Bought a dryer from here.Had it delivered And when I went to use it it is dragging and takes a long time to dry clothes. What a waste of $95 im upset about it.

Save yourself big dollars and from being treated rudely and take your business to Home Depot. This business took payment in full on a dishwasher, delivery and install and then never showed up. My wife called to see where they were and the lady was completely rude to her and said it was all our fault. Their employee had wrote down the wrong address and the delivery driver never bothered to call us and get the right address. They had our cell number. I use to prefer home town businesses over chains but not in this case. I went to Home Depot and was immediately helped by a nice young man that sold me a dishwasher, loaded it for me and showed me how to install it. We saved $450 and were thanked for our business. The Competition has gone way downhill from when Del owned it. Steer clear of this place.

Needed a fridge on very short notice. Went to the local big box store and found out that the soonest they would have a refrigerator in was 2-3 weeks! Went to The Competition at 9 a.m. and they had the exact model we wanted...in stock...$250 cheaper...and had it installed by 12:30! Umm....go there if you want great local service and a better price. If not, keep going to the big boys out of Seattle. We will continue to go to the Competition for appliances.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest deal. Also if you like being treated like a customer, with respect, and courtesy, this is where you need to shop.

Our washing machine went out after 15 years. Called the Competition and talked with Jake. He was very helpful. Bought a new washing machine over the phone which will be delivered on Monday. Took only 10 minutes from start to finish. Now I can go about my day. Great job Jake!

This is the best appliance business in Ontario hands down. You can walk in and if it is in the store and you want it you can leave with it same day. And if the delivery crew is available, you can have it delivered and installed same day if time allows. Most people that go to Home Depot wind up going to The Competition and leaving with what they want and often return because they were satisfied customers. The few bad reviews show that it really is impossible to please everyone despite the great efforts made to please every customer that walks through the door.

I was pleased with the Competition. Mike was good to work with and got me a great deal on a new range/stove, better than I could find. And believe me, I looked!

Walked in, found the dishwasher I wanted and now 6 months later its still working perfectly. The prices might be a bit higher than the box stores, but theyll be the ones repairing the appliance as opposed to a contractor who may or may not know what theyre doing...

I keep going there for cheap xbox one consoles, they keep getting new ones and I keep breaking them, without them I would be sad.

If I could make this a 0 star review, I would. I just got of the phone with my friend who purchased a dishwasher from The Competition a couple months ago. This dishwasher has been run only a few times (as she lives alone). I have witnessed how extremely poor this dishwasher cleans. I have questioned whether an arm is nonfunctioning. Long story short, The Competition will not back this purchase, nor will there be any refunds. She is stuck with a dishwasher where the dishes are coming out far worse than if she would have just hand washed them herself. I have purchased several appliances here in the past. I will never set foot in this store again. I am a supporter of frequenting local small businesses, but not this one.

Jake was extremely helpful with ordering the part and multiple questions from someone not usually great with appliances. He went above and beyond and helped me solve my problem.

Went to purchase a new timer switch for my GE Dryer ($110.00),the girl at the front counter pointed out that the knob was cracked,found a replacement knob that worked just fine, at a cost of $1.00.THANK YOU COMPETITION,for saving me $109.00.

New ownership — disappointed on customer service. Doesn’t follow through with call backs on appliances purchased there or it’s a bother to look your purchase up if your purchase was before taking ownership of business. I have had to be the one checking in ... not once did I get a call back as I was told I wold get.
