on, in a protective case with a cordless charger. I am happy with my new phone and AT&T.
I had an extensive revamp of my service to do, dropping one phone account but it enhancing two of the lines that were remaining. Evelyn was outstanding through the whole process being very patient with me and answering every one of the questions that I threw at her. She and the store Manager: Sean ; went out of their way to make sure they kept my business in that I ended up with the phones that we needed. I can’t say enough good about both of these employees in regard to their courtesy professionalism and attention to detail. ONEIDA store is a 45 min drive from home for us. It was WORTH the drive. Jared, our sale rep. was courteous and professional. He was able to set both of our phones in a matter of little time! He did a great service to us!!

This is the best customer service I have received in awhile. Went in to switch over to my boyfriends plan and get a new phone. Was helped by Dakota and Joseph who were extremely friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I said we would both make the drive to go here over other stores. Highly recommend!

Outstanding staff. Absolutely pleasant and hard working. I was home on vacation for only a short time. I wanted to upgrade and didnt know if I could. Within a day I upgraded and they got me on my way before I had to leave again.
I like the staff there however with exception of the Oneida store it SEEMS there is a lot of turn over. I have been a customer for years and as for phone service the prices goes up and data usage goes in a blink of an eye even if you are not on the net every min of the day. Their explanation is your fault. That is the main companys go to statement. Att also charges 2 administration fee. I wonder if it is to just raise the price?
My cell died for no reason. Second time this happened. So before running to Syracuse ( Where I bought the phone ) a year ago thought I would try the Oneida store. WHAT A GREAT HELP........ within 2 minutes the phone is on. Thank-you, thank-you thank-you.
Theyre always very helpful and nice for me pretty much on any issue and or experience Ive had. Theyre very knowledgeable on the products and services.
I had some serious issues with Net 10 then I went to straight talk but wasnt really happy because they are related to Net 10. AT & T you get 6 gig of data a month plus if you do auto pay you get $5.00 off plus they have roll over. I dont use that much data so by my second month I had 9 gigs. Also if you have issues its so nice to have a real person to talk to and help you. They were friendly and help me set up my phone and changing my number over and put me on auto pay.
Bought my first cell phone here in 2005 (Cingular Wireless)Cingular was wonderful. I dont know why, but I hung on to my experience with Cingular Wireless for more than a decade after AT&T bought them out thinking customer service in stores and on phone would return. It hasnt. Price for what you get compared to other services is poor. Also standards for att are not what they are for Sprint or Verizon.I miss Cingular and their focus on consumer service. This location is about like most att stores Ive been to over past many years.14 years as a customer and Im done.Not because of this store but because of corporate.
Shouldn’t even give 1 star this place is a joke ! The manager is terrible! Talks about thinks unrelated to the reason your there for. Gives your the wrong information. I was in the store for 1 hr 30 min s only to come back the next day and be told something totally different. 15 years with att I went down the road to Verizon. Wow it was night and day compared to att service. They were not only dressed perfetional but acted like salesmen . They new everything and did there jobs. Great experience sales persons name was Joseph. Great job! Everybody out there please spend the extra time and money and cancel your contract with att your one he disappointed.even the employees at Att siad the manager was wrong and this appends quite abit. One even siad he was leaving to go drive s taxi cab than work here .So what’s this tell u there’s alway different people in there working. Maybe it’s time for s change.

Not very happy with the way AT&T treats their longtime customers. All the incentives are for new customers, while the longtime customers have to foot the bill for it. Sounds just like the government.
Poor service and poor everything... I was charged a 65$ restocking fee on a FREE wearable device and another restocking fee for the phone. Also, I left the store with NO DEVICE. They are still trying to make me pay for a device I gave back to them two months ago lol. I received proof of return and they denied the claim... I was also treated very poorly by a CSR on the phone so my next step is a lawyer. Good job AT&T, this must be how customers get treated after being loyal for over 10 years...

This is to anyone who is thinking about buying a cell phone from att store in oneida. I got one from there had three difference thing wrong and the manager refused to take it back with in the 14 days. On top of that he was very rude to me and had no clue how to fix my phone. I wasnt the only one he was rude to. He said some pretty bad thing about a customer who was also having a problems with their phone after they left store. Not nice people.

Its a hit and miss when you will be waiting in line.. the sales reps know a lot of info on all the devices for sale.

Walking into that location is like walking into a used car lot, that only want to sell you any and everything they can. Corporate told me they get many complaints about this location. Avoid it if you can.
