I moved from tx to ny and not able to receive nor make phone calls. Which has cost me employment opportunities.

The service the person fixed all my issues and concerns. He was very friendly and easy to talk with.

So done with dropped calls and nobody receiving a call or text, being out of service area. Sick of nobody taking responsibility. Sick of pictures not sending and videos not going thru.I cannot see how the rating is 4.7 when one of MetroPCS phones has a busted up speaker system in it and we cant do anything because the ridiculous covid excuse .

Well first to start alex was a excellent customer service help he explained the phone to me about the camera quality and even demonstrated the perks of the phone that I got and has never lied to me and always has been honest with me which is what helps me remain a loyal customer to this store.

Great phones and great service. When i need help someone is always there to help. I would highly recommend Metro. The phone service isnt always good but phones still work. So cant complain.

Went there to get some new phones with my boyfriend and a friend. It was so fun, the guys working, i think their names were Cameron and James...they were so friendly and so funny. And extremely helpful. They had us leaving smiling and laughing and happy.

I came down to Metro to switch my device from my at&t to t mobile. Cameron helped me out so much by helping me set up my phone. Very awesome, very helpful, very patient, good worker, took special orders, all around did a good job. Going to come back later just to talk to him.
