Appliance arrived promptly. Received a defective item, but Santiago in customer service was very helpful. Getting a ticket for repair was very prompt. Hopefully the repair dept will be as good as my experience so far.

Santiago Di Santo went out of his way to help me out when I called to change colors on a purchase I just made and one of the items was out of stock. He had a contact at the warehouse and personally followed up with me with a level of service and coordination that you wouldnt ever get with a big box store and makes you feel like youre dealing with the neighborhood corner shop!

S L O W . . . Ordered appliance 9/16.With shipper on 9/21.Its now 10/4. So 18 days since order.ACs choice of delivery is AM Home Delivery. AM says could arrive THEIR warehouse in another 1 to 15 days!!Thats a sharp as they can estimate. Then AM says could be ANOTHER 3 to 7 days before I get it.So, sometime btwn best case 25 days and 39 days!!....This for an IN STOCK item !!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company, especially the associate that I worked with Ledio. He went above and beyond to find the appliance that I needed in stock… He made sure that everything was delivered to me with no issue, and was very responsive. When I had to do a return he was able to streamline that. I felt like this was the utmost white glove service and I will always refer them to my clients and friends!

UPDATE: my issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

I purchased two mini split units through Sears.com and I received the units however the outside unit is not included so I had to return them not knowing that it would be a nightmare. Today, 10/15/20 I was able to speak to manager of Market Place Frankie Mair and he was able to give me some peace of mind that he would take care of my return.I had been calling Sears and receiving responses through email which were not clear and Frankie was able to explain everything and sent me what I need to ship these units back. He is definitely a great customer service and puts the customer on ease
